So my visits with Andy at Pickart hearing are always very nice. The reception is area is neat and tidy. Love the peacefulness of the fish tank and the receptionist is always kind. Excellent staff that talks to you in English (meaning not all medical terms) so you can easily understand what is going on. The testing is top notch. I am completely impressed with how well that I can hear and what I was missing out on.

Tom and his staff have been very helpful with my hearing difficulties. They respond quickly and professionally. Appointments are on-time and I have not had to wait to see the audiologist. Very concerned for their patients and make sure any adjustments needed are taken care of properly. They encourage follow-up appointments to tweak the hearing aids and/or to answer any questions I may have. I have recommended Pickart Hearing Service to several of my friends.

Ive worn hearing aids for over 20 years, dealing with one particular audiologist. Whenever a new set of aids was required, he fitted me and sent me on my way. A very nice man, but no followup. When he closed his practice, I went to Pickart and I was truly amazed at the difference in treatment. Not only the amount of time they spend in the fitting, but also continuing to check and re-check to make certain the aids are working as an EXTENSION of you rather than a crutch. I cannot say enough good things about this provider!

This was my first experience purchasing hearing aids. It took awhile to actually decide d/t the price. One day I received a note stating a one day Sale was coming up with a sizable discount & of course I jumped at the chance. Andy is personable & yet professionable. He clearly explains in details about your hearing loss & which would be the best device for you. The only thing I regret is I wish I had waited until 2019 for the purchase as some supplemental medicare health insurers are now giving an allowance of $3000 for them.

Quality hearing aids sold here. Staff takes the time to answer questions and give petsonal service. These hearing devices do make a terrific difference in my life. Its nice to hear clearly again!

The cleaning went well but the left hearing aid still does not work all the time. It goes on and off, mostly off. I will be in Phoenix next week so when I get back I will make an appointment to see what can be done with the left hearing aid.
