Getting my tux with Edith’s was an incredible experience! I would highly recommend them. They own all of their own tuxes so they were able to make changes same day. I am extremely grateful for the excellent service and friendly team members!!

Went into rent a suit. We ended buying a suit w/ a shirt and two dresses!! It worked out great! The lady that helped us was wonderful, very sweet!

The dresses were nice but every single person in the party got sized for their dresses and they came back 2 sizes too big. I got mine sized 2 sizes small thinking I’d loose weight which I ended up not losing and mine fit perfectly. The brides was perfect as well. But all the other bridesmaids had to pay TWICE to get it altered again. Total obvious scam. I don’t know if they outsource but they need a new company if so. I suggest buying the dress and taking it else wear to get altered. Don’t waste your money!

We came in to get our groomsmen fitted. Kim was fantastic at helping get the tuxes together! The process from start to finish was so easy and smooth!

Very great experience. People were very helpful tried my suit rental on a couple days before the wedding and shirt and shoes were the wrong sizes and they swapped them out right away for the right stuff. Very professional :)

This place is amazing. I called the day we need to have my soon to be brother in law fitted for a suit. They had everything we wanted. They fitted in less than 3 hours and it is amazing! I will recommend them to all my friends with their upcoming weddings!

Terrible alteration service! My best friend is getting married in 3 days and they still don’t have her dress ready. She’s had 6 alterations expecting to take her dress home each time and it hasn’t been done. Now she has to pick her dress up the night before her wedding!

Krystal helped me fit a suit jacket and pants. It was very quick and easy! 5 star experience! Much better than men’s warehouse!

I can’t even begin to explain how amazing my experience was here! I’ve tried other bridal shops and they just didn’t seem in tuned with YOUR day. I had Karlee to help me find the perfect dress! I was pretty closed minded about what I wanted but she helped me look at other possible options. I walked out that day pretty positive I had found my dress. My second visit, she was just as amazing and I had gotten THEE perfect dress!! Their staff is absolutely amazing and just what you need in the middle of this exciting chaos!

Lots of options for bridesmaid dresses. The gal who helped us wasnt overly friendly, or perhaps we were an annoyance to her with the questions we asked. The secrecy with not wanting to provide details about the designers or style numbers was frustrating. I understand not wanting people to shop around, but I havent been to any other bridal store that does this. I couldnt even order (wanting to buy) color swatches in the colors we liked best unless we had a dress picked out & money deposited. The wedding is just about a year away and we were told we should order dresses asap when other places weve talked to say 6 months is plenty. The overall experience was underwhelming.

DONT go to this place dont do it. There are so many bridal stores in the fox valley stay clear from this place. Worst customer experience we have every had. My husband rented his suit for a wedding an was told during covid he would get his money back minus the 50 dollar sizing fee if the wedding was canceled an he never did. Got told to spend the money in the store we guess what folks if you have a husband like mine what in the hell is he going to buy in a bridal store. Filed a complaint on the company. Just be warned they will say anything to you but its not true. Not to mention this store is outdated compared to any other bridal store. The manager and ther store owner are just horrible. With there customers service iam sure this store wont last.

When you pick out a dress for that special day you better be 100% sure that its the right dress because if youre not and you put money down ( half of purchase price) and change your mind, you can kiss the money goodbye. They will not refund no matter what! Im very dissatisfied!!!!

I said YES to the dress at Ediths! The woman that helped me find my dress was so kind, genuine, patient, and not pushy at all. She even helped make sure to accommodate accessibility needs for my best friend (who is in a wheelchair). She kept reminding me that my opinion was what mattered most for deciding on my dress (as I was worried about what my mom, sister, and friend were thinking). She also stepped away so that I could see how I looked in my dress without a mask on and allowed me to try on six dresses. She helped me try out some jewelry at the end as well. I found the perfect dress at a fantastic price and am so happy I went to Ediths! Thank you for your great service ladies.

I went to Ediths today to go wedding dress shopping and it was absolutely the best! I had been to other stores but Ediths was the first one where I actually loved more than one dress and had fun trying them all on. They have such a great selection. The lady helping me was so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. She helped me find my dress and then talked through bridesmaid and suit colors. I said yes to my dress today and Im so excited to wear it on my wedding day. Thank you so much!

My daughter had her consultant make her feel bad about how she looked in the dresses she tried on while dress shopping. She wasnt willing to show her a variety nor willing to have those with my daughter look around. I did not realize how bad things were because a lot of it happened in the dressing room. The consultant did at one point grab the dress my daughter was in to pull her over to look at a dress the consultant had altered which had nothing to do with what we were talking about. After going back to talk with manager about full list of issues, found it was the manager who was the consultant.

My consultant was very nice, patient, and professional. They hand picked my wedding dress based off the styles I was looking at. She was very knowledgeable and considerate.

Our service was very courteous and polite. We were helped right away and were offered assistance when we needed it. Our tuxedos were fitted well and looked nice. Overall, a great experience.

I said yes to the dress here! The girl I had was so nice and laid back and not forceful at all. I ended up getting the first dress I tried on that day after trying on others dress I didnt like as much and going to other stores. She understood that this was the first place were I was trying on dress and didnt force me to stay. Also the girl let me put the dresses on again once I narrowed down my picks. Even my future grandma found something to wear to my wedding here 🥰

An amazing amount of selection

Very helpful ladies! We walked in, greeted immediately and was offered assistance even though the store was quite busy! We found the exact dress we were looking for! The stylist knew exactly what direction to send us. While trying the dress in she offered suggestions on making it the perfect fit and offered additional suggestions if the dress was not perfect but it was! Thank you so much for the pleasant experience.

Had a fun time getting fit

I had put money down on a dress to hold it. I understand it was non-refundable but due to covid I was unable to afford to buy the dress. I had asked to purchase a veil because my friend was gifting me her dress to wear. They refused to let me use the deposit on anything but the wedding dress. I find it a little sad that other places are very understanding but they had no sympathy while speaking to them.

Definitely regretting getting our tuxs here for our wedding! Its been nothing but issues! The manager cuts you off and is rude. They lost our information, had our date wrong, couldnt give me any information on my order when the employee was not in and that was often! Tuxs were paid in full but now they are saying we owe a balance still.

Very friendly and patient staff, especially with the covid-19. Future brother in law and sister had to short notice for their wedding. Thank you all for making this happen. Appreciate it!

From picking out my dress, to alterations, to putting my dress in the car - Kim did a fantastic job and I loved my experience at Ediths. The reason Im taking away one star - from what would have been a 5 start review - was a comment made to me on my final dress try on. My shoes were my something blue and they were peaking out from under my dress - an employee of Ediths (wish I knew her name) made a comment that my socks looked real nice with the dress and hopefully my shoes would look better. Im sure this comment was meant as a joke - but when a bride puts her all into her wedding and planning every detail comments like that can be disheartening. My suggestion would be - have a conversation with your staff and tell them to have a bit more tact when it comes to speaking to customers. Otherwise, it was a great experience over all!

I had a fantastic experience at Edith’s! I didn’t have an appointment but was still helped right away. Stephanie was able to help me find a bridesmaid dress for 2 upcoming weddings I am in. She was so incredibly helpful! I was asked what color, style, and price range I had, which was awesome to make sure I didn’t find a dress I couldn’t afford. She also was honest with me and gave me great feedback on the dresses I tried on. I was in and out of there in 40 minutes. I absolutely recommend Edith’s and will be back!

I recently went to Edith’s looking for a dress and found my dream dress for prom. Stephanie was so helpful and kind. The dress was half price and very reasonable. Stephanie also helped us problem solve the sizing and tailoring. A great store for all your formal needs.

Just got my bridal gown here today and was very impressed by the friendly and down to earth consultants. She was willing to look 1 more time for me to find my dress after 2 rounds of her already looking for gowns. I am super happy with it and impressed with seamstress as well for helping special order my gown as I needed extra length. Great experience looking forward to fittings and working with their awesome staff! So happy that I found my wedding dress at a down to earth local place in Fond du Lac. They were very friendly and helpful as soon as we walked into the store. 14 of us came in and didnt really know what we wanted for our junior prom court. But they helped us figure it out and gave us suggestions so we wouldnt look stupid. Overall it was a 10/10 experience and I will definitely come back here in the future to get dress cloths.

However, with my personal experience, I cannot give a solid yes recommendation, because I left the store with a negative feeling. I hope the person who saw my breasts feeding my child in an uncomfortable and/or sexual manner takes this as a learning experience, because you asking me to move, gave me an unwelcomed feeling.

We recently had a wedding that we were supposed to be in my husband was standing up and due to the Covid situation the only thing that we could do to get our money back was a store credit for $200 but it’s not our fault that my husband got the Covid and they didn’t want to refund money do I feel that this is unfair when is the person going to use $200 credit to Edith’s bridal hardly never and honestly I think this is poor customer service on Ediths bridal due to the current situation

At the beginning of the year I started my journey in finding my wedding dress. I had tried a few different places and for some reason could not find the dress. My mom passed away when I was young and the thought of her not being able to physically be at our wedding or be a part of the wedding dress process hung in my mind in all the stores we went to. I started questioning myself and my body type and doubted that I was going to find that special moment that everyone talks about where everyone around you starts happy crying and fireworks go off in your mind and you can FINALLY see yourself walking down the isle to your special someone.. but then... I went to Ediths. They actually had plus size dresses for me to try on which was great because instead of worrying about me being able to fit into the dresses and working hard to make the dress look acceptable on me I was actually trying on dresses that looked good on me for who I was. Then Kim came into the picture she was phenomenal. She is so kind and compassionate and inspired me to try on dresses that made me happy. She made every second of the day about ME and my feelings. It was just her and I in the dressing room and I felt so comfortable with her and appreciate how genuine she was with me. She would always ask me how I felt in the dress and if my answer was I dont feel right she validated my concerns, got me out of the dress immediately, and found me something even better than the last. She was a great listener and her empathy and understanding got me through an otherwise emotionally difficult day. Kim did everything she could to make my day trying on dresses special and when I did find the dress she was just as happy and emotionally invested as those I brought with me to the appointment. Without her personality and positive attitude I wouldnt have found my dress. When we went to go ring up the dress she was so kind and gave me a hug and was happy that she was able to help us as much as she did. She made me feel beautiful and I appreciate her for everything she is and all she does. Ediths is lucky to have someone like her. I cant wait to see her again for my fitting.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very fast and thorough service and great prices. I was there to rent a tuxedo for my sons senior prom and was shocked when I only paid a little but more then I had when I rented my husbands tuxedo (in Alaska) 20 years ago, and my sons tux was a high quality tuxedo. They were even able to make a last minute change to the shirt as the first one was a just a bit long in arm length. When I returned the tuxedo I inquired about some of the gowns If my husband and I decide to do something formal for our 20th anniversary. They answered all my questions without hesitation. Very knowledgeable staff and very professional and friendly. They even had roses out for mothers day that they gave out for free. I would recommend to anyone looking for formal wear.

Everyone here is so wonderful and nice here! They do what they can for every single person that walks in the door! The bridal has a HUGE selection on dresses ranging in prices from under 100 to over 1000! Bridesmaids has so many options of colors and designers! I cant believe what is all in stock! And the tuxedo department tries to match it all together when you get it all there! They pull the bridesmaid dresses just to make sure you like the colors together! How awesome is that!? I couldnt ask for anything better!

I had a great experience at Ediths shopping for my wedding dress. Grace was awesome to work with and was patient with my picky requests! She took charge and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The rest of the staff was pleasant and fun to work with as well.

Stephanie helped my mom find a Mother of the Groom dress. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She found 2 outfits at Ediths for a destination Vegas wedding. All staff on board were friendly and pleasant.

The lady I worked with, Kim, was amazing! I do feel the need to give a 1 star review because of their crappy policies. I have a dress that Im very interested Im purchasing, however because its off the rack theyre unable to do alterations. Fine, no problem. I called today to ask for info on the dress so I can show my grandma a stock picture to see if the alterations I want done are possible; she lives out of state. I was told unless I have money down they cant give me information about the dress... All I wanted is the designer and dress number to make sure itll work before I spend $1,000 on a dress that obviously cant be returned. Im so upset. I was going to purchase my dress, two flower girl dresses, my moms dress, my mother in laws dress, my accessories and inquire about tux/suit rentals. Your loss. Ill take my business elsewhere.

I went here to look at Bridal gowns and found the lady to be less than helpful. She never measured me, nor did she help to get dresses on or off. We did not stay long, nor did I try on many dresses. I was very interested in a few of the dresses I did try on, but due to the lack of service chose not to buy my dress here. However, they had the style and color of bridesmaids dresses I wanted. So, I did choose to come to Ediths for those. However, the experience was again, less than helpful. The girl helping my bridesmaids kept walking away and was gone for long periods of time. So much so that we had to go look for her to come back and measure my girls. After dresses came in, one of my bridesmaids went to try it on. She elected to have her alterations done there and had it IN WRITING they would keep the dress there until her appointment. However, when I went to pick up other dresses for my girls, they made me take the dress for the bridesmaid who already had an appointment for alterations. When she returned with the dress for her appointment, they argued with her about what happened. They were very rude to her during the appointment. Hands down they were just plain awful to my bridesmaids. I would never go here again, nor recommend this place.

Went in to Ediths to get bridesmaids dresses with the other bridesmaids. It was prom season so it was busier but wasnt an issue. The selection is great and there was plenty of room to have your own area. However, we had quite a few problems after choosing our dresses.-I couldnt find any dress that I wanted to try on in a size smaller than 12. Im either a 2 or a 4. Its very hard to know what a dress looks like when its hanging off of you.-Once we decided on the style of dress we had to be measured to figure out what size to order. They are persistent about you taking your pants off, even if youre wearing leggings. I highly doubt leggings will skew the sizing in any apparent way. It was awkward and even humiliating for one bridesmaid.-I was told my top is a size 4 and my bottom is a size 10. Ive never been anywhere near a 10. I tried to order a 4 and the girl measuring pressured me into buying a 10.-Finally got my dress is after months, size 10, now needs to be DRASTICALLY altered. It is no where near my size, so I will have to spend quite a bit of money on top of the dress cost to make it fit.-Another bridesmaid is larger and felt humiliated after being measured. Not only did the girl measuring talk to her about sizing in front of all of us, but she forced the bridesmaid to buy extra fabric for the dress because the size wasnt on the chart. The bridesmaid ended up not needing the extra fabric at all.-The ordering process felt like it required as much as getting a new drivers license does.Over all we left humiliated and with the wrong dress sizes ordered.

We have just loved working with Ediths. Their staff has been nothing short of kind and helpful. They have great ideas and are most helpful with trying different styles. My daughter purchased an evening gown and I purchased a cocktail dress - we are thrilled with both!

Wow. The staff was phenomenal! The selection was perfect, the prices were reasonable and I said yes to the dress!!! Lol.I had a pushy consultant at the previous shop I went to so this was a breath of fresh air. Laura helped me pick out my bridal dress and Stephanie rocked the bridesmaids dresses.

The girl that helped me was super friendly my only complaint is that if you are plus size be prepared to not have a dress to try on! We went to another bridal shop and I was a size 20/22, at Ediths I am a 28...how? Im not sure.. but they have very few over size 20 to try on. So here I sit and wait for the $200 dress to come in and hope it fits and looks decent on me! Very frustrating for us plus size ladies! We would love to be able to see what the dress looks like on before spending $200 nonrefundable hard earned money!

The staff at Ediths provided great customer service! After visiting several other bridal stores in the Fox Valley I can say Ediths has the best customer service. My consultant was very knowledgeable about their gowns and made the process of finding a wedding dress a great experience. The store owner stopped by to meet me and answer questions. The head seamstress was there to take my measurements and showed me how she will alter the hemline of my dress. I would recommend Ediths to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

My experience wasnt that bad but my jacket was too big (they claimed it was perfect) and others in our party had worse experiences. We had a lot of out of towners for this wedding so it wasnt possible to have everybody try on their tuxes. While I know its best practice to try on everything and there are bound to be mistakes, there were some major issues such as the suspenders for the groom being missing and adult shirts given to little boys even though the sizes were given.Overall, though, the price was OK and the tux quality was good.

I got my dress very last minute, but the staff at Ediths was helpful and supportive. Once my dress arrived, it was a different shade and the size was way off, so they allowed me to swap my dress with the floor sample. They also cleaned up the floor sample for me. Great service!

We went to Edith’s to get a tux for a father daughter dance... even though we did not have an appointment everyone was extremely nice and willing to help us! They even tried to help my daughter and I!!! Will be going back here for any tuxes or gowns in the future!!!

They need work on their measuring skills. They also insisted on ordering a bridesmaid dress for my daughter that was way too big so now we need to find someone to do all the alterations. The dress was expensive enough and now she needs to pay for alterations on top of that. She even told them to order a smaller size then what they said.

If you are going for prom dresses, dont! I had the worse experience here and the sales person was more worried about the sale then what I actually wanted. She practically forced my friend and I to follow them on Instagram. I will never go back. Also the selection was awful.

Customer service was great. Employees worked with the wedding party extremely well. The atmosphere inside of the building is very comfortable and welcoming. Management treated everyone with respect and more than willing to solve any issues or concerns.

I had an amazing experience at Ediths Bridals & Tuxedos in Fond du Lac. In a pinch i needed a tux for a wedding the same day. I called them asking if i could come in the morning and wear a tux out on my way to the wedding. I expected them to say no, but they said no problem! Not only did they have a tux for me but Tom was able to fit me in and check me out in 40 minutes. I should also mention i am very tall and slim, to the point were it is difficult to find jeans in a department store. I was worried i would have to chose the best of what they had on hand that didnt really fit. Not the case! They had me measured and in a fitted tux. I couldnt have asked for better service. I felt that Tom genuinely cared that made it to the wedding on time, and looked awesome. Wouldnt even consider another shop!
