This place is great. The service guy that worked on my truck was extremely professional and friendly. He did an awesome job on two major chips in my windshield on my Roush Pickup. Cost of repair was more then fair and affordable.

We had a black van advertising this business tailgate us down 23 to close for comfort then when we slowed to turn they sped passed us there is also construction on 23 and the vehicle was seeding. We were also in our nice sports car. Very unprofessional. Remember if your advertising a buisness on your vehicle you shouldnt be disrespectful to other potential customers by driving like a douche!

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the Fond du lac Safelite. I live out of state and needed to have my windshield replaced prior to driving 800 miles back home. I scheduled an appointment online for the replacement and recalibration, and called to confirm the morning slot/timeline. I was told I would have my car back before noon and dropped it off by 8am on the day of my appointment. I was not able to pick up my car until after 5 pm and when I did, there were streaks all over the windshield. Before even noticing, the technician informed me that they had gotten a bad batch of window cleaner and were trying to use it up so I may have some streaking--as I drove away, I realized there was such significant streaking that I could barely see as the sun was setting. Additionally, the technician and I had talked about the necessary recalibration when I dropped my car off--which was the reason I specifically took my car to a shop rather than having Safelite come to me. When I picked up my car, the tech informed me I did NOT need a calibration because my car didnt have the technology affected by removing the windshield--which I knew was false. When I questioned this, he repeatedly assured me I didnt need a recalibration. Within 3 days of my appointment, I started getting emails from both Safelite and my insurance, notifying me that I needed to have a recalibration completed ASAP... Very frustrating experience.

Professional, polite, and friendly. My windshield was replaced in less than the 2 hour estimated wait. Price depends on auto insurance coverage and if you have deductible or not. Thank you Tim and rest of staff! 🙂

I had brought my truck to a technician named Chris. My truck was there early before my appointment at 2pm and he had it finished by 3pm. Very nice faculty there. I would return in the future.

I had a windshield replaced by Safelight auto glass in fond du lac WI store, they are very reasonable and timely with there response with extreme professional customer service.The team in the Fond du lac WI store with Tim Richie as the managerand Ron a 27 year veteran I dont know the rest of there names but all the team members there are all an asset to the Safelight company. If there is any problem that you might have with the work that was performed by Safelight glass and window repair. The guys and management will stand behind there work and help you with any problem through there outstanding costumer care.P.S. At a very good price :)

Pros: They did a super job replacing back window. Customer service was great and they didnt mess around, finished within an hour.Cons: Expensive!!! They also charge to clean up glass they are replacing,which to me seems like it should be part of the package.

I was surprised when I called Safelite Auto Glass only to find out I had to go on the internet to schedule a appointment to install a window in my daughters car. It only took 1 phone call to save $200 . Hot commercial about the young couple had a chip in there windshield and had it fixed immediately. I will not go to Safelite again.

Was hesitant about getting an after market windshield on my Highlander but they assured me the one being installed was identical. It appears to be of high quality. Staff friendly, courteous and helpful. Running a little late but so was I picking it up. Escorted me out to the lot and checked for leakage as we had just had torrential rain. Im very satisfied. I was scheduled for the 8-12 appointment for a technician to come to my house and replace my windshield. The tech called and said another customer needed their windshield replaced by noon, so they needed to do that first and get to me towards the end of my appointment window. Essentially bumping me from my scheduled appointment time (this is important for later). I called at 12:15 asking if there was any update on when they would get to me since there were storms coming in the later afternoon.The technician arrived after 1pm. We tried a few locations for cover since the storms on the radar were getting closer. He tried calling his supervisor to approve a schedule bump for me to reschedule. The supervisor said they dont bump appointments...this makes me question how someone else was able to take my appointment time for the morning. The technician was just about to pop my windshield when the rain started and he was unable to change out my windshield.There were no available appointments for the next week. I cant drop off my car in the morning since I wouldnt have a ride back home (the reason why I scheduled a tech to come to me to change the windshield). We are going on vacation the next week. I tried calling to see what could be scheduled and was bumped to the Waukesha location.And the technician said his supervisor would call me directly to try to come up with a solution by 4pm. That was 3 days ago, still no call.I will be going elsewhere to replace my windshield.

Dont buy the soccer mom commercial thing. I still have broken glass all over the dash and no rear view mirror. They didnt reinstall the interior molding either. I guess Ill finish the job myself. Rate seemed pretty high for the quality of service provided.

Very professional and friendly we called up they told us come back and 45 minutes it was done. We only had a small chip in the windshield of our Chevy traverse and now its almost unnoticeable thanks for the great service guys I would definitely recommend to my family and friends, this is the Fond du lac branch.

Had the windsheild replaced in my Freightliner semi.The first rain storm I hit it did not leak IT FLOODED!Puddles on the floor and water running behind the dash into the electronics.Phone on the dash was soaked.The cracked windshield was not leaking when I brought it in.I called waranty and they did not get back to me and ignored my message.They got their money and dont want to deal with it.Watch for the water running in video review on Youtube.

And that it was!! 👏 He showed me and explained wat was causing my windshield to crack multiple times and stood behind their guarantee as well. They did a great job and it didnt take long.

There was a bit of a mess with insurance that I didn’t expect when I showed up to my appointment and they really tried hard to help me out with that. I’m still in limbo with insurance, but I definitely still plan on getting my windshield replacement done here once I make sure there aren’t time wasting mistakes on the insurance side.

Terrible Service.I had my windshield replaced here a month ago. I then got a stress fracture in my window from improper install/faulty windshield. When they came out to fix it under warranty they poked at the crack and tried to make it look like it was an impact mark so they wouldnt have to cover it. Theyre work has been faulty before and they dont stand by their work. Completely disgusted and disappointed.
