The staff there was very friendly and accommodating. They offered me several options for work that needed to be done with my car. They waived the inspection fee since they found the issue rather quickly. Once they finished work on my Honda Civic they dropped off my car at home while I was at work. John and Andrew provided exceptional customer service throughout this whole repair ordeal. John was very upfront, direct and personable during this process. Having your car repaired or serviced here is akin to having a buddy work on your car. They do everything they can to get you back on the road at a reasonable price. They will also go above and beyond to accommodate you with a ride if your local. I am planning on going back there again for future repairs.

Didnt deliver my car back on the promised date and time. A simple diagnosis and part replacement resulted in $400 bill. They tried to talk me into an unnecessary repair which could have cost me an additional $800-1200! Took my car elsewhere and would advise the reader to do likewise.

The first time I came I trusted the reviews on Google I did my research this place had great reviews I took my car in I had a really good experience they were very polite and very professional very fast got my car back as quick as possible they fix the problem they did it cheaper than I was thinking it was going to be theyre very informative actually today I just picked up my car again because I had a problem with my fuel system again a little nervous just because everybodys nervous when they go to the mechanic but these guys again great experience my mechanic for years and years and years just recently retired so I think these guys have won my business would highly recommend them theyre nice they havent done me wrong yet until they do this is where Im going to take my car to get it fixed Im a real person not paid to be on the radio

Service was OK, but then they charged my credit card twice. This was over $3300 back in April. Repeated calls, always very nice apologies to make me feel like they will be responsible, but here it is July and NOTHING! I guess I have to go to court.

Absolutely fantastic and honest mechanics. Its hard to explain theyre honest AND affordable! until youve experienced them first hand. The only downside? They open at 8am and the service is first come, first serve. But theyre well worth the wait.

The shop came highly recommended. John, the owner, was very thorough in his evaluation of my 2012 CTS Cadillac. He explained everything to me plus options and possible other actions needed. His estimate was half of what the dealer wanted. He didnt try to up-sell. I learned a lot and he gave me some great advice on maintaining and extending the life of my car.
