Excellent customer service target my to go place then walmart good quality stuff although not a fan of target clothe or walmarts but targets have way much better customer service friendly and very clean as walmart is not

I dont frequent Target that much, so I am a little bit at a loss as to where things are. I had a wonderful gentleman help me find the one thing that i could not find. I wish I would have been able to catch his name - very friendly, great smile and when the twine I was looking for wasnt in the first place, he happily led me to the second place. GREAT customer service with a smile!!

Very quick and easy to do the store pick up, items were already to go and paid for before I picked up, easy to use and had got a email letting me know items were ready for pick up, super fast very pleased with purchase with this covid & variants going around I honestly dont like to walk around any store as much very pleased with the store pick up option as i can just go in and pick up items & there ready to go A+ store option and picked up exact items I ordered also give A+ to the employees for picking the items, thank you

I love Target! I prefer to shop here for household items, but not food. The food selection isnt what I need, although sometimes they have good offers that make certain items cheaper than what I would find elsewhere. I also love the Target Circle Offers that are specific to things I buy.

We come here a couple times a month. We use the target app and order everything we need and go right inside to the pickup area. All the employees are very friendly and helpful. This target is nice and clean and worth the drive I would highly recommend!

I’ve always found this to be a very clean and organized store with very helpful employees. They may not always get the newest stuff as quickly as other stores since it is a smaller market, but it eventually makes its way to Fond du Lac.

Didnt have a Red Card credit account until 2012, just got my new one! I usually am a Target guest once or twice a week.

I love shopping at Target! Just started ordering online for pick up, and it couldnt be simpler. The past two times Ive ordered, it was ready in under an hour. The pick up process is just as easy, just be sure to have your barcode ready to scan. Im also a fan of the new womens clothing brands they sell. Theyre much more affordable and trendy.

Kristina was super helpful in customer service! She made sure I was able to use my tax exemption for Girl Scouts. And Tera made a delicious Starbucks latte!

Everything you would expect from a Target. Courteous and helpful employees, quality products, and a great atmosphere. I find the staff very helpful, particularly the toy department employee who has proved he is very knowledgeable. Overall I would recommend this establishment.

I had spent the afternoon working at my grandma’s house. I got $5 so I was happy since I hadn’t done anything too major. She had to stop at Target for a few things so I decided to come with my earned money. I found something I liked that was 4.99 so I decided to get it. Knowing tax was a thing I asked her for an extra quarter before going to the checkout. After getting to the checkout, I put my item on the belt. When she scanned it, it came to 5.26 I was one cent off. I asked the older women who was checking me out if she had a penny. She said she didn’t as she was just staring at me, she was obviously not going to say “you know what, it’s only a penny, go ahead.” So I just told her to void the item as I didn’t have the penny. I know that I didn’t have enough money, but it kind of ruined my experience there where I was definitely disappointed in the fact I couldn’t get it. Overall customer service in electronics is good, that’s all the store has going for it at this point

I do like this Target but I have an issue with the width of the aisles there. They are way too narrow for two carts to pass each other. I cant enter an aisle if someone else is already in it with a cart or sometimes I have to back up, go all the way around to the aisle next to it to get to the other side. Super frustrating when shopping. This is a great place to shop if youre carrying a basket or just carrying your items but not ideal if you have a cart.

Standard target shopping experience in a small town. I have to say that I did enjoy the target experience here for shopping and that they have almost anything that you could want from a target. The staff is friendly and the place is very clean. The parking lot can get to be a cluster as there arent that many shopping experiences in the town and so most people end up here or at Walmart. If you want a good deal on almost anything from clothes, electronics, or even snacks this is a good place to go in town.

Horrible customer service. The Manager/ETL for specialty sales is the worst and doesn’t know how to do their job correctly. Inventory on this store is complete trash and they don’t even know what they have in stock or not in stock. I’ll be sure to send an email into corporate.

Fast & Easy pickup for an online order, it was ready within an hour of purchase!

I am a new mom and decided to register on target online, I was happy to find out by emailafter registration that I was able to get a free baby bag of samples.unfortunately when I went to pick up my baby bag the larger young white woman with brown hair at Guest Services didnt seem very pleased to even be serving me. I said I was there to pick up my baby bag and she answered very slowly in questionably rude tone...okay... what for....? I said for my baby.....not the response I was looking for, I will be unregistered at target and go with a different place.

The store was clean and well organized. The sales people are nice, better than WalMart.

Fun items

The online support was terrible. When I checked on my order they gave me the run around and out right lied to me assuring me when my order would be ready. Told me I had an issue with PayPal that I didn’t and locked me out of my online account for no reason . The item said it would be ready in 2 hours it took 3 days. Also it was in a ripped apart box. I will never shop online at target again. The only reason they are getting 1 star is that it won’t let you leave no stars.

Fair pricing, always clean and friendly staff

Bit disappointing. Mostly overpriced items. Went there today, and was there about 30ish minutes. Not one single worker said hello, goodbye, can I help you find anything, nothing. Not a word.

Ive worked at other targets for years and to be honest, target doesnt charge you more for common goods than Walmart ($19.97 vs $19.99 isnt enough for me to ever go into a Walmart). Unless youre getting the really cheaply made clothes or something. This Target isnt even a P-Fresh though (doesnt have any produce) so the grocery items are going to cost you more. Also... I just pretend to be deaf when the rude guy at self checkout tries to talk to me now. Makes my whole Target run more enjoyable.

Its clean (the clean restroom guy is right!) and pretty well stocked. The prices are competitive. My only complaint--and its a big one--is that they never have enough people on the registers. There are never enough registers open, even when the lines are 7 or 8 people long. They need to address this.UPDATE: Since I wrote this, they have installed a couple of self-check stations, which has helped the situation somewhat.

I was just in the Target store this am in Fond Du Lac and purchased some last minute items. Two items did not make it into my bag and was noticed upon arrival in Milwaukee. I called the store immediately and was informed by the department manager named Callie who stated that they found the items in question still at the checkout in the store but she was not inclined to refund my money as I am now 90 miles away and not able to turn back. The manager was able but not willing to refund the credit card stating that we simply would have do drive back. She offered no other solution when we explained that a 90 mile drive one way was not reasonable. This fell on deaf ears. Surprise that a large chain store would treat customers that way. She didn’t even care to take our names for a complaint.

Many times I stop in love that theres a Starbucks there. If I stop Im usually looking for something specific. Once in a while they dont have what Im looking for checkout is sometimes slow but they are really good at customer service and returns.

Tyler, in the electronics dept., went out of his way to first offer his help and then locate an item that was not readily available on the display rack. This was on the hectic Black Friday later in the morning after he had survived the early morning rush. Very much appreciated.

I was looking for a certain type of pepper mill which they did not carry and for Sanding Sugar to make truffles... again they did not carry this item. Although one style of pepper mill they did have was about $13 cheaper than at another location I had been to looking for this item.
