I hired Luis to install white, Quartz countertops in our kitchen and power bathroom. Luis was responsive and gave us a very reasonable price. We are so happy with the way they turned out. They were very friendly and worked efficiently. I plan to hire in for future projects!

On Wed 12/27/17 I asked a person there if they can make me another drawer like the one I brought in and they said yes and it would be $45.00. I told them that I would talk to the owner. On Thurs 12/28/17, I dropped off the drawer and they told me to come back tomorrow. I said that I would be back at 4:15 tomorrow. I went back at 4:15 on Fri 12/29/17 and nobody was there. They are supposed to open until 6:00PM. I went back on Tues 1/2/18 at 4:15 and nobody was there. On Wed 1/3/18, I called and talked to the owner. He said that I was dealing with another person from their second company, Garcia Cabinets. Now, nobody told me that they had 2 companies. Their website and physical address only shows 1. WTH. He said that I never shoed up on Fri and I told him that I did and he came up with an excuse. He then told me that at this point, I would have to make an appointment. WTH. I had an appointment and they didnt keep it. I told him that he needs to make this happen today. He called back and told me that the person from Garcias was going to meet me there at 4:15 and that is was exact cash only. They do except credit cards, but mine was cash only. WTH. I got there at 4:20 and the person I originally had talked to, handed me a new drawer and the old face. I asked him where the old drawer is and he told me he broke it up to get the face off. WTH. I wanted another new drawer made, not to take my old one apart to use for the new drawer. I told him that I wasnt paying him for the new one since he broke my old one. Now the new drawer is too shallow and doesnt fit right and the new tenant is moving in tomorrow. These guys are crooks and dont get fooled by their bait and switch.

We made an appointment with them and they never called, so I called them afterThey were late 20min. And he said they could not make it, too busy. A phone callwould of been nice. Think Ill go some where else where they keep there appointments
