Precision Overhead door has been THE BEST company Ive worked with in the past 55+ years! They are very good at communication, installation, workforce and so much more. Im super impressed with them to say the least!!

Went for a estimate on new doors . Owner helpful on picking different designs on computer with picture they took of our doors and color but never follow through with our estimate or sentUs the pictures so we could make a final decision after looking at the occasion. And was told price going up in june so we needed to decide or pay 25 percent more. We went with another company that was more organized after seeing there service and follow thu . Never recommend them

Chose Precision based on our neighbors recommendation from 20 years ago. Our project was to knock down a residential 1.5 car garage and build a 2.5 car garage in its place. Really great experience. Excellent communication. Always willing to listen to our numerous questions. Gave suggestions and offered ideas when we were stuck on a decision. Work quality outstanding. Worked well with other contractors involved. Everything went smooth from start to finish with many other contractors involved besides Precision. They took the lead on the project and it could not have gone better. I communicated specifically with Mike and he made himself available to us as if we were the only job going on (not the case). He always listened to us and considered our thoughts. Couldnt be happier!

Wouldnt come out for an emergency. Lady said booked for days. I explained cant get cblrars out. She didnt care. Called overhead and they will be out tomorrow at 730am. 10-14. I said we could be very flexible and she didnt care. Cant rely on them. They were going to help and get a contractor for my roof. Nobody called or came. I would do a 0 but no option.Mike feel free to call me. This was your company.

My husband and I had a great opportunity to view and see all the options to putting in a new garage door. Chris and Mike are very friendly and help you through the best looks. We highly recommend you checking it out.

Excellent service! Called in the morning and the problem was fixed by 2 PM. They were able to fix a broken link in our garage door chain. It was an older model door and motor, yet the very friendly and personable tech was able to fix it in less than 45 minutes. He gave suggestions and upgrade ideas without being pushy. Will definitely do business with this company again.

Excellent and honest service! We had a garage door issue that the competition said would cost $1500 and we would need a whole new door and assembly. Precision looked at it and fixed it for less than a 1/4 of that price and did not need to replace the door or tracks. Highly recommended!!!

We had a major problem with our garage door last winter, and we couldnt have been more pleased with Precision. They came out the same day, and went WAY above and beyond to make sure we were 100% taken care of. My only regret is not calling them first. (I called another major overhead door company in town first, and that company was incredibly rude and dismissive.) Precision would get my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION for anyone needing an overhead door. The were responsive and courteous, and cheaper than the other company to boot!

Horrible customer service. Stopped in 30 minutes before closing to get a torsion spring for garage door that just broke and they wouldnt help me, lady just laughed and said to close to closing and said I could leave it, but it was friday and they are closed for the weekend. I get the end of the day thing and you just want to go home. Which is fine if your business isnt customer satisfaction driven.
