HORRIBLE. They took advantage of my 80 year father in law. Charged him $370 to diagnose and NOT fix his moped. Horrible people. Wouldnt release his property until he paid the $370 fee that they DID NOT DISCLOSE at drop off. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS. Will tell everyone I know how disgusting this business is and report to the better business bureau. Shame on you Miller, I am disgusted by the way you treated my father in law!Dont be fooled by the manger response. What they charged to diagnose is ridiculous and should have been discussed with my father in law in detail. $370 to NOT fix anything is unheard of. Lacking professionalism, very rude and basically took advantage of an older person. Say what you want that is the truth. I recommend people go elsewhere.
Great service on my equipment and also excellent customer service from Erik Kohlman.Had a electrical issue on my ATV and they made sure it was done perfectly so I wasnt stranded out on the trails.(Where I called them from on a Saturday afternoon. )Thanks Again

WOULD NOT RECOMMENDFamily member brought in a moped with a carburator issue to get fixed. 6 weeks later went to pick it up and was charged 370$ for the diagnosis. Declined further services. The service manager said he would not retun the moped unless paid. Called to dispute the charge with the owner and was yelled at that I am not qualified to judge the cost and that the 370$ for a diagnosis is standard. I find it hard to believe it takes 4 hours to dianose a moped carburetor. 370$ for a diagnosis is not standard.Interestingly we brought the moped elsewhere to get fixed and found the issue was not even related to the Pro Motor Sport diagnosis.I would not recommend or return to this shop and feel the below response by the company is very representative of the professionalism you will encounter here.
I bought a new 2018 Yamaha WaveRunner last year (2020) from Miller Implement and I have my 2004 Polaris Virage pwc serviced there. Erik & the guys are great to work with and I trust them with my machines. When I was experiencing engine issues with my Polaris, Erik got it in the next day and I was back on the water in less than a week. That’s extremely helpful especially in this worker shortage era we’re living in. I’d recommend Miller Implement and Pro Motor Sports.
Ordered utv and was told I would have it in two weeks, never was built and lost order.then tried to up grade for more money after there mistake and wanted $100 to deliver 6 miles. Cant get order right can you see what kind of service there would be, two friend told me not to go there should of listened

This place is FANTASTIC. I stopped in last weekend to look at a Burgman 650 and Garrett was really knowledgeable about all of its features. I came back a week later to purchase it, and the process was really smooth from start to finish. Even though I worked with someone else to finish the final paperwork, he was still just as knowledgeable and personable. Ive had issues in the past where dealers havent taken me seriously when looking at a bike, and these guys listened to me from start to finish. They even helped us tie down the bike to our trailer to make sure it made it safely back to Madison (and it did with not even a scratch). 10/10 would purchase from here again!

Worst buying experience ever. Dereck the salesman was inept . Lacked urgency, inventory knowledge, and zero communication skills . Took him 2 months to get things correct and got it home and they installed the wrong winch cable . Back it went for a third time. They put the new winch cable on and it was still the wrong one, I detailed I wanted a strap and not a rope but I was just glad to be done with that mess. Once they had my money I was out on the back burner. I wouldn’t let them put air in my tires after this experience. Now to search for a Honda dealer that cares .
Fair adjustment on bill for having our cycle there too long before repairs were done. Kudos to Ryan in the service department for addressing our concerns.

Bought a new UTV. Wasnt told about warranty 100 mile checkup when bought or picked it up. We did not get a owners manual. Received a call it was ordered from employee, but when asked about it when in for warranty work were told there was no record of it being ordered. Price for warranty work is double that of another dealership within 60 miles. Doubtful if going back.

I recently moved to Fond du Lac within the last 6 months and have had positive experiences at Miller Implement and Pro Motorsports. The staff was very helpful and friendly each time I have been there. Ive been riding motorcycles for 20 years and have seen plenty of different ways customers can be handled in sales, parts and service environments. Ive lived in 4 different states in the Midwest during my time as a rider so I think Ive seen a decent sample and have had both good and bad experiences. This particular business does it the right way and I am very happy to come back here in the future. Thanks to Ed today for his help on a recent service with a new tire and install for my current bike. I will be coming back!

They deleted there fb bad reviews. Here cant. They need to get arctic cat back like they use to handle before being bought out by anyone. Remember it started as arctic cat / Honda before anyone even bought them out years ago in north fond du Lac.

The representatives treated me very respectfully when I walked through the shop. After telling them I was new to riding, they gave me tips on how to select a bike, explained the features of the bike, and allowed me to sit on them without hesitation. I would definitely recommend this place to others who are new and are looking for help in finding your first bike.
I stopped by this dealership while passing through the area. Every employee greeted me with a smile and a friendly attitude and let me browse without any pushy sales. Had my kids with me and they brought popcorn out for them too. I know where I would shop if I lived in the area.

I dont understand all these negative reviews. Ive had nothing but good experiences at this dealership, both with the old and new ownership. Ive purchased 4 motorcycles from this dealership, and have been treated fairly each and every time. Brad is one of the most knowledgeable and nicest person youd ever meet, and always is available for any concerns or questions I may have. Andrew in service has practically bent over backward to accommodate me and my busy schedule. Everyone needs to put on their big boy pants and cut out the whining. This is a great dealership!
They had the machine I wanted and one day order the coat I wanted. All in all great customer service and definitely plan on doing more business with them.
I spoke with a staff member about a HID replacement bulb for my gsxr. Nobody there had even heard of an HID kit. Pretty sad. And instead of taking 5 minutes out of his day to google it, he asked me to bring in the bulb so he could see it. Kinda pathetic. I wont even buy a t-shirt there anymore. I just recently purchased a 2007 Honda Shadow VLX from Pro Motorsports. Everyone that I delt with (Keith and Brandon) made it easy. I didnt feel uncomfortable walking in the door. They talked to me like they knew me. I had a great experience and when the time comes to need anything else, I will definitely go back.
Crew here is very helpful and will guide you to what youre looking for by actually listening to what you want. Of course you can try on the gear with no pressure and the deal isnt done till youre happy. Will be back for my future needs.
Second time buying a four wheeler within 6 months and spending over 10,000 dollars you would think you would be treated better. Then two weeks later they try to pin the pay off on us. They threatened to take away our factory warranty and everything else. We called twice and we had got nothing. Called for the third time and we got through. They denied threatening us, and were very rude on the phone. We will never step foot in this place again. We will also tell our buddies to not come here.

Insanely outrageous prices for swapping out ice tires. Normal place I go in sheboygan county is $40 per tire Retrospeed in cedar grove. Awesome place. Here they want 160 PER tire. No reason for that kind of up charge. Get real
Brought a sea doo in for service. Ed was great. Walked me through the process and kept me updated every step of the way. Took it out for a test ride to ensure issue was fixed. Will use them to winterize my sea doos.

Initial transaction went good, but service of product has been far from ideal. I purchased a bike (Zero) as a new bike with a warranty, however It went back there about 3-4 times for issues. It kept going back for the same issues - they werent new issues, and every time I dropped it off with the list of things wrong with the bike theyd check out maybe one thing after holding on to it for a month, and then Id return it in the same condition - no new parts, with the same diagnosis, nothing was wrong with the bike. The last time I brought it there under warranty they shipped it to the manufacturer, however after getting it back from the manufacturer, the 1 issue appears to be resolved (Im not sure, I havent put more than 60 miles on it because the issues make the bike un-rideable). Ive reached out to the dealer trying to get this resolved - but instead I was told 2 things:-Drive 90 miles for the next Zero Dealer.-Call Zero and handle this myself.Needless to say, this isnt how I wanted this to turn out.
I had some massive annoying accessory warranty issues with side by side accessories. The manufacturer was a pain in the a$$ but the dealer itself was AMAZING! They were only conscerned with my satisfaction and did everything in their power to ensure I was extremely happy with the effort they put into ensuring I was satisfied which is less than I could say for the manufacturer. The sales process was seamless with Brad and the accessory warranty issues were waaaay over the top dealt with by Austin and team. I will continue to buy my toys from Pro/Miller if this is the way the handle it!Previously, I worked a multi unit inventory trade in/upgrade to my fleet with no isses. 3 snowmo upgrades and 2 atvs. Would do again with Brad.

Not even worth one star. Ive been in 4 times, since its the only place to buy parts in town. Tried to swindle me, lied to me, sold me the wrong parts even with exact specifications and upsold everything to rediculous margins. Im just going to order what i need online.

Brought brand new machine back 6 times for same issues. Couldnt figure any of them out. Finally they told me they didnt know what they could do. Lol!!! Took it to a dealer in Oshkosh. Next day all issues were fixed. Hmmmmm!!!
