We stopped to get the battery in my mothers 2014 Toyota Corolla tested as she was concerned it might be going bad. We waited a few minutes for a wonderful employee named Scott who promptly tested it. He explained the differences in batteries, made some recommendations, and then proceeded to install it for us on a rather chilly evening.The customer service was top notch and the light hearted humor made it an enjoyable and fun experience! My mother is now signed up an AutoZone member who is confident with her purchase (and a 3 year warranty) on her new battery. We will be back.

AutoZone on West Johnson street in Fondy has excellent customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. This place gets busy quite a bit, but theyll still do whatever they can to help you. Highly recommended.

Just left fdl location without belt i was looking for?? Said they had them in stock?? Kid behind counter had deer in headlights look?? Took him 15 minutes looking for it?? Then asked what kind of vehicle?? I showed him screenshot of part number and sku?? So he went in back room for another 5-10 minutes coming back to say yeah im not finding it??? So 40 mile round trip to face a incompetent employee?? Please adjust your inventory and hire people that know your products

I went in to get a spark plug for my daughters lawn mower. The young lady and older gentleman who helped me were wonderful. I think her name was Kaylie (?) but didnt get the mans name unfortunately. I would definitely come back here.We are back one month needing a car battery. Thank you very much Conner for your help getting the battery and then putting it in for us!

I had a check engine light come on. Dave at auto zone scanned it a assured me it wasnt going to leave me stranded and to use a fuel additive and it should resolve the problem. A day after filling up with diesel and putting the additive in the light turned off. Thanks Dave

This is the most accurate store in fdl when it comes to your battery and other tests, all the other part stores in town will tell you your stuff is bad, I know this from experience, have your battery tested here and have the other stores in town do the same, see for yourself, I been through this 100s of times, the associates are super friendly and honest.

We came here bc we were having trouble getting our vehicle to start. Someone came out and gave us a reading on our battery and told us we need a new battery.

Arrived at 8:30pm, store posted closes 9pm. Staff had lights turned off and trying to close early. Went for 2 items which showed in-stock online, they only had 1 of the 2.

Very slow moving employees at the register and 2 just aimlessly walking Away from the work. No inforced social distancing and then everytime I go in for a part and wait forever each time I am toldhave to order and it will be in Tuesday, No matter the day of the week.

I will never go to this store again, I was t h ere on Friday to get a part, and the guy told me it would fit on my trailer but it was wrong. So I came today Saturday and the guy wasnt very nice at all and didnt want to help me out, and said I dont know what you have and I had the part I needed to be replaced right there, well I cant help you so I said give me my money back, that I would get it from some where else, he ok I can do that I guess

Every staff person I have ever encountered at this store has always tried very hard to fulfill my request. If they did not have a part in stock and were unable to obtain it immediately, they assisted me in getting hold of that item, even if it meant directing me to a competitor. Have had some poor experiences at other auto parts stores which is why I continue to return here.
