The haddock is frozen sandwich patties I order a fish fry and get a MC fish! Great job if you want bad food served slow by rude people. Well you found the right place. 4 piece shrimp looks like 3 just awful.

Absolutely terrible service went to get lunch on my break and stood there for 5 minutes wile employees just looked at me and Noone took my order so I left without food I continously run in to problems at this facility with them not wanting to give me what I ordered rude employees and just all around bad service

I feel badly at reading the poor experiences some have had here. Personally, the staff has been outstanding and its easy to see how hard they work and how dedicated they are. I live over 2 hours away and, yes, I always stop in on my way home from visiting family to grab a bucket of chicken, with sides of coleslaw, tuna salad and mashed potatoes (generally not a fan of wedges to begin with). PNP Mystery: the drumsticks are always missing when I get home and somehow, there always this slight greasy film on my steering wheel each and every time. Its just wierd.Needless to say, I always get called and asked, Hey, are you bringing some chicken home from that place in Fond du lac? When I say yes, of course. Theres this excited yelling in the background from everyone. It is always a goal to take some to work for lunch, but inevitably the 24 pieces have been reduced to just a bucket of chicken bones and the 1 lbs sides are empty. I still have no idea why were always shirted two leg pieces.

Sitting at the drive through window waiting for food while employees take turns on cigarette breaks right next to me. Really had no appetite to even eat after all that. Not to mention they walk right back to work straight from smoking

So they are a little more then a bit slow on a Friday, everyone in town knows this is the spot for fish!. They take a bit to fill your order even if you call ahead but they make it fresh and its worth it. Waited 15 minutes over call in time, had the best fish I had in a long time.. Just wait for it, Its worth it!

This place could easily be a 5 star truck stop if it werent for the lousy service. The food is good. I have tried the burgers, chicken, fish, and some of the sides. All were above average. But they only have one speed and when theyre busy (sometimes even when theyre not) it can be a long wait. On top of that, they are very unapologetic about it. If they mess up an order, they act as though its your fault!I like to spend my money at places that are locally owned, rather than the chain restaurant. But they test my patience. Recently I was there for lunch and the woman who waited on me was obviously new. When my order came, I pointed out that it wasnt what I ordered (and reminded her of our previous conversation) so she corrected it, but then the woman who appeared to be in charge chastised her in front of other customers who were waiting. In my book, thats worse than slow service. It shows a complete lack of class.

Then there 3 times now in every time we go to eat their vegetables are cold the tips are so small now maybe they put the meat in a grinder and there are few people Working there that Dont think will go back there any time soon are very rude.

The store clerk wore her mask pulled down on her neck.None of the food service workers were wearing masks. Food service workers were not wearing gloves and did not wash their hands between orders.. The wait was long. The workers didnt know what meal combos were available.. The chicken was average but definitely not Wisconsins Best Chicken as the sign says.

Where do I start... My haddock was actually square fish patties and for $23 really?! The chicken was rubbery and not fresh and wedges were under cooked. Definitely disappointed as Ive had many great meals... It will be awhile thats for sure!

They are extremely slow here takes forever for them to to even take youre order in drive thru which i thought was ment to be fast. wont be back which sucks cause food is great.

First off wheres management? Theyre never to be found, and theyve always been rude to me and others when were finally able to get ahold of them. The employees in the front are cross contaminating everything because of poor food handling procedures! Theyre employees are not trained correctly and have no idea what to do when something goes wrong. The customer service is just terrible! I dont feel valued or taken care of at all. The food is greasy, left out under heat lamps for hours and sometimes the entire day! The food from the back is never fresh! If you take a look at the equipment and kitchen, its never been cleaned properly. And the cooler has a horrible order, much like that of rotting or bad eggs. Would not recommend. Highly unprofessional, rude, and over all deeply unsatisfied.

Food is amazing but the service is not good. They run out of food often. Today on Packers Sunday they have a line of people and only one fryer going.

Best chicken, potato wedges and Coleslaw. A must - stop every time I pass through FDL. If you like to support local mom and pop shops with excellent food, this is the place for you. It can get busy, but is worth the wait!

This place has great down home food I love that you can pick and choose all your dishes I stop here to get a good hearty meal everything always taste great as a truck driver these little places are hard to find so one must cherish

Went to pick up order of chicken and potato wedges and had to wait 20 min. For the wedges after placing the order days in advance. The employee was handling raw chicken and didnt change his gloves before handling the wedges. Refused them, I dont need salmonella poisoning.

Love the chicken but worst service ever! Called ahead for our order to be ready for a larger group and had to wait for over half an hour just to pick up once we arrived. Why call ahead?!!! Now we ordered a bucket meal that was supposed to have 24 wedges, enough to feed my family, got home and only had 14 very broken up wedges! Will not be recommending them any time soon!!!!!!!

Too all my truckers, this is a pretty good spot, i was stuck at the loves down the road for 2 days, n I had to come back twice the first day after tasting it lol the chicken is a-1 n they had some of the best scallop potatoes Ive tasted n the beef tips and rice were good too. It was this young blonde hair chick who served me n her service was great, i would definitely recommend

This place used to have the best chicken around but it has become nasty!! The chicken & potato wedges are greasy & just plain disgusting. The chicken had black strings & chunks in the meat. I will not be going to this place again.

Terrible 3 weeks in a row. Stand in line for 30 or more minutes. Order something on the menu we dont have any order something else we dont have any. Why not take it off the menu board. Today July 29 its Friday fish fry wait in line 20 minutes to find out their out off fish why not tell the poeple standing in line. Your staff needs a lot of improvement slower than molasses. Ill go elsewhere 3 weeks I gave you a chance

This is hands down the best chicken i have ever had and the people are great the food is reasonable and the gas is cheap to i would recomend this place to everyone.
