My dad brought in his car for repairs after an accident. They stole the catalytic converter. They probably assumed my dad would be taking the car to the junk yard, so these thieves thought it was okay to take things from his car.

I got my challenger into a bad crash, about 30k in total for parts and labor. They did an amazing job and I am very satisfied with the outcome of my car. After picking it up and driving it I did have to take it back for a few problems and they corrected them immediately. I felt very welcomed by them from day one, everyone is very nice and helpful. Hopefully I wont be needing their services any time soon, but if I do I will definitely use them again.

They repaired my automobile from a car accident. I also requested a personal job to replace my tail lamp. They did a very good job and a timely manner. The front office staff and the manager of the shop are very friendly and kept me informed about everything. I would highly recommend this place.

Our car looks great. Only time will tell if all is well. Communication skills for this company are very poor. They do not return phone calls or texts. The only communication we had was if WE could reach them by phone.

I got my car to this shop to get repaired, first in jan 2020 and Now june 2021, i got the same issues 2 times they screwed my entire car’s paint once they finished their job! Very disappointed!

I had a great experience with CarStar Avalon. They were quick & finished my vehicle earlier than originally quoted. Also, Jennifer was a pleasure to work with! Being that I didnt have someone to drop me off I didnt know what to do with the rental car, so she suggested to leave it there & she would close out the contract. Next time I need a body shop I know where to go! Great work guys!!

I’ve been there three times now with different vehicles fir auto body repairs and there’s lots to like about this place that’s why I kept giving them my business. However, this last time there was a theft. An expensive pair of sunglasses that were a gift from my significant other were left there being that I had been there twice before without any issue they had earned my trust. Jane acknowledged seeing them in the vehicle but when I called there was no sign that they would replace them instead they passed the puck to les swab which is where they took my car to have the tires replaced. I guess the take away for anyone reading this is to make sure you take any valuables out of your car should you decided to go here. They’re great at repairs and the tracking services feels great but It’s unfortunate that someone’s sticky fingers ruins a great place, then again a great place would have offered to replace the item after acknowledging that it was seen inside the vehicle at drop off.

I had work done on my new car that was rear ended, it was expected to finish with in a month. When the date of completion came up I called. I come to find out after I called them several times that they had ordered the wrong bumper and I had to wait additional weeks because of the mistake they made. When it was finally finished my car had scratches on the passenger side door and a dent that had paint chipped off. The dent was near the bumper, which by the way was repainted because of the accident so all the excuses that were given to me were lies. I almost left without checking my car overall. CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE LEAVING. Also my seat had some type of oil, I believe from the person who was working/ moving my car. And even the bumper had little damage from them burning the paint while it was being polished. Now the paint on the bumper is chipping. But I refuse to go back and now my insurance company has asked me to take it to Caliber collision. Which by the way I recommend. Overall horrible experience, time frame was a month and 3 weeks but had made frequent visits (5) to get all the repairs done.

Took my car in for minor repairs, have been given the run around about expected delivery date. Its been going on two weeks for a scuffed bumper, back window, and an antenna. God forbid I had actual damage Id never get my car back. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. When my vehicle was finally ready, they dented the passenger side of my car. Awful experience.
