Get it now is good for building credit but do not buy a mattress from them. I’ve only had mine a few years 1000.00 down the drain sure I can go through guardsman but that is a hassle and does not guarantee a solution. I bought a lot of my furniture here as long as you don’t have a problem with anything it is fine

I’ve been a customer at get it now for a few years and never once had any issues with the staff. They work with me if I run short on my payments and if there’s a specific product I’m looking for that they don’t have, their store manager Ryan goes out of his way to get the exact product I’m looking for if he’s able to. If I ever need any products fixed that I’m renting from there, they always fix it right away if they’re able to. Still a current customer with them and will definitely continue to go in there for my product needs

I did not know any of the staff here when I made my first purchase but I have continued to buy from here even though I could go elsewhere because I absolutely love the staff. They have been great to me and it is literally the one bill I look forward to paying. As weird as that sounds, I wish every bill I had to pay was to a group of people just like them. Personable and on a first name basis.

We purchased washer/dryer set through here a while back. First and only purchase we made here. We were treated with nothing but respect and courtesy by the staff throughout the duration of our payment period. If we had an issue, customer service was accommodating and helpful.

Very friendly crew! Had a great time there today went there for couches came out with the couches, a bed frame and matress! I highly recommend them! They even have a snowblower! Great price as well!

I used to like this place but the people who work there are very rude if you are even behind on payments. Not to mention if an electronic item is not working properly, they will not fix it because the warranty will not cover it. You are better off renting to own from a more reputable establishment or just saving your money to buy the item altogether. Lesson learned for myself.

Only reason I got something here is to have it be counted on my credit report. Since Dec 2015 and nothing has reported! Had to do 3 separate trips for delivery all different days (not like people have to work)! Also sent the wrong bed for my daughter! Had to wait weeks for it to get in... Said theyd take money off for all the bs I had to deal with but looking at my paperwork nothing was taken off. Dont go here its not worth the hassel and bs you will deal with.

Very unhelpful and rude staff. Believe the guys name was Ryan. He could not be anymore condescending and disintrested seemed to be a burden for him to be doing his job. Will never go back.

This is a garbage location. The staff here isnt even worthy to wipe my behind. Go to a different city and save yourself a lot of time from dealing with poor customer service.

I have been a customer of get it now fondy for over a year now and have been dealing with rude voicemails from then people at the fond du lac store so disrespectful I will never recommend anyone to go there
