So let me get this straight. You tore up our yard to replace pipes and broke our front sidewalk and driveway. You came back several weeks later and tore up the broken part and simply left a big hole in our sidewalk marked by cones. All summer we have to avoid this big hole, I have to keep my young kids from playing in the gravel and from hurting themselves over this pit you basically left us with. You come back months later and fill it(just the sidewalk, driveway is still broken)but leave gaps my kids still trip over and left a large chunk of concrete we had to move in order to not drive over it and damage our car. But now my kid leaves a basketball on the patio and we get a letter about keeping our park clean and abiding by community standards? Give me a break.

We lived in Ashwood Grove for 12 years and enjoyed it. A very well managed community. The office, sales and maintenance staff are very professional. The best in mobile and manufactured home living. Thank you Flood Homes - Ashwood Communities.

Went to them looking for a home in a short period of time. They were able to have me move into the home in as short as one week. The staff is great. The communities are well taken care of, clean, and not trashy like some other parks around the area. they are great at getting back to you too! Love the location, close to they highway. if your searching for a home, I would recommend to call them!!! They have been a big help.

Purchased a home from Flood Homes and am very happy with our purchase. John helped us design the home that worked best for us. He ALWAYS got back to us in a timely manner and kept us informed with everything that was going on. After the home was delivered there were a few things that needed to get fixed. The next day there was an entire team of people out there working on everything. Every time I had to call the office everyone was very friendly and professional. Thank you all so much!

This place is a joke

A couple of months ago we needed help hooking up our ice make. we called the office here at Floods & found out the had professional staff who were able to remedy our situation. We were so thrilled with the speed with which they finished the job at hand, we will definitely call them again - they found and another problem none of us were aware of, they also took care of that. We are so happy with their kindness, the way they cleaned up after themselves. Thank you Floods for your fabulous crew. First of all, Ivan is a joy to talk to, hes polite and takes care to get you to the one you need. Abby went out of her way to get me in to see 3 homes when she found out I had came down from Appleton and had no appointment. John was very informative about Flood properties and the Fond du Lac are. All in all, you have some really wonderful people working here.

Our years living in Flood Home Community have been wonderful. Right from the beginning planning our home, Floods salesperson and staff have been very helpful and treated us well. After my husband passed away, everyone was there for my needs. After 12 years of residing there, I hated to leave our home, when the time came. I would recommend Flood Homes to anyone who wants to live in a friendly community.

ONE DAY AFTER A TORNADO HIT LOMIRA WI 8/29/18I would just like to say the crew of guys that were out in Lomira today cutting up trees was AMAZING! They were so friendly and worked so hard, I dont even think they took breaks. We gave them water and cookies and one even accepted a hamburger off the grill. We appreciated the work they did today and will continue to do! they were OUR HEROES TODAY!

Were so happy with our decision to move into a Flood Home. John was very helpful with the process and welcomed us like we were family. The neighborhood is beautiful and we enjoy the privacy along with the golf course next door.

We closed on our home in Edgewater in late December of last year, then went back to AZ for the remainder of the winter. Returned for the summer on May 15.
