There is an employee Sandy very rud was very short temper my husband aways gets big cup of ice and then adds coffee to it she said he could not do that he had to us a small cup and he could not add coffee to it and that she would have to charge more. Well he dose it all the time and has never been traeted like that before.

Cashier was incredibly nice when handling my issue and kindly (& quickly!) assisted me in finding the products necessary to complete the transaction. Her name escapes me at this time, but come here for good service and a great workforce. Only review Ive ever stopped to write out that I can recall.

The people who work at my local Kwik Trip are always helpful, friendly. The store is always clean, well stocked, hot food is kept fresh, not left sitting for hours in the heat lamps. I highly recommend my local Kwik Trip.

The employees here are always friendly and do there best to move the line through as quickly as possible. Very clean and always well stocked too. My battery died in the parking lot in the winter and one of the employees was nice enough to give me a jump too.

Love Kwik Trip! Great prices for milk, which we always buy here. Staff is always pleasant. Store is always clean. I love the old fashioned chocolate cake donuts, while my husband likes the glazers. Good prices for everything, and never any problems. Plus their ATM is always free.

We love our S. Main QT #235 Employees are rude and the store is way, way, way to small for the amount of people that are in there all the time... Good for you but bad for business! I personally with others dont like being bumped into because theres so many people its the only way you can move in the store! Access in and Out sucks as well good luck at anytime during the day traffic is so thick no matter which driveway you go out of its a 10min wait for clearing.... Better PLANNING Next Time!!

I waited a few days before writing this, but I am still very bothered by what happened at my last visit here. I usually have a really good experience at this KT and was kind of surprised by what happened last time when Dusty(or maybe Dustin) was helping me and my bf at the checkout.Our card declines for our snacks and drinks, already super embarrassing right there. I pull out my phone to check my available balance and see that I didnt have enough money in there for the transaction. So as quickly as possible, knowing theres people in line behind me, try to digitally transfer more money into my account to pay for the transaction. (there is 3 cashiers at this time including Dusty so I knew other customers were still getting helped) Dusty was visibly annoyed which did not make this embarrassing situation any better, I expressed to him my apologies because it was taking longer than expected. He didnt say anything... I looked up from my phone to see if he heard me, when I asked if he did he said yup very rudely and still clearly visibly annoyed. I was expecting more of a oh its okay take your time but okay....feeling very uncomfortable with this cashiers attitude at this point I ask him for a moment to figure things out in hopes that a different person could help us close out the transaction. Thankfully there was a man with short hair and glasses who very kindly help us finish.but this was the first time at a KT that I did not feel welcome. That i did not wanna even go back. even after I apologize to be blatantly ignored by an employee for something that Im sure happens very often at the gas station (declining card).Ill end with saying, i hope that i never have to check out with Dusty again. I hope that anyone else who gets a decline doesnt have to feel the anxiety and uncomfort of Dusty durring an already embarrassing moment like such.

This is the worst kwik trip in Fond du lac . They are always running out of food and this is not recent it is since they opened. They say they have issues with the employee that does food orders and they are hoping to have fixed soon however this has been an ongoing issue for months now. If your employee cant do their job then a manager needs to step in and retrain the employee or give the job to someone who can do it.
