The only place we will rent uhauls from in Fond du Lac. Great, easy, mobile check in and check out service. We’ve had to rent from them a couple of times in the same month and they always have trucks available.I see people complaining about the pricing, but it seems like they don’t understand Uhaul pricing. You get a standard rate for your truck, which is the price you see at check out, and then charged a per mile charge after you drop the truck off.I’ve never had nothing but good experiences. The one time I had to go in the employee was very helpful and nice. Recommend this place.

Being myself I decided to purchase a piano last minute not thinking of how Im even going to move this 500LB object. I rounded some friends, a reliable truck and headed right into Du Frane Storage. I expected to hear something like You need an appointment but instead i filled out a quick form, grabbed the stuff I needed and was on my way. At the end of the day I payed $40ish for all the equipment and installed a new piano. Will definitely use again. Maybe Ill purchase a hot tub next time?

I’ve been so pleased with availability of what I need, suggestions as to what size trailers would be best and phone/on site customer service.Used them many times... made a mistake a few months ago making a reservation in West Bend.... when I got there at 9 am, trailer was already rented out! And wouldn’t take cash for another trailer I wound have settled for. Rude as heck.I should have gone to Dufrane where I’ve had great experiences!I know my trailer will be there tomorrow morning with Dufrane.UPDATE January 8, 2020I have now had two more experiences with Du Frane....one I fault UHaul and the other....well.I arrived at 8 am and three people were ahead of me. One didnt get their equipment because someone failed to return it. When it was my turn, I was told I was getting a brand new trailer. Whoopee.Two hours later, the lights still didnt work....I was told it was grounded, its not grounded.I left without the trailer, not being offered another. I went to the car dealer and they checked my connection....all was good. So I drove 350 miles from Minneapolis, lost my help and didnt have a trailer.Second situation was last week. I made a reservation for a 6x12 trailer (again) and was sent an email confirming that it would be on De Franes lot Saturday, January 4. When I called to confirm, they did not see the reservation (made 3 weeks prior) and when they found it, the trailer was in Oshkosh. I brought a trailer from Minneapolis. Which is what I will do from now on....less expensive and I know I have the equipment that I need.

Went here to pick up a uhaul tonight. The ladies were kind and efficient. Everything you need is right inside and they answered any questions we had.

I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. THEY DO NOT DO BUSINESS LIKE YOU WOULD HOPE. THEY QUOTE YOU 1 PRICE, THEN CHARGE YOUR CARD A WHOLE DIFFERENT PRICE & TELL YOU THATS WHAT THEY SAID FROM THE BEGINNING. A COMPLETE DISGRACE! DO NOT EVER GO THERE UNLESS MONEY IS NO ISSUE FOR YOU
