Our kitchen needed a upgrade, but we really didnt know how to start. Kellie Toth was wonderful to work with, giving us direction and ideas that we were comfortable with. And her customer service skills are exceptional, always checking in with us, keeping us informed of when and how things would get done and making sure we were satisfied with everything that was done. All the installers that came were great, very friendly and knowledgeable in what they were doing. We highly recommend Kellie and Quest Interiors.

This week we had Quest Interiors install new plush carpeting through out our home, 6 rooms and living room. From the beginning working with Jane Lueck, her knowledge for what was best for our home and helping me pick out the perfect carpet and padding to the installation by Jesse and Jesus. The 2 young men who installed our carpet are true professionals and their work ethic is impeccable. Our home has many cuts and angles in the rooms making it a more difficult task. It is a real pleasure working with Kellie Toth, Shawn and Jake from the Fond du Lac location.When I contacted FloorQuest after making 10 calls to other installers, Kellie answered and within 24 hours she was at house taking measurements and making suggestions. By the end of the week, she had provided samples, and more samples before we decided on the floor below. Kellie response was amazing.I would not hesitate to tell you we were very reluctant on the installation, especially the mess. Eighty percent of our home floors were being installed and I was worried that at the end of the day, I would have to clean up dust and debris. That was not the case. Shawn and Jake before they left each day took the time and made sure the floors were clean and all the surfaces dusted. Their friendliness and attention to the small details was amazing.I look forward to having our carpeting and counter tops done by FloorQuest in the near future.Thanks Kellie, Shawn and Jake for a terrific job.

Extremely pleased with my quartz countertops. Would definitely have quest do them again. Great work, great product, left a clean work area when finished. And answered all my questions right away.I also did my whole house in their vinyl plank flooring. As well as the tile for the showers, very pleased with their products.

Great company! Chris was our salesperson and he was very patient we picked out flooring for our entire house which was tile, vinyl, hardwood and carpeting as well as our countertops. The installers for the countertop were amazing my son loves mechanical stuff and they were very friendly to him and would explain what they were doing. 10 out of 10 and already recommended to friends who are building.

The installer, Don Schumacher, is the person who has done our flooring projects. He is always on time, does very professional work, and cleans up when the job is done. We remodeled our kitchen from floor to ceiling. We were so impressed with how smoothly the job went. All we had to do on our own was call a plumber, FloorQuest handled everyone else and the projects went off like clock work. It was wonderful!There were so many big decisions to make, at times it was pretty overwhelming. A big thank you to our sales person Craig, he was extremely helpful and patient. Thank you to Erin also, she was very helpful with the cabinets and throughout our the project.I cant say enough about the the installers, they really put a lot of pride and care into their work.Our experience with FloorQuest was amazing. Had an excellent experience. My salesman was very good at communicating the process, and he was extremely helpful steering us in the right direction as far as brands/colors go. We actually got the carpet delivered, and decided we didnt love the color against our wall... but they returned it and delivered a different color AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! What an awesome example of standing behind their products, and going above and beyond. I highly recommend FloorQuest, and will definitely go through them for my bathroom floors this fall.

Dan at floorquest was very helpful when it came to picking out our carpet. He went through the pros and cons of the different types of carpet we were considering. He was at our house shortly after to measure and we were on their schedule to install it within a week. The install guys were very friendly and helpful. They had to move some furniture for me and did it without hesitation. They finished installing the carpet and did a nice job cleaning up. My wife and I are currently in the process of a remodeling project involving both ceramic tile and carpet installation by Floorquest of Fond du Lac. Previously we have worked with Floorquest for carpet repair, carpet installation, bathroom tile and floor tile projects. We have also had the opportunity during our numerous projects to work with their sales staff, warehouse staff and installation personnel. We continue to use this company because they provide continual and supportive service from project inception to completion. The Floorquest sales staff is most knowledgeable and every installation has been completed with the attention to detail that speaks highly of their skill and professionalism.We have perhaps met or spoken with a majority of the Floorquest staff but have always worked with Dan initially to detail our projects--he is a master organizer and always provides us with accurate schedules and advice along the way. Without Jeff our current tile project would not have had such a wonderful look--he provided pre-project advice and offered suggestions during the installation. The warehouse staff provided assistance as I worked to prepare the bathroom for tile installation. I must also add that every time we have stopped by the office the staff greets us and always finds the time to address our questions.We remain loyal customers because our many experiences with Floorquest have always been the same---knowledgeable staff, quality products, fair price, and excellent workmanship during installation.

Floor Quest has horrible follow-up service. I am extremely disappointed. I have NEVER written a review before but this is a must. DO NOT GO WITH FLOOR QUEST. Long story short, requested Floor Quest to come out to my house to fix a few floor boards that were bubbling. I did NOT receive a follow-up call. I called back two weeks later and the representative stated she wasn’t paying attention to our conversation and didn’t write down our number so she couldn’t call back.... ummm WHAT???! I give Floor Quest a second chance, they came out and tore up a piece of flooring and said they would come back to fix it. Great!! Well it’s been a month and still no word from Floor Quest. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I wish I could add a picture to their page of what they left me with. DO NOT GO WITH FLOOR QUEST.

Our wood floors look gorgeous! Dan was incredibly helpful in picking out flooring with us and sourcing materials to fit our overall plans. We had a few issues with the quality from the manufacturer. The manufacturer washed there hands of it and Floorquest stepped in and took ownership of the manufacturers defect and resolved it. I am confident that should we have any other issues in the future Tim will quickly jump on it. Thank you Floorquest!

Weve had Floorquest do carpet, laminate floors, and natural stone tile at our house on three seperate projects. Everybody from the sales staff to the installers have been exceptional. True expertise and integrity seem to be disappearing from business today. Its refreshing to know that companies like Floorquest still have it!

We had an amazing experience with Dan Nett before, during, and after building our new home. We were able to get amazing flooring including carpet, tile, premium vinyl, grouted beach stone, and kitchen backsplash tile. And also the flooring for our previous home/rental home. The scheduling did not make sense. They said it would take three days then had to work an extra days. The person in charge of scheduling never scheduled even people and he didnt check with the warehouse so the wrong carpet was put in. Didnt inform me when the workers were over two hours late. The workers did a great job, but I wouldnt use this company because of the managers lack of forsight.

They dont follow up and over promise under deliver. Good work done by the installer but theyve screwed up so many things and have put my project back by weeks without communication. Go somewhere else
