Jim, owner, was fantastic! 2 years ago he replaced a patio door pane for me, and now he replaced another one of my windows that sprung a leak. Jim was honest, professional, friendly, really great to work with. I liked that he explained the process, and over-delivered on the timeline. Integrity will always be my first call for glass needs.

Personalized service extraordinare ...Jim and the staff can make the coolest things happen with glass, framing, and mirrors. Some of the bathroom/bedroom custom projects Ive seen walk out the doors have only opened my mind as to my own projects...I never knew that could be doneWe can do anything you can dream of... This company promised that they would help deal with our emergency situation right away at 8:30 in the morning and then called back two hours later to say they couldnt help us at all that day. They thus delayed our ability to work with someone else by two entire business hours in an emergency situation for a critical business where security was an utmost concern. I wouldnt trust them with anything. They behaved with a shocking lack of integrity.

Jim did a beautiful job replacing our bay window. The price was right and the service was A+. Highly recommend this business!
