Ned took my JD equipment in and has been the best for having my equipment fixed right. So Thankful we stopped in on way back from Fond du Lac to find out they would pick up as well. They are awesome. Need tires for my x585.Blue one out. Old tires bad sidewalls. Called me dealer in Denmark Wi.They didnt have them but they looked and found a pair in there Fond Du lac Wi.Store.They called had them ready for me this morning. I also had mount and dismount the old ones.With in 1 hr.From the time I got there I was on my way back home.Put them on ready for snow. Great job.to all of you. The reason I bought John Deer is service and parts Distribution. This Dealer lives up to that and more. Yes you pay more for Green paint. Well worth it. 😁👍

Service was good but had a snowblower that was used 3 times had a bad part the writer told me that JD would not stand behind the warrarnty the way the part was worn. Warranty is warranty he was giving me a line of bs. Dont know where to go for help. I have the part and statement.

Took garden tractor in for tuneup, found out mice had chewed on some wiring. Fixed all tractor runs great.

I called to see if I could get a filter looked up and if it was avalible the guy had a total attitude with me and further explained that his boss does not pay him to look up numbers... How are you going to say you cant look up a filter Im trying to buy from you... Forever lost my buisness
