I’ve taken my car in for mostly recall parts, but they’ve always been friendly, professional, and helpful. If they notice something else wrong with my car they let me know and give me an estimate so I know and don’t have to go guess work. I really appreciate them.

I took my vehicle in for a recall and the mechanic did not tighten bolt on the replaced driveshaft which caused a loud rattling noise. End result is my personal mechanic discovered the problem and fixed it.

Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. My appointment took longer than anticipated due to the discovery of additional problems, but I was kept informed of what needed to be done and what the cost would be. There weren’t any surprises and now my truck is working wonderfully.

(I mistakenly placed it in our calendar on the incorrect day). But Holiday Ford was able to accommodate and get our vehicle serviced and out the door the same day. The Ford dealership wanted almost $700 to put in a new actuator. I went to Floods Oil in Eden and was charged $215. I highly recommend Flood Oil. Very fast and much more reasonable of a price.I still had to pay $100 just for the diagnostic testing which I expected. I wish I would have taken my vehicle to Eden right away.

I was getting ready to travel cross country and had my wheel bearings inspected. While in Colorado, my wheel started wobbling. I had to drive through mountains to find an auto shop which put my trip a day behind and messed up all my hotel reservations. The lack of attention to detail is appalling and put me and my family in a very dangerous situation.

I went in for routine oil change, which was done with no issues I believe.. but as Im leaving she hands me my keys and says oh and by the way your window is off track.. now I had just gotten the car about a week earlier and everything has been fine since day 1... the window was starting to make noises but still functioning normal. Im just not happy that they used the window during the oil change and now it doesnt work and I gotta put more cash into that now. I figured they would fix it if it happened during their care of my vehicle but I guess not. 🤷

I had very good service at holiday automotive. My truck had a transmission malfunction and was part of a two-part recall. Were moving out of state and needed the repair done ASAP but holiday did not have the part and the part was on backorder. They worked tirelessly to find the part for us and that involved working with other dealerships to find the part. One of the dealerships in Appleton was extremely unhelpful and rude. Holiday continue to try to work with them but ultimately had to go through another dealership to get the part. Cant thank you enough for making it happen and getting our truck fixed two days before moving. Thank you very much very satisfied

Seriously get a second opinion before getting service - I was told I needed an alignment by their smart system. I then and bought new tires from elsewhere and they said my alignment was green across the board. Fine service, but double check elsewhere before sinking money into unnecessary fixes.

Spark plug issue driving to Wisconsin from Montana. Diagnostic visit in am, scheduled us for repair in the afternoon—right on time and $100 less than estimate. We were back on the road home the next day! They carefully observed COVID masking, distancing, cleaning—thanks!

All of the people are nice there but that Jenny is out favorite! You go to get your car fixed at some places and you have all kinds of worries, did they do it right or are we going to break down on the way home. But when Jenny at Holiday takes care of us I feel confident when I drive away that everything is good. Also if you go to the Chevrolet garage across the street, I like Andrea over there, but I am sure they are all nice. I guess that is why they are so huge, I can still remember there place on North Main when Bill Gore ran it. They did a good job 45 years ago also!

Poor information, got employees that dont know what there talking about. i should of gotten my service for free but didnt.

I had an oil change scheduled but had to wait over 90 minutes for it to be done, and no update was given while I waited as to how long it would take and why it was taking so long. Then they followed up multiple times in the next few days asking me to fill out a survey, but when I filled it out and let them know about the wait, they never acknowledged it. I’m not sure why they were so persistent in asking for me feedback if they aren’t willing to acknowledge that I took the time to pass along feedback, in the hopes that it will be improved next time.

The service was great but I often feel that the customer service/service worker representative manipulates customers. Issues are found during one service that seem to be needing immediate work when that is not the case. And then in order to complete that work, the price is extreme. It makes me feel anxious about just coming in for an oil change

Went in for simple oil change and, as usual whenever Ive come here before, Im told there are all kinds of things that need to be repaired/replaced on my vehicle. I went in for an oil change, not $1400 in repairs.

Holiday stands by their work. Went in for a A/C issues that were costly. Went home and had a leak and a electrical issues. Red and his team got us back in, gave us a loaner and took care of the issues the next visit. No extra cost. Very good services and honest people.

On the back left passenger door some water has been leaking in.

Detail was good, during the oil change and tire rotate they seemed to have failed to reset oil life. I know that’s been a thing holiday does during oil changes, is reset the setting during the oil change. Mine was not reset, also I never received any paperwork regarding information about my vehicle like trend depth, etc.

I purchased a 2011 Ford Explorer at a Great Value. I did have some issues with the purchase and the Sales and Service Department worked with me to resolve them immediately and one nagging strange issue over a couple of months.
