Bought The Addams Family pinball from ACG for an amazing price. Im in Utah so they havent been able to provide service in-person, but theyve been easy and available to get a hold of through phone or internet. They took care of the battery holder before shipping and helped me with a few coin door wiring issues that the game had afterwards. The game arrived well-packaged and clean; the unit is pictured with before and after having LED lighting installed (we installed that on recommendation from ACG). Thanks and two thumbs up!

Serious ripoff artist. Sold us a pin, lied about the condition, refused to properly service the game saying it was fine when it left. Plenty of other retailers to deal with out there. Also seems like Sean (the boss) regularly leaves himself good reviews with a dozen accounts which are FAKE NEWS. Terrible experience all around.

These guys were terrific in helping me, they went the extra effort to help me, if you need help diffinatly call these guys. 5 stars all the way.

DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY! This guy is supposedly an expert and couldnt fix my machine. Upon that he blamed the guy that I bought it from to cover the fact that he couldnt fix anything. I will take my business somewhere else.
