Do not go here with your one off project. Nemesis is not willing to help you. Nemesis is not interested in pointing you in the right direction and you will be treated as if you are trying to waste their time. I was treated like trash when I walked in. I know a fellow business owner that had used them in the past so when I was told no by the person who came to the front desk I pushed to actually speak to someone besides that person. That earned me some grumbles and growls from the behind a wall. I then asked the guy to come out and have decency to speak clearly to my face. I told them I dont care how much it would cost I just want to get this job done. It made no difference he was not going to get out of his chair or make eye contact. It was clear that behind the wall growler thought it a waste of his time to speak with me. As a business owner who treats all potential customers with respect I was disgusted and shocked. I believe in educating people about my business and industry whenever they come asking for information... THIS IS NOT THE CASE at Nemesis. It has been 3 years since I walked in to Nemesis and in that time I have heard multiple accounts of similar walk in experiences. If youre going to go to Nemesis youd better have the files teed up and a big order ready for production or your name is mud.UPDATE: THE PERSON I HAD THIS EXPERIENCE WITH IS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY. Nemesis reached out and it is clear that they do not want any potential customer to have the type of experience that I took them to be sincere.
