Bought a bike second hand, the brakes were very bad...couldnt stop. I tried to adjust them myself, only to make matters worse. I called, they got my bike in quickly. The gentlemen there were wonderful! Less than a week and I was riding safely again! I will go there again if I ever need any help with my bikes. Thanks to the men that helped me...one was Joe but I didnt catch the older gentlemans name. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I brought my Trex 7.6 FX to a bike shop in Oshkosh for a tune up it was never the same! I took it to John and within a few minutes realized that the cassette was not correct thanks to John I finally got my bike repaired! It shifts just like the day I bought it!

I just had my 2 bikes repaired and tuned by Fond du Lac Cyclery recently. They did a very good job on both bikes. They both look and ride like new. I will take them back for any future work. I recommend them.

I just want to give them a big applause 👏🏼. I have gone to them for years. I have bought all our bikes and accessories from them and they have ALWAYS gone above and beyond. But today they have really gone above and beyond. I went in to buy a helmet for my son and to bring in my bike because the break I thought was just locked. Little did I know that the cable had broke. I thought it was just going to be oh here push this buttons and your break is all good. He took my bike in and fixed the cable and something else right away and fixed it. He didn’t tell me that I would have to make an appointment or bring it back, he fixed it right then and there, no complaints. I KNOW they are busy and that was not my intention at all because I took 1/2 an hour of his time. He went above and beyond. Thank you. It’s the little things that they do for you that keeps me coming back and I tell everyone to come here. Again Thank you! I didn’t get your name but I certainly will next time young man!

I want to give a shout out to John and the guys at Fond du Lac Cyclery. They ordered two different Sun Seekers for me so that I could try them both and choose the one I liked best. They assembled them and made sure everything was set up to be comfortable for me on the one I chose. I was also able to take it around the block for a test drive We ordered some accessories and they put them on the bike and delivered it to my house free of charge. They will make any necessary adjustments if needed. I had such a good experience at their shop this time and also over the years they have always been the shop of choice for all my biking needs.

Great shop, was passing through town on a multiple day bike trip and had a front tire failure. They opened 2 hours early so I could buy a few replacement parts and let us use their shop area and tools so we didnt have to unpack our bags to get ours. Much appreciated!

Guys have done three major overhauls on my road bikes. They do great work at a reasonable price. Place has a small town appeal.

Always the best service, recommendations, & well supplied bike store. John & the rest of the employees are very knowledgable. I have purchased several Trek bikes from John over the years and am very pleased with everything. Even the bad coffee is drinkable.

I really hate this bike shop. Ive taken a few bikes for repairs there over the years since its the only repair place in town, and I have no choice. They cant even fix a flat tire properly! The most recent time, they fixed a flat and the same tire went flat again a few days later. They then told me I had needed a new tire all along, so I got one. Two months later, what do I get? Yet another flat tire. Same tire. This says to me that there must be an issue with the tire rim that the employees kept missing. Since I dont trust them to fix the problem correctly, Im just going to buy a new bike. And NOT from this store. If I ever have bike trouble again, Id be better off throwing my money down a hole than giving it to this dump.

Fond du Lac Cyclery does excellent work. They helped me select a Trek road bike from about 4 years ago and it has served me very well ever since. Early every spring I drop my bike off for service and I get it back in just a day or two, working like brand new. My bike now has well over 10,000 miles on it and FdL Cyclery has kept it in tip-top shape at very reasonable prices. I just recently picked it up from this years service and cant get over how quiet, smooth shifting, and precise everything felt after their mechanics gave it some TLC. I couldnt recommend them any higher.

Took both wheels in with instructions to rebuild with heavier gauge spokes tires and tubes as these go on a motorized bike. 5 star service. Wheels were back on the bike 3 days earlier than expected. Excellent.

Always friendly service and excellent repair work

On the recommendation of a knowledgeable friend I brought my Litespeed bike over from Sheboygan for John to give it a thorough going over before a very big race. The customer service and attention to detail were the finest I have ever received at a bike shop and the price was more than fair. John spent a long time making sure that if anything went wrong in the race, it wasnt going to be the bike!! On my next ride I felt like I was riding a new bike! John said it was going to be fast and he was right! In my big race I had the fastest bike split I have ever had in 15 years of racing triathlon! I will not hesitate to bring my racing bike back to Fond du Lac Cyclery in the future. I may also be selling my old mountain bike soon and I will surely check out the new bikes that John has. I highly recommend Fond du Lac Cyclery.

I called to ask what the lag time was for bike repair and they said 4 days. I dropped by and explained the issue. Dan asked if I could wait. 10 minutes later he was done and I was on my way. Awesome service!!!

Bought three Giant bikes over the course of a few weeks as me and my fiance got back into biking for exercise. John was helpful and customer oriented and prices were fair. Got good personal service and advice I would not have received from big box store or internet purchase. 2020 update. I bought two Schwinn recumbent exercise bikes from John at start of Covid lockdowns. Got a good price and they were assembled and tested no putting it together in my front porch!! Perfect example of why to buy local.

Im sure they meant well but I brought in my wheelchair wheel to get sand out of the hand rim. They couldnt get the sand out but they did clean my wheels. When I got back on my wheelchair I noticed the wheel was now flat. So sand and now I had a flat. I called back but they were closed. So I went to Attitude Sports and they got the sand out and put on new tubes!

I wish I would have purchased my Trek from this dealership. Best customer service you could ask for.
