Amazing guys. We first used this company when we got our pool table. We had them pick it up and deliver it. They installed it, balanced it and we have been enjoying it since. We bought our pool table second hand with a few scuff marks on the pockets. Decided it was time to upgrade and called them out again. They were fast courteous and went above and beyond. Diego and Pablo came to my Lake Arrowhead Cabin to install new felt on our pool table. Well, they were right there on time, the time they said they would be there on a date that we scheduled. At this time in the world that we have to wear masks they already had them on. They went right to business, taking off the old felt from the pool table and installing the new stain proof felt. Diego brought 6 new leather pockets with them to ask me if I would like to also add for the very old dated, one slab slate pool table . It was an additional charge but well worth it. The table looks brand spanking new! Diego and Pablo are fantastic, answered all my questions as they were working and I would recommend them before you waste your time with somebody else. Unbelievably they were done in one hour! I was in shock when I came down in the game room. The cabin has three levels and I was working in other rooms and I happened to walk back to the game room and theyre finishing up. We requested a same day refelting of our pool table. I knew I was asking a lot, but he made it happen! The table looks amazing. They were efficient, pleasant & really knew their stuff. They came in with masks on & were very courteous. From what I experienced today, Id highly recommend them.

Diego and his assistant did a tremendous job when I needed them to move my pool table from my old house to a new one. I requested Simonis 860 cloth in Wine and Diego was insistent that I purchase the cloth from him to ensure that I get a legitimate playing surface instead of a potential ripoff. Most might see this as a sales pitch but since his price for the cloth was only slightly higher than I had seen online, I took it to mean he was legitimately concerned that I got what I wanted.I was late to let them in for the pickup at the old house because I had forgotten what time he meant to be there. It might have been nice if he had called me to say he was 15 minutes out but that doesnt excuse my inability to be there at 8AM like we had agreed. Still, when I arrived he gave me no attitude about it and was ready to work.The teardown was quick and before long the table was on its way. I have a 1980s 8 World of Leisure table with 1 3-piece slate, and I was pleased that Diego complimented me on the quality of my table. I told him it is a family heirloom and he was sure to take extreme care with it.The setup in the new home took a little more time than the teardown but since I was moving it I decided to have it re-covered since my old cloth was 8 years old. It was still in good condition but I figured since the table was taken apart I may as well update it with a new color. Diego was sure to show me the signs that my new Simonis cloth was legitimate and he seemed to take great care and pride setting up my new table.Once I had paid and he had left I played my first game on my new table. It now rolls truer and straighter than ever before. With my old setup I could always make out where the seam was between the slate but after these guys set it up I spent 15 minutes trying to find it to no avail. I know where it is, I just couldnt feel it. Incredible.The Billiard Pros was a little more expensive than I anticipated, but the quality of their work is undeniable. The table will live where it sits for hopefully the next 15-20 years and I consider the extra cost well worth it. They took great pride in their work and it shows. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone who cares about the quality of their pool table setup.

I contacted Diego and needed my new pool table to be picked up from the sellers house, transported, and reassembled in my home.He came out the next day and was very efficient throughout the whole process.Additionally, I was so impressed with Diegos knowledge and experience that I decided to have him refelt my table (waterproof felt), and install new cushions along the table.The end result came out so beautiful. Fantastic and professional job. This was the 2nd time Ive used them and without incident or concern. I had to have my table disassembled and moved while flooring was being installed and then moved back and reassembled. I also opted to have the table re-felted with the tournament grade teflon fabric. It looks and plays great. Cant say enough good things.

If I could describe these guys in a nutshell it would be that they are professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about the world of billiards.We found ourselves in a pickle when a friend who had a pool table that was becoming a burden and taking up space - needed it gone ASAP. My dad was the winner of this said pool table. We quickly realized it was going to take more than a pickup truck and some muscles to move this gorgeous and heavy pool table made of stone [we later found out it was made of Italian slate]. Luckily we found The Billiard Pros, Diego & Paulo who are brothers and agreed to help us move the table the very next morning. We agreed on 8 AM but lo and behold, they arrived 5 minutes early! Talk about punctual! They got right down to business and broke down the table in 20 minutes, delivered it from Glendora to Buena Park, and assembled the table in 40 minutes. Super efficient and was friendly the entire time doing their thing. We really appreciated their professionalism throughout the entire process and the tips shared on how to properly care for the pool table and which type of felt, balls, and cover were good. They are a store on wheels on top of their superb service. We were able to purchase tournament balls and a pool table cover from them which was very convenient.If I ever needed to move another pool table again, I wont hesitate to contact these guys at all. This bar is way fun on the weekdays... foosball table, pool table, chill locals. The weekend is another story... Marina residents flock the bar by the taxi load and it reminds me more of a college dive bar than the local bar I love. Either way the staff is nice and the beer is cold, not to mention only a one block stumble from my place.

Diego had some new felts, different colors, tournament quality and waterproof.
