Terrible experience!!!! Overweight girl with short blue hair was not helpful and unpleasant every time she tries to give unneeded advice only go to this store if you know absolutely nothing about hair then their low quality YouTube knowledge might be able to help you .

Fond du lac store was bad. Asked a question didn’t get an answer...ended up buying the wrong hair dye. Returned to Oshkosh store, the staff was awesome, answered my questions and helped pick out the correct dye.
Have had better experiences. Todays was not good. Stopped recommending this place awhile ago and it only gets worse. Too bad to! I like their products. Online seems to be a better way to go.
I would leave this place zero stars if I could! Went in there and bought some hair color some were permanent and some were not but I didn’t recognize this at the time of purchase.. the lady didn’t bother to notice either.. purchased my stuff to notice when I got home to take it all the way back to the store to be told they weren’t accepting exchanges or refunds at this time! In which they didn’t bother to mention upon purchase either. So now here I sit with hair dye I’ve been waiting to use that was kind of expensive and can’t even do my f******* hair because she failed to inform me. When I get my stuff and they honor exchanges I will never be coming back!

The lady that helped me buy the things for my hair was fantastic she immediately greeted me and asked if she could help find anything.. going to be honest i really didnt know what i was looking for .. so thanks for helping me get the things i need. I had a great conversation with her as well talking bout how i cant have crazy hair colors at my place of work! Lol

Girls there aren’t bad really nice but the products are starting to suck ! I buy once a week from there for hair dye and just got some lashes to go with my look the pair ripped the minute I took it out of the package and then when I went to apply what I could the ends of the band wouldn’t connect the wouldn’t turn to the shape of my eye it was like putting on strip of wood. Will never by ardell again.
Normally I have pretty good service there.I went in a few days ago, no one greeted me or asked if I needed any help. The 3 sets of people that came in after me all got asked.They had numerous signs up that said buy 2 get 1 free on hair color, not just 1 that was forgotten, after I asked why i didnt get a free one she said the sale ended the day before.She went & took down 6+ sale tags.... and didnt give me that sale price.I guess I thought all stores honored prices if they f*cked up and didnt remove them.
This is a nice store. I like the sales and coupons that they always have, and the satisfaction guarantee. Im removing a star because of the number of gel polishes that were ruined by their store lights. They are aware of the problem but they dont check their stock so you have to open and check each bottle when you buy.
They were out of stock in so many items it was unbelievable.

I have had a professional discount membership card since the year 2000 when I lived in California and did nails in my mothers Salon. Today at the FDL location the associate tried to paint a picture as of the card was not mine by saying that the card didnt work. I asked her to enter the number again as I have never had a problem with the card for the 19 years that Ive had it. She then asked me for my license to update the system. Never have I been asked to do this since you have to initially present your license to get the professional discount card in the first place. Once she located the account she stated my last name to confirm if it was me. I asked her if she needed to see the name on my CC to ease her mind that i was who I was. Her action were basically racial profiling and I will not go to that location ever again. If im presenting my card and all information adds up, what is the problem?

They never answer the phone there. And you feel not welcome when you in the store.
This is a great place to go crazy shopping for any beauty item you may need!
