Horrible experience from the get go. I called on Monday and spoke to an employee named cosmo I told him my situation and asked if I would be able to bring my car in on Friday at 2. He told me yes sure you can just give him a call a day before to confirm he wrote Down my info or so he acted as if he was and said call us on Thursday. I call Thursday and spoke to another associate and he rudely shut me down before explaining who and when I spoke to bye saying telling that no I cant bring in the car I have to call my insurance and have them set up an appointment I told him I have the estimate ready and just wanted to see what the next step is he said it doesnt work like that and hung up on me very rude unprofessional and just horrible attitude dont do business with them I gave them one star because they actually had a live person answer the phone and not an operator I brought my car instead to caliber collision instead way way better service

So I had to call for all my own updates which was disappointing. On top of that they didn’t tell me any of the pricing until I got there and it was 2x more expensive than I was told over the phone when I did call. It also took 2 days more than I was told it’d be done. If the price of my car was 2x more than what I was told over the phone then I should be able to make payments, but they don’t even allow that. Felt like my car was basically held hostage from me. Will never go here again. Caliber is a much better place to take your car if need be, and that is saying wonders.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.Insurance sent me here, should have believed all the reviews, that was my error.Went in for a bumper and 11 WEEKS later got my truck back with all kinds of unauthorized work to my engine!!! Now my truck runs horrible, and they tell me to take it to Chevy dealer.SAVE YOURSELF A NIGHTMARE!!DONT LET THEM RUIN YOUR VEHICLE TOO!!Love the COVER YOUR BUTT response.Suck a joke!!

I was referred there by my insurance company who had booked an appointment for me, when I arrived the two females that were there didnt even acknowledge me when I walked in instead they carried on with their conversation and when they were done I was handed paperwork to fill out,not a goodmorning,how can we help you nothing!! The guy who took pictures of my vehicle acknowledged me as he walked in, so I say to myselfok you guys dont want to acknowledge or show customer service to your new customer guess what you just lost a customer who was going to make you money I was going to call my insurance and go somewhere else but I forgot my carseat and had to go back, Thats when I encountered Corrine, not only was she nice and courteous but showed great customer service, she kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and gave me step by step information on what was being done. Royal Collision should be glad they have someone like her working there she unknowingly kept a new customer who was about to go elsewhere. Those other two females that work there should learn a thing or two about customer service from Corrine. Royal Collision if you havnt been told,now you are,Corrine is a great asset to your business,BIG THANK YOU TO CORRINE!!!

My insurance company sent me here and Im so happy they did! Office staff was wonderful and the appraiser/manager was more than wonderful. I was informed every step of the way for my repair and treated respectfully by all staff that I came into contact with. I highly recommend this repair facility!

Im disappointed my girlfriend took here to get her vehicle repaired which they claimed . The vehicle was still making noise, we returned to the repair shop and they said it was a break issue, why this was not addressed during repairs i will never know.The vehicle continues to make noise, we took the vehicle back to day and the manager drove the car and agreed it was something under warranty and we should not drive the car but was not offered any other option or rental car, witch I was told would be provided if said situation occurred!

*****DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE*****Horrible I went in to have a BUMPER fixed it took them A month to fix, every time I called they would add another week. I had spend 1,400 dollars on a rental AND had to miss days at my job because They weren’t doing their jobs. I call to get updates on my car every single time they put me on hold for 20min + I’m so frustrated I feel like I got screwed over with this place.

Horrible, they gave me an attitude when I made my appointment to be in time kept me waiting an hour and when I asked how long to check in my car gave me another attitude saying I was late to my appointment. I arrived early them the guy proceeded to tell me that they just gave my paperwork to him and that wasnt his problem that I hlqas forgotten about and had been there an hour waiting. I am pregnant was hit by someone and in pain. I had my 4 year old with me and was treated so rude by everyone there. Then he said i didnt even drive my car there that it wasnt in the parking lot. I told him it was and he proceeded to argue with me about my car come to find out he was looking for the car that hit me not my car, stater that wasnt his problem either that he didnt have the right information. I walked out with out being seen, didnt trust them with my car after that. Horrible service if I could give bo stars I would.

My wifes car has been in and out of the shop for over 3 months going on 4 and still cant get car fixed right, when in there for bumper to bumper fix and came out with electrical issues. very poor customer service from receptionist no proffesionaLiam at all...

I took my car to Royal mid July. My car was supposed to be completed for a 24 hour job prior to August 1st . I still have to keep going back to them for jobs to finish on my weekends. Tue to Thu. I dont get call backs when they say, reguarding scheduling parts and service. Disappointed.

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER VISITED.. I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGETIVE STARS TO THIS PLACE VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE BROUGHT IN MY CAR AND IT TOOK THEM 2 WEEKS TO DO A HORRIBLE JOB AND VERY EXPENSIVE... THE STAFF ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DONT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THEIR JOBS.. Can only speak to their customer service and policy, no idea on quality of work. Went in for an estimate...other guy wants to pay cash, I have a newer Camry, very minimal damage. In the end I never got an estimate because they charge $50 to even look at the car! I worked at quality body shops and have been in the automotive business for years...this is not how business is supposed to be done. So much for trying to keep business in my community!

I got my car towed here for a rear ended accident. Customers service was ok, the girl in the office was polite and eager to keep me updated with the process. The GM was approachable, he was aware about the repair taking longer than expected due to the complexity of the repair and that the shop was busy at that time. But for that inconvenience he hook me up with a full polish of the rest of the car and some clips and a liner that it was missing from my car. Who does courtesies like that nowadays! Too bad only really upset people post reviews.

The worst costumer service ever. They had my car for a whole month and nothing was done. I told the boss that I am paying rental out of pocket and I cant afford it any longer, he said he didnt know about this and that he will call me back. Never called me back and my car is still not even touched. I am so frustrated and now I have no choice, but to take my car to another machanic after a whole month of nothing.

Worst service ever took my car in 3 weeks ago for some body work in my car, I was referred by infinity insurance, it was supposed to take only 4 days to repair and is time that is not ready, I call and they either dont answer or say will call later and they dont. I went over on Friday when they said it will be ready and it wasnt plus they lost the grill in the car ... .... they areally the most UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE AND WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD

When I call for an update on my car, they say they will call back. They never call back. When someone says they are going to do something and dont do it, means they dont care about their customers. I havent gotten my car back, so I cant post a review about my car only about my experience.

Im so obsessed, the worst service. They take everything like a joke, not professional 😡. I am very upset, the worst service, they are not professional, they make you wait for more than 20 m on the phone, they have been giving me my car for over a month. Sadly, he has no sense of protectionism, respect for the clients time must be a priority and they do not. THANK YOU
