I have used Air Tech for the last couple of years now and have been extremely happy with them. We developed a plan to replace my 20 year old system piece by piece as it failed. They are punctual, very professional, their attention to detail is outstanding, we are impressed with how they clean-up after themselves, and everything is done right the first time. I also liked the fact that they have a showroom where we can see what the product will look like once it is installed.I rate them a 5-star top notch business and highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair.

Air Tech arrived promptly on the scheduled date for installation. The final installation was BETTER than I expected. They took precautions not to track in dirt and grease. Air Tech did a great clean up after installation. Ive had a chance to use the new Bryant system. It works so much better than the older one, which was about 19 years old, PLUS this system is so quiet you can hardly hear it running. I would definitely recommend Air Tech. Did I mention the 60 month interest free financing? Air Tech has made a life long customer out of me.

I moved to my city over three years ago. I was not familiar with my furnace and air conditioner. I had Air Tech come to check my HVAC system. The technician was so knowledgeable and helpful that I felt very comfortable with the company. I signed up for their annual maintenance plan, and have had them return every year since. They are trustworthy and give me peace of mind knowing my system is safe. I will continue to use Air Tech for my HVAC service needs.

Had furnace cleaned and inspected today along with a new filter. Will have AC unit cleaned and inspected in spring which is included in the price I paid today. Fair price and tech. was on time and called ahead. Couldnt ask for anything more. Hopefully the furnace and air conditioner last for a long time. Also Air Tech installed the ac unit and furnace about 2 years ago in which they did a very professional job. Would recommend their services to anyone.

Purchased a new HVAC system from Air Tech. The entire process from getting a quote, to the installers coming on site to do the install was easy and hassle free. Everyone involved was very professional. Service was top notch from start to finish.

Our installation of a new forced air system was a challenge that Air Tech glady took. The old system was a boiler baseboard heat. We didnt have the option of installing in the basement without losing head room. Our ceilings are vaulted but we did have a drop ceiling in the hallway. Air Tech was the 1st of many places I called to get an estimate. Other places didnt show much interest in being up for the challenge. Ben figured out a system that would work for us and gave us a price at the beginning of 2020. Well Covid hit and we decided to hold off on a new system to see how everything would fall out. Almost a year later I contacted Ben who glady reviewed the estimate again and talked with me totally understanding us holding off. Heather then took over once we signed the paperwork and she was awesome too. Jason and Bill showed up on day 1 with great attitudes and professionalism. Kyle was part of the condesor installation and 1 other gentlemen helped out the last day. This was not an easy in/out job and every single person that was a part of this lead their part at a high level. I was blown away with the efficiency of the entire process of getting my problem diagnosed and fixed. I called the office at 8:30 on a Friday and my central air was running again by 12:30 in the afternoon. The technician was quick, knowledgeable and didn’t need much from me. He informed me the part was under warranty, which I didn’t know, so it cost me less than $160 to get my ac unit running again.

We are extremely satisfied with the service, the installers did a fantastic job. Cleaned up and removed the old equipment. Installers went above and beyond what was expected. We will absolutely recommend Air Tech.

We have had Air Tech do various jobs for us from air conditioning repair, to boiler inspection, to zone heating parts replacement to complete air conditioning replacement.  They have been very professional and fair priced each time.  When our split unit air conditioner went out in the in the middle of a July heat wave, they were quick to come out and get us a quote and get the unit ordered.  The installers were prompt and professional, going over how the unit worked with us.  Their pricing is very fair in general, but we saved more money on each service by joining their program where they come out and do regular routine inspections on our HVAC equipment.  They even call to set-up the appointments so you dont have to set reminders to do so.  Highly recommend!

Most recently I had terrible customer service from Dani in the Service department on 7/14/2021 and still have been having issues with my brand new unit. They promise to follow up with solutions after coming to check it out and no one has ever contacted me, its been over a month since that happened. I think they are just waiting for the summer to be over so they dont have to fix it or so that the warranty can expireUsed this service several times over the past month. First for a cleaning, after he left my heat didnt work and I was freezing. Someone came back and fixed it and it worked again but not as well. Call a week later for an AC install, they installed it, left and it wasnt working, i went down go inspect and noticed several ducts were not taped or sealed which caused them to open up where caused me to lose flow and probably why I wasnt feeling AC or heat. He said that I would have to redo all ducts to get better AC on 2nd floor. I said well shouldnt you tell people that before making them sign a contract for working AC, dont you have to test for flow or something before hand? . They had to come back 3 times before they realized the dampers were still closed from the first guy who came to clean weeks ago. Still barley feel AC on my second level.They will ask if you want them to call before they come. And they still wont call which caused chaos for my dogs who I would love the opportunity to out them away before guest come.

Our A/C (central air) was 20 years old, and limping for the last two years. It was time. We shopped things out and went with Air Teach Heating and Cooling. They were not the cheapest, but their excellent service is worth every additional penny. The technicians came to our home, did a great job removing and replacing our A/C, were extremely friendly and professional, and cleaned up and were gone in a few hours. The new Bryant outdoor unit is whisper-quiet and looks and performs very well.

Same day service, even though I live in a rural area, and got my A/C up and running again with the replacement of a 9+ year old part that was still covered under the 10 year warranty. Been a nightmare trying to get a response from these people. They key saying they will get back to us with quote to fix our flow problems and they dont. They dont want to help us. They want to wait until the warranty goes bad before fixing it on their dollar!!!! They ripped us off 4000 band been unit and doesnt even cool the whole house.

After moving to Fond Du Lac (a new city for me) our furnace went out one cold night. We knew it was going to happen at some point as the unit was 23 years old. Not having friends or family in the area I didnt know who to call. I eventually reached out to AirTech and they immediately got the furnace up and running. Not wanting to wait I put out the request for quotes from 3 companies. I have a complicated system that had 3 zones and I wanted a fourth zone hooked up. AirTech came in with the highest quote but they are who I went with. Ben was excellent at explaining things to me like the features of each component plus he really was listening to me especially with that 4th zone. Everything was detailed on the quote and I knew I was going to get what I wanted. Everyone at AirTech was very professional, courteous and overall fun to talk to. I have to mention one more thing, they went above and beyond to make sure everything looked good. They took the extra time to run some of the new duct work above (in tight working conditions) other duck work. I would highly recommend AirTech for any project, even if they are a bit more expensive it is well worth it.

I was very pleased with the service. I didnt realize my breaker had tripped, so it was an easy fix. But then I asked about a vent problem, thinking it would need another appointment, but he fixed it on the spot. Very pleased!

Always great service and quick...even on weekends! Great job and great products. The 4 is only because we needed a new thermostat and we werent given any options originally and almost didnt have them do the work. We chose to go with a basic thermostat instead of the expensive one quoted but had to call back to see if there were other less expensive options available for our situation. Luckily...there was and we are very happy to have had Airtech do the work.

We called Shane Rhodes Construction of Waupun, WI and asked if he knew anyone who might help us. He recommended we try Air Tech as they had 24 hour service. A repairman came in a snowstorm and got us warmed up! In the years since, we have bought air conditioning from them and we have called them for additional services needed. When my furnace started to die an after hour technician came out to my house promptly and made sure I had heat. He gave me some options for what to do with the furnace I had, a cheaper option and a replacement option. He gave the furnace a quick fix so I would have a day or two to think about the options. When I decided to buy, the sales manager and the residential installation specialist (Heather) were there whenever I had questions. Everything was explained very well and they made sure I was able to purchase the right furnace and air conditioner for my home and budget.

Our heat exchanger went out on Tuesday afternoon, they had someone there within an hour, and are fixing it the next day! Great company with great service!

Air Tech Heating, Inc. installed a new AC unit at my home. They were very professional and cleaned up after the work was completed. We also appreciated the fact that they wore masks because of the COVID and boots when they came into the house. Very few companies put on boots or shoe covers in your home. They just walk in with their street shoes.

Ken was knowledgeable and explained thoroughly a problem he ran into and what he did. He was unsure what caused the issue since after removing and replacing the fuse it ran just fine. He explained it could be an issue with the circuit board and to just call if in the future there was an issue.

The technician came in and figured out the issue with our A/C unit right away.

They were transparent about new heating options after our furnace died, with choice of 4 different levels of Bryant furnaces.They didn’t pressure on any level we were offered but answered all questions respectfully.They offered zero percent payment option and trade in rebate and paperwork for Focus on Energy rebate.The installer, Brian, arrived on time and did all the work. He was excellent at teaching how to use the new thermostat. He was vey considerate wearing his mask during this COVID-19 pandemic. We had a very favorable experience with Airtech, again. (We have been customers for decades, so we called them right away, no need to shop araound!)

They came out on very quickly, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the furnace motor the same day. I will call them again if I ever need help with an HVAC issue.

My furnace was not running so I called the iemergency number. Ken was at my house within 30 minutes & was done and gone in another 25 minutes.

Our AC was out and my dad called a different company. They said the entire unit needed to be replaced and would cost over $3,000. That company also refused to work with us on the time to come out.So my dad called Air Tech who promptly came out for a diagnostic and wound up fixing the whole thing! It was simply a wire that needed replaced, they saved us several thousand dollars!!Any other problems well get in the future, Air Tech will be the first call.
