My sister put in an order for me to be delivered on a Saturday but didnt know that we werent going to be home. She mentioned this to me and when I tried to call them (7 TIMES!) To explain this, no one answered. We decided to wait for two more days and no one reached out to me or tried to deliver again. I looked at reviews and this has to be THE WORST IVE EVER SEEN! After no delivery, calls, or emails on where my order was, we drove to another town where the store was. The girl who came out from the back was nice and explained that the driver who had my order was fired. She also explained that because of unemployment, it has been super hard to hire help. She made me a new order and everything looks and tastes good! I wish they would answer their phones though. They also have melted chocolate covered popcorn and dying flowers on display. Its very clear that they need help and the store is suffering because of it. I wish I could but do not recommend this store because of the issues we had as well as the many others who had issues FAR WORSE then us. I have attached a pic of my arrangement(which weve started to eat) and the popcorn.
I purchased an edible arrangement via online from the Rancho Cucamonga location as a Congratulations gift for my friends who just moved into their new home. I later learned that because my friends live in Fontana they had forwarded my order to this location. When my friends opened the fruit arrangement, there was a live worm on the fruit. I originally called the Rancho location to let them know and request a refund. The Rancho location stated that the Fontana location would have to give me a refund since they did the delivery. So I called this location and told them what the Rancho location said. I spoke with a rep. named Maria, and she stated that they couldnt provide the refund but that she would call the Rancho location back and tell THEM to provide it. She stated she would follow up with me once it was sorted out, and she never did. Being that I originally placed the order with Rancho, I called them back once again. Long story short, I still have not received my refund after THIS location delivered fruit with a bug in it. I left a review on the Rancho Cucamonga page as well.Update: I received my refund from the Rancho Cucamonga location.
I placed an order on 9/23/21 to be delivered on 9/27/21 for my son birthday and nothing was delivered i called three times the first time i was told it will arrive by 4pm at 6pm still nothing i call again and was told they are waiting on a driver the third call was told the driver is on its way this is the most unprofessional service i have ever experienced. Im in Nevada and ordered days in advance to make sure my son thats in California will receive his gift in time and nothing delivered???? I will be calling and requesting a full refund for this horrible service i received after spending $70 and my sons birthday ruined.After speaking to customer service this morning they did apologize and got my order out today and added additional treats for my inconvenience. Greatly appreciated for taking accountability and resolving the issue.
So my boyfriend had to work on his birthday and I really wanted to make it special for him and make it to where everyone knew it was his birthday so that he was celebrated instead of it just being a boring work day, and not only was his order delivered late, after he had already clocked out and left. The stuff he went back for was not in the proper box it was supposed to be a huge heart with two dozen and they just gave him two regular boxes. The happy birthday balloons, fruit covered cheesecake and box of chocolates wasn’t even included. So overall I am not only disappointed I am literally sitting here crying because I can’t believe how I paid over $100 weeks in advance for my boyfriends birthday surprise to be completely ruined.
Placed an order for Mothers day 5 days in advanced & it did not get delivered. Attempted to call the store to figure it out; I would have accepted a late delivery, but no one answered. Even sent an email, which supposedly goes to the manager, but got no response there. Thankfully, the Edible arrangements customer service was able to work a full refund.
I ordered the strawberry dipped cones for gifts, but when I picked them up they came in a clear plastic cup (not cute looks like I home made them). I asked for the box that was pictured on the online order. They informed me that they don’t come like that anymore. Jesus was very understanding and came up with a great solution. I was very happy and appreciative. Thank you Jesus!
My husband ordered two arrangements here. One for his grandma and one for me. He ordered them on Sunday on Mother’s Day, so we knew we would get them on Monday and we did but only one and mine never came i called and called and finally they answered on Tuesday and I told them and they brought it on Wednesday, it looks awful because it was all messed up and it wasn’t the full order and so they took it back they were suppose to bring a new order yesterday and today is Friday I just asked for my money back. Will definitely not let my husband order here again!!
Ive ordered many gifts through edible.com and have been pleased -- but none were fulfilled by the Fontana store. This order was never delivered. Contacting the website resulted in a canned message to call the store. I did, and was told the order would be tracked down and they would call back. They didnt. Now Im trying to get my money back. Needless to say, I will never order anything from edible.com or this storefront in Fontana.Update: Your response is ridiculous. Ive emailed you repeatedly and receive a message telling me to call the store. All I want now is a refund.

I placed my order on May 1st for my mom. So it was supposed be delivered on May 9th (Mothers day). I paid $14.99 for shipping which seemed a little excessive. I didnt think anything of it because I figured it would have been delivered by maybe 3 the latest. Then I go to read the delivery policy it says the latest it can be delivered is 9. I freaked out a little bit because I didnt want the flowers and chocolate to be gross. We had went out and came home before 9:30. My order still was not there. I understand there being a high demand for Mothers day. But I had placed the order a week in advance. I contacted management and they have not contacted me. My order never arrived I spent a total of $105.38 for nothing to show up. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I also called the store directly and the phone number was disconnected. I then proceeded to call the other number given (the 877 number) and the call would just end. Had to go in store to get a refund!!!! Shouldve read reviews. Do not order from here.

I myself had ordered the combo platter and flowers for mothers day. Chocolate platter for my 87 yr old mom & my care giver sister n Law the flowers.We were patient with delay of delivery after many attempts finally spoke to some one. Took little over aweek & 1/2. Recieved the platter though no flowers. Platter looked Great. After called to ask for flowers for my sister n Law I was so embarrassed to see the picture she sent me of the flowers.The overall experience left me ashamed to put my family threw. I am thankful for the lady whom did her best to make things better. While the family seemed at least content with the platter recieved.
I had a great experience with this Edible Arrangements. I ordered yesterday for delivery today and asked if it could be delivered later as the person it was going to worked until late and they delivered it at a later time and it was beautiful! Thank you!
I could not recommend getting anything at this place on a major holiday like valentines. This location was just understaffed and did provide a horrible product. I purchased a 12 pice chocolate cover strawberries, bear, and balloon. However, had to wait because they seemed lost do to understaffing and when I did get my box the strawberries were dipped but some only the tip and they are small I only had one decent one in the box out of 12. My girl got me a 4 pac at Walmart they are big properly coverd in chocolate a way more affordable.
DO NOT DO IT!!! Placed an order for Mother’s Day Delivery on APRIL 9th!!! One month in advance. I began tracking the order on Mother’s Day and noticed it was never assigned to be made. I attempted to contact the specific location and the number was busy. I tried several times that day and the following. After a full 24hrs of not getting through to the location I called corporate. They apologized, said they were able to get in touch with the store and it would take 2-3 more days for the delivery to show up!! Guess what?! It still never showed up! Contacted corporate again and this time they too were not able to contact the store either, escalated the complaint to “upper management”, said id get follow up from the store within 24 hrs, if not to call back. Well.... after 24 hrs I was once again calling corporate. They processed a refund and “expedited” the refund for me. The quickest way though was via check which would take 4-6 weeks to receive. Hopefully the check shows up.....
WORST PLACE EVER!!! Ordered on 4/16 to be delivered 5/11 and it did not show. # always busy. When they do answer its after 20 minute hold. After it did not arrive I called again. 1 hour on hold then call was hung up on. Corporate did not help either!!!

Not really satisfied with their work. I ordered different style and they sent a different one. If they are sending different one then why they are charging the same price. And their order tracking is not working as well. And when you call the store they takes forever to answer the phone. And they said the delivery will be between 12nn to 3pm. And the delivery arrives 6pm.. WOW!
Ordered a $100 strawberries and flowers for my wife since it was our 25th anniversary.For 5 hours the e mails said it was on its way.I tried calling but the store closed at 7 pm and no one answered.The delivery showed up @ almost 9 pm.Strawberries were warm and chocolate melted, flowers were sad and dead.In the e mail it said it was being delivered in a refrigerated truck, the driver showed up in an old car... maybe not even AC, who knows how long the arrangement has been in the heat since strawberries were warm and flowers dead!!!I could have buy a fresh flowers bouquet for $20 and saved $80!!!No option for 0 stars or I would have not given any!!!
Placed an order on Saturday 5/29 to be delivered on the same day(website said same day delivery available) but of course it was never delivered, they claim that the driver tried twice but no one was home..BS since I happen to know that everyone was home and no notice was left on the door about an attempt to deliver the order..I only noticed because when I tracked it it said delivery unsuccessful..I called the store and they stated they tried calling the recipient but it was a wrong number..lies since I had them confirm the number and it was correct. They assured me that they would attempt to deliver it again that same day but of course nothing was delivered and when I tried to track it again the website claims my order does not exist. I waited until the next day to call back I spoke with Tatiana who states the order wasn’t at the store and that she would call the driver and call me back to see if maybe he took it to be delivered otherwise she would prepare a new order and have it delivered that same day ..I never got a call back and everytime I called the store there is no answer it is now Monday and my order still has not been delivered. At this point I just want a refund. This place makes edible arrangements look like a bad business and I will never order from any of their locations again. STAY AWAY!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
I give this store a 0/10. I placed an order on 05/07 to be delivered 05/10. Nothing was delivered, no email, no call. I called 05/11 after trying to contact someone for an hour finally got ahold of someone. all they could say is they will make it and have it delivered ASAP, This was at 10am. I called again around 5pm took yet again another hour, they stated the items were made and will set it as priority, could not give a reason as to why it was not delivered yet. Its 05/12 still no delivery - have been calling the store all morning no answer, finally someone answered and i was put on hold for 30 mins and got hung up on.

Worst edible arrangement Ive ever received it was supposed to arrive yesterday no call no show it was supposed to be here today between 2 and 5 got here at almost 7:00 p.m. my daughter was informed it was delivered late because it had to be remade due to melting chocolate chocolate is melted and strawberry not on top of the cheesecake on the side, pineapple should spell MOM the O is horrible if they dont make this right I would have to call Better Business Bureau this is unacceptable
Worst experience with the Fontana location. I ordered stawbery covered strawberies for my mom for Mothers Day. They never arrived, no email, no phone call, nothing. I called over and over, and no answer. FINALLY I got through and was told it would be sent again and the delivery fee would be waived. But again, it was not delivered. So again I am forced to waste my time trying to get through to the store. But no one answers! I have sent emails as well, and no response. I called the corporate number and requested a refund. This store has the worst customer service. I do not recommend ordering from this store. I dont understand how a store with such terrible reviews could be so busy that they cant answer the phone.
I live in Houston, TX and ordered an edible arrangement for my nieces birthday who lives in Fontana, California. The 5 Star rating is not for the initial experience, but how this team immediately worked to humbly rectify a negative experience.My first delivery was well below standards, the arrangement was half melted with chocolate smeared all over the package as if it was sitting in the sun for hours. Chunks of the chocolate had been broken off and completely melted from the strawberries and birthday cake pineapples. Not only that, but her birthday balloon bouquet was missing, and her birthday cake popcorn ended up being some random peppermint chocolate popcorn that had also melted in the bag and smeared unbecomingly all against the bag. When I called to complain, I waited on hold for over 19 minutes before a team member could return back to the line. However, as I expressed my clear upset and dissatisfaction, I instantly received authentic empathy, care and embarrassment over how this was handled, and Crystal and her team were all over it.To be fair, it doesnt seem that this situation was entirely their fault, it seems that they may have to rely on a shallow pool of routinely new and inexperienced drivers due to high turnover because of the pandemic. Ive worked in a customer service environment for 20+ years, and know when Im dealing with a low accountability partner, and this is not what was happening. Yes, someone obviously dropped the ball by not calling to advise that they were out of stock with the flavor of popcorn that I ordered and not ensuring the delivery went out with her balloons, however after my conversation with them I got the sense that they were pretty overwhelmed and were doing the best that they could, and I was not let down on the second go around!The team and I agreed on a re-delivery date and they redid her entire order. It was a bit late during the day when she received it, however to this I cannot complain as the team and I traded emails following my initial call, and I wasnt left guessing. Their commitment to keeping me connected to what was happening in California despite the time zone difference really went a long way to prove that this team and store does care about their customers.The Edible Arrangement team also reached out and called my sister to let her know when the delivery left and additionally as they pulled into her neighborhood for tracking purposes.This showed me that they were personally invested in ensuring my nieces birthday surprise remained special despite the circumstances. I am so thankful that they made it right and kept me apprised of what was happening, addressing all my concerns. I just want to thank every member of Store 621 for their hard work and sincere efforts!
Ordered my mom a platter to be delivered Thursday before mothersday. They delivered at 8 pm. HALF the strawberries advertised on the listing online. Called. Waited on hold for an hour was told a manager would call me that night. Never got a call. Called Saturday was told theyd deliver a dozen chocolate covered strawberries Saturday night no charge by 10pm. They never showed. Spent 3 hours on hold on mothersday. Employee answered the phone AND HUNG UP. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH EDIBLE ARANGEMENTS.

Please read before you order from this store!I have ordered from Edible arrangements before and I have never been dissatisfied. Well, I am now! I ordered a $80-90 goodies for my mom on Mothers day. She knew it was coming.It did not arrive on that Sunday, so I tried to call the Fontana store that entire week after the holiday, with no success at getting through to talk to someone. I get it, super busy on Mothers day. Probably a lot of people needing customer service. I am being patient.So the next Monday I tried one last time with no success. So I googled the corporate office and I started a claim (not sure what they call it). I received an email that said the store will be reaching out to me within the next 48 hours.... still hear nothing. So I called corporate who connected me to the Fontana store 3 days later. The woman that answered the phone apologized profusely and assured me my mother would receive her gift that same day! It still did not happen!!!!!I had to call corporate again! This time they transferred my order to the Moreno Valley store.FINALLY!! Someone who cared!!! Moreno Valley delivered my order to my mom, super late, but she got it!!! Thank you Moreno Valley store, and for picking up the slack from the Fontana store. I appreciate you! My mother said that is the best cheesecake she has ever had! She has just been diagnosed with artery heart disease so it was so important that she receive this gift!Thank you Moreno Valley StoreFontana- I will never put my trust in your store!

I called at 4:23 I never received my receipt nor an email about delivery I was told my email was written down wrong she corrected it. 10 min later still no email. I call back then she tells me they email me when the order is out for delivery what the hell since does that make they close at 5pm did I mention I ordered over the phone yesterday!I tried tracking it it kept saying the order is being arranged no info. I contact my daughter she wasnt home she had left her mother wasnt home they had left. I received no call or email notifying me it wasnt delivered. I ordered a dozen strawberries to announce my gender reveal. Edible arrangements doesn’t make this package anymore, but they agreed to do it for me anyway. I like how they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I called to place my order and they were very friendly as well when I went to go pick up. I uploaded the photo of a couple strawberries. They were perfect. Pink chocolate inside with chocolate and white drizzle on the outside. The strawberries were gone before I remembered to take a picture.
Words cannot describe how upset I am. I should have learned my lesson last year when my order wasn’t delivered on time, but I thought I’d give them another chance & once again they disappointed. I placed my order online on Saturday for Wednesday delivery, so they had plenty of time to get my order together. I called the day of delivery to confirm that they received my order & that they showed delivery for that they day, the young lady from the store confirmed everything. Great, thought all was good until I received a called a little over a hour later to let me know that they didn’t have cheesecake in stock & they wouldn’t be able to fulfill my order till Friday. So, I changed my order to a different platter, that way it could still be delivered to the recipient on her special day. Around 6pm I spoke to the recipient because I hadn’t heard anything, come to realize that she still hadn’t received the order! I called the store again to find out the status of my order. The young lady said that she’ll call me back if they were not going to be able to deliver my order. I waiting for 30 min & no call. So, I called the store back to find out that my order wasn’t going to be delivered after all. Really?! Terrible customer service & communication. The next morning I called the store again to confirm that my order was going out that day & the young lady was rude. She said that my order was being made at that very moment & when their delivery person came in that it would go out for delivery. She wasn’t able to give some kind of time frame of when, zero apologies & super short with her replies. Definitely will NEVER go back to this location ( Fontana,Ca off Sierra).

Ordered my arrangement a day prior requesting for on time delivery. 1. It was delivered late. 2. The recipient was not home and they did not attempt to call them to reschedule. 3. I had to reschedule for the following week and it was delivered at the last hour of the day . “5 pm”What was supposed to be a surprise delivery turned into an inconvenience and a hassle of having to track the status of my order.Very disappointed and will not be ordering an arrangement in the future.

Very disappointed I placed an order today was told it would get delivered with 3 hours it’s been more than 8 hours called a bunch of times when finally someone picked up said it would be delivered by 630 I never received the order it’s now 730 but yea they took the money right away out of my account and now it’s closed ruined my plans for my wife’s anniversary
I guess they really wait to deliver your order til the last minute of the last hour. On a Sunday. Who wants to be waiting all day for a delivery? Maybe they should give a more specific time frame. Imagine sending a loved one a birthday gift and THEIR plans have to be set aside to make sure they’re home to get their gift.
Ordered fruit and bouquet of flowers. Fruit was delivered and the driver forgot to deliver the flowers. Maybe he was too busy on his phone. That is what my doorbell camera shows. Called to complain and flowers were never delivered. Called to get a refund and they said the system shows it was delivered. Im glad I have a camara that shows the flowers were not delivered, only the friluit was. So I mentioned that and was able to get my refund for the flowers only. Nothing for the inconvenience

She recently lost her husband to cancer and i’m just trying to show her love and do things her late husband would have done in his absence. this was the closest store so i scheduled a delivery yesterday. since tracking said all day the order was in preparation, i didn’t think anything when closing time came and it still hadn’t been delivered. called today for Melissa to tell me usually when this happens, the driver attempted the delivery and no one was available. unfortunately for Melissa, the extensive camera setup on our family’s residence proved that to be false, which i knew since i left my moms actual number AND told her not to leave all day! the order showed up 3 hours after i called, ruining the surprise i had intended. small sized fruit, swizzle decoration not as shown/described.. hella rush job AND missing 1/2 the order. called back only to receive a 1/2- *** apology and that the rest would be delivered.. maybe my mom will get it before she heads back to dallas! HIGHLY disappointed ordering all the way out of state.. never EVER again and sent a family group message to never do business here.

I ordered an arrangement and chocolate on the 12th of February for the 14th. ( Valentine’s Day) I never received my order and was not even able to contact the store. They didn’t answer the phones until Wednesday the 17th. When they did the said someone will call me in a few days to discuss a refund. Discuss a refund? They were brief and didn’t seem to care that I did not get an arrangement for my wife in valentines. There was no discount offered, no future delivery offers NOTHING!! I still have not received a “call”. At this point, I’ll dispute this with my credit card company. I won’t ever use this company again. I never had this issue sending roses. I am very disappointed.

Don’t waste your money on this place. I ordered an arrangement it was not delivered as promised. I called and spoke to manager Maria who said the driver said no one was “home”, and no one answered the recipient’s phone number. The recipient address was a business open to the public from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. I had the recipient check her phone and there was no record of a call. Maria said it would be delivered the following day, she would call when done so and refund the delivery charge. The arrangement was delivered the next day, but I never received a call or refund of the delivery fee. I called Maria again and she said her boss Mariann would be in at 5:00 pm and she would ask her to call me at 5:00 pm. You guessed no call at 5:00 pm so I called at 5:10 pm, no one answered the phone and I found that the business closes at 5:00 pm. These folks are as shady as they come DO NOT waste your money here.If I could give them a negative star I would do so
Ohhh my goodness! I wish I would have read these reviews before I made my purchase! I ordered and was promised a delivery during my daughter-inlaws baby shower, and arrangement didnt arrive and they didnt even bother to call me. Arrangement showed up a day later. They will not even answer their phones, I think they Block the telephone numbers of the disgruntled customers.

They say they tried delivering at 8pm which is not true because no one arrived there at 8! And they still charge 10 for delivery.. second time I order from there and the same thing! I ordered an arrangement several days before it was to be delivered. Someone from the store called a few days before the scheduled delivery to inform me they were out of stock of a certain product and offered to put chocolate on my strawberries instead. I appreciated the call and it was no big deal. However, on the day of the delivery, I went to track the arrangement on the website and it just said “out for delivery” but it never got delivered and no one notified me about it. I called them the next day and had trouble getting through but I won’t blame them since it was Father’s Day so I understand they were busy. When I got through they looked into why it hadn’t been delivered, gave me a reasonable explanation, and while I was on the phone they contacted the driver that had my order and told them to make my delivery next. Honestly the staff at the store were very nice and helpful, I just wish I’d gotten a notification that the delivery was going to be delayed.

So I placed an order on 6/21 and paid the 9.99 delivery fee to arrive the same day. Didnt happen. I get a call from someone around 8pm that night and they tell me that they wont be able to deliver until tomorrow. I told them that was fine. She said she would mark it as priority and it will arrive in the AM. Next day, morning passes it arrives at 3:30 PM. And its not even what I ordered. A simple box of chocolate covered strawberries?? I could have gotten one from a market with more strawberries and paid less. My order was suplosed to include 2 mugs and a dessert box. Never again will I order through them.

This mothers day was the very first time I ever ordered from this company and the very last. The worst customer service no communication at all. Its disappointing is all I have to say. I hope the company sees all the bad reviews and fixes the situation.
Mothers Day RuinedI ordered a large dipped fruit arrangement, balloons, and box of candy to be delivered. I paid extra for Sunday (Mothers Day) delivery.The order was never delivered on Sunday. I tried to call, but there was no answer on Sunday or Monday morning. The only way of contacting them was through the help page at edible.com.On Wednesday, the video shows that they left part of the order - only the fruit - on the wrong doorstep. They did not knock, call, text, or email to tell anyone that the delivery was sitting at the (wrong) door. Since there was no contact from the edible.com we had no expectation that it would be delivered on Wednesday.So, the fruit sat outside all day and was ruined.This Fontana store had no regard for the trust I placed in them to deliver something special on Mothers day. Instead, they choose to take my money, provide nothing of value, and ignore my calls and emails.If youre trying to send something special to someone you care about, I strongly suggest you consider going elsewhere.
I was very much considerate of this whole covid situation, but a simple phone call or email with an actual update on the order would be greatly appreciated. I am extremely thankful for the manager Johnathan ! He personally delivered my order ! That was excellence customer service on his end. I’ve been Ordering arrangements from this location for years! And every time there is an inconvenience, they manage to make it right.
I ordered a Valentines Day arrangement with a balloon bundle and a teddy bear for my dear friend. Mind you I ordered it on Feb 10 for delivery on Feb 14. I realize its one of the busiest days for companies like this one but when your store instructs its employees to lie to customers thats where I draw the line. I called at 10 am to find out a status on delivery and the staff told me its being made right now. That was a lie. When 6:30 pm rolled around no delivery so I went to the store to stand in line with 30 of my closest, angry brethren. When I requested a refund miraculously my order appeared without the balloons we ran out. The bears were sitting on a shelf and customers had to grab their own. This is unacceptable. Please dont patronize this company. They need to be make drastic improvements or they should, rightfully, lose what business they have. Non-existent customer service, staff with no integrity and a low quality product (e.g. some of the strawberries didnt look fresh) will lead to the eventual demise of this business and set the stage for one that can better serve our communities.
I placed a Mother’s Day arrangement on Wednesday, May 6, 2020. It is the Monday following Mother’s Day and I still haven’t received it. I have called multiple times and all I get is a busy signal. This is the most horrifying experience I have ever had. My mother is 85 year old and bed-ridden. Because of quarantine orders in place, she didnt get anything for Mothers day because I counted on this delivery. Now, no one answers the phone or replies to my emails. Horrible, horrible experience
Orderd a fruit arrangement was delivered a week early and I was told that they would redelivered on the right date for free and it was never delivered. Poor customer service would not recommend.
I am very very unsatisfied their customer service is terrible and Im still not even sure if my mother-in-law received her arrangement on mothers day Ive been trying to call the location and Fontana I cant seem to get anyone to answer the phone so I called the 877 number that they gave me and it just hangs me up this is terrible I know never again to order anything from this company and I would not dare suggest any of my friends or family to do so either.
Do not order from here. I paid the extra $9.99 for same day delivery, placed my order early in the day and still didn’t get my order until late the following day. This was supposed to be an anniversary present and I was very disappointed it arrived a day late. Called the store on several occasions and could never get a clear answer regarding my order. I even got hung up on. When I called to get my delivery charge reimbursed the girl who answered said the manager had to do that and that she would have her call me. Still waiting for the call.
This is my second time ordering and my last. I ordered the day before Fathers Day and they didnt communicate till after 7pm and said they couldnt deliver until the next day. All they said was sorry. Then when it was finally delivered it was nothing close to the item I ordered. The balloon was supposed to be a Fathers Day balloon and they have him a red plain heart balloon and the item was a mug duo with chocolate Truffles and Dipped Strawberries. He received a sm box with 6 Dipped Strawberries. Then when I called the number 6x the phone kept ringing till it hangs up on you! Bad communication and terrible customer service.
Waited til 5:30pm on Delivery day....Was not delivered. Called the store and the girl said the driver was on his way back from another delivery and would deliver. Never delivered it. Now I try and get my money back and go to another shop and pick one up! Negative stars...Do not shop here. THEIVES!
The fruit looked old, and the little vase was chipped. It was a gift from my best friend after my recent surgery, I didn’t want to tell her how it looked bcuz the last thing I would want to do is make her feel like I wasn’t excited about her thoughtfulness. It’s too bad this edibles store in Fontana does not understand the importance of “presentation is everything” or the “taking pride in your creation” as a business in 2020, bcuz I certainly wouldn’t want to disappoint any of my friends, or family!!
The worse store and service ever. Order was placed as a birrhday gift on Thursday, and up to this time, Tuesday the following week, thats 5 days after, the supposed to be birthday gift and it wasnt yet delivered. Did even bother to do a courtesy call on recipient as requested. OMG!! This is the worse of worse service Ive ever had. Called today and spoke to ISABEL, she confirmed that the order still not delivered and it will be delivered first thing the next day. I told her thats what the other lady said the day after but it didnt happen. I even explained her that Ive requested a courtesy call to tell the recipient that it will be delayed, but the only answer Ive got, a big fat YEAH...WOW.unbelievable. ISABEL jave the worse ever customer service that doesnt know the importance of the word Customer Service. Hopefully they are truthful that they will deliver the item again as promised the next. Edit: After finally being able to get through on the phone, they told me that they re-deliver the correct order and they did later in the afternoon.Due to being a military family we are unable to be near our loved ones during the holidays, so we decided to send my mother-in-law something special for mothers day. I ordered a Mothers Day Indulgence platter with a foil balloon, but instead received only a box of a dozen strawberries. Ive been trying to call the store but the line just rings busy. This is ridiculous! I want what I ORDERED and PAID for!!
I ordered on Friday for Mother’s Day to get delivered I waited until Monday nothing so I called them on Tuesday so they can return my money back never gonna order from them again highly not recommended and mixed me up with another order and never delivered my order for Mother’s Day
I give it 2 stars only because I did set out my delivery to be delivered for 5/12/20 considering mothers day was booked. May 12th came around & the person I sent them out too never received them. I did get a call back super late at night saying my order would not be delivered till 5/13. The 2 stars come from besides the delivery being a day late, the delivery driver communicated with me well about the delivery and went back at a later time considering no one was home. She was very understanding!

Don’t waste your time. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere else. I placed my order on Tuesday the 21st to be delivered on Friday the 24th. The manager working that Friday calls me telling me she can’t have it delivered until 9:30 at night. Then she proceeds to tell me that Saturday would be better. Come Saturday and still no delivery and NO CALL explaining why. Come Sunday I call over 5 times with no answer and finally someone picks up. The people that work here can’t even do the bare minimum and have the decency to even call. The person I was sending this was looking forward to this delivery and these people just ruined that for him. It’s no wonder why they have such terrible reviews.
So I’ve been going back and forth with this place about a refund because the fruit was rotten stale and it was disgusting and gooey from the inside never again will I buy from them

ORDERED WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED ON 5/11/20. Called this morning and after 30 minutes finally got a hold of an employee. They said it would be delivered today. It is now the end of 5/12 and no delivery was done! What is the point of ordering a Mother’s Day gift and have a delivery date if you can not follow it! Will never order from this location again!

Wow I wish I would have read the reviews before! The same thing happened to me on my mothers delivery for Mothers Day. She just received it this morning! Unacceptable, I wouldve appreciated a courtesy phone call to let me know at least, instead Im calling them and no answer or busy tone only... Not cool, I think I should get some kind of discount or delivery charge refunded because fee is different depending on the day they deliver. Very unprofessional

Ordered a birthday gift for my elderly mom on May 14 to be delivered May 15 using the website. Around 5pm on May 15 I called my mom and asked if she received her gift yet. She said no, so I called the Fontana store. I spoke to a lady saying that they are tracking the order and that sometimes delivery can be as late as 9pm. It is now May 16 and I called the store again at 10am and was told that they can’t seem to find their delivery driver and that she doesn’t know the driver’s phone number. So she put me on hold to try and get a hold of her manager. She said that she can’t reach her manager and told me that she will call me back once she does so she can confirm the delivery. No returned calls. I started calling the store back almost every hour and this time, nobody picked up the phone. It is now 5pm and I know that’s their closing time. My mom texted me around 4:30pm telling me that she still hasn’t received her gift. I called the 877 number and even that number nobody picks up. There is no way to cancel the order online except to contact the store. But if nobody is picking up, then how can I cancel? Never again Edible Arrangements. I should have just gotten my mother some flowers for her birthday.
Alright bare with me, this is going to be long, but this is what I went through with this edible arrangements location.Day 1, I place an order scheduled to be delivered on my moms birthday. Not wanting to ruin the surprise, I call the location to see if the arrangement had been delivered. It was nearing the end of the day and I’ve heard nothing from my mom. Turns out, it hadn’t left you. I told them my moms place of business closes soon. She explains that they have someone new scheduling and they typically put business’s first. She assured me it would go out first thing the following morning.Day TWO. Waiting and waiting. No delivery. I receive a call saying that they aren’t going to make it on time, and if they could deliver it somewhere else. I told her no, I’d very much like to have it delivered to the address I have put down. I then explain to her what happened the day before, and was assured my mom would have gotten her birthday surprise, after her birthday. So, this delivery driver yet again, assured me it’ll be the first one out the following day.....DAY THREE I receive a call that the teddy bear I ordered is gone and if they can replace it with more strawberries. Turns out someone took the bear that I paid for, that was out for delivery for two day, and put it with another order! I’m annoyed but whatever, JUST DELIVER IT!It is nearing the end of DAY THREE and still NO DELIVERY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I called as canceled my order because literally, the surprise is ruined, and the products I PAID for were taken.Worst. Service. Ever!Do not, do not, I repeat DO NOT order from this location! I am so far from my mom and I couldn’t even get her a small birthday gift delivered to her.

When we would call they would put us on hold right away and never pick up again.. when the strawberry were delivered 6 were big and the other 6 were super small and old.. not worth the money at all!!
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION for your deliveries. I had ordered a birthday arrangement for a co-worker and the whole process was a debacle. It didn’t arrive until 2 days late at 11PM!!! I had called numerous times in the 2 days waiting for the order to arrive and was told it was in production and would be delivered in the next 3 hours. Obviously a lie everyone. I repeatedly asked to speak to the manager and she would not take my calls. And to top it off the product delivered did not include the items ordered. I am hesitant to order from any edible arrangements again.

Day of pick my order was not ready instead i had to wait three hours until i couldnt wait any longer because mothers day was about to be over with. The worst customer service. The items were supposed to arrive for mothers day. $155 total. Never arrived. I called numerous times the next day (a total of 23 tumes now today) trying to get my refund. At this point they have stolen money since I did not receive the service or items I was promised and they refuse to answer their phone. (Its the next day and still nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION.
My grandmother ordered a gift for us and even payed for faster shipping. She said the estimated time was 5:30 pm. It arrived around 10:30pm and the chocolates were melted. What a way to ruin a day.
If I could give this place a zero I would!!! They have the worst customer service. I placed an order online for my mom for mothers day and then called in to add another order for my aunt. I spoke to Brianna and she was really rude. My aunts gift was never delivered and my moms gift was missing two items. Ive been calling for two whole days now to get a refund and no answer and when they do answer they put me on hold and keep me waiting on the line forever. At this point I think they stole my money.
Very horrible service! Placed a order for my sister and brother in law for a passing when they Received it they sent a picture now I work for an edible arrangements in Northern California I know how it’s supposed to look and what the fruit count is not all the fruit was there for the right count I paid for chocolate dip strawberries didn’t receive not one and there was no grapes at all when called to complain it was too late the store was already closed so called first thing in the morning around nine was told to send an email of the picture waited to three hours didn’t hear anything back called again was put on hold said manager wanted to speak to me about it Manager never got on Addison is who is helping me told me the manager said all they could do was send me a box of strawberries and the missing fruit mind you this is for a grievance so instead of going back and picking it up and replacing the arrangements they just sent a 12 count box and then a small box of a couple pieces of wedge fruit first of all that is so tacky for a grievance it should’ve been done correctly the first time and I should’ve got what I paid for the first time second of all their customer service and how they handled it was completely wrong and just awfulI will never use this location!

First time I ordered from here they got the order wrong and forgot balloons and a few other add ons. They said they were going to correct it and send the items out for delivery the following day but it wasnt until 3 days later and about 10 different phone calls did we finally get this resolved. I never planned to order from this location again after that. So for my wifes birthday (yesterday) I purposely ordered from the Rancho location. They transferred my order to this location without me knowing. Sure enough they messed up the order yet again and forgot the balloons and an add on. This time they delivered the missing items the next day (today). Of course it was incorrect yet again. One of the balloons was not the one I ordered and the add on was completely different too and was also half the cost of the one I purchased. DONT ORDER FROM HERE! F#@$ THIS PLACE!
My husband was able to get an arrangement for our anniversary complete with specially decorated blue chocolate dipped pineapples in the shape of doves. We had blue birds as our wedding theme. The fruit was exceptionally fresh and absolutely delicious. I was very happy with this gift and the delivery service.
Worst place ever! Fruit was warm, small green strawberries. Totally not what the picture looked like. Some were supposed to be white chocolate covered, not at all. Just some sloppy covered strawberries. Very disappointed. Never going back. Manager didn’t care. Not very helpful. Order came with balloons and all we got was “ohhh we ran out”. And to top it off, they were supposed to be delivered at 3pm. I had to go pick them up at 5pm and didn’t leave until 7:30pm! And there was 30 more people waiting with same issues! Don’t waste your time and money
They ruined Mothers Day I should have read the reviews before making a basket arrangement to be delivered to my mother-in-laws house we had told her to keep a look out for the delivery man and she was super excited. We even called the place which they never answered if you call this number right now youll be put on a busy line. I even tried calling the number on the Edible Arrangement website and it send me to the one in West Covina and its still send me to a voicemail and I left a voicemail no answer. I finally called again the one in Fontana after the hundredth time literally young woman answered and told me that it was going to be delivered that day hopefully by 10 p.m.This call was made around 7 p.m. to make sure it gets delivered. I find it odd that they are even suggesting those times to send a fruit bouquet containing chocolate at 10 p.m.Not one person would be in the mood for fruit at 10 p.m. getting ready for bed. If youre looking for a fruit bouquet of strawberry dipped chocolate youre better off looking towards Apple fruit bouquets in Fontana. They still have not answered me my voicemail nor emailed me so just take your business elsewhere and go to Apple for bouquets and place your order there. Edible Arrangement is expensive easy to take your money and do not deliver their business. I hope somebody reads this and decides not to make business with them because I took the chance before reading the reviews and got scammed. My mother-in-law was at the door waiting for her bouquet the whole day and called us at 11:00 pm saying she got nothing. It ruined her Mothers day. I forgot to mention they charge you extra for same-day delivery on a holiday which I completely understand but to not fulfill the description and actually deliver the item that same day is a total scam.
I never take the time to post reviews good or bad but this one I felt I had to. Horrible customer service. Placed an order online for same day. I received a phone call from Bryce and he said they charged my card for the online order but that they couldn’t fulfill because their only doing Valentines Day items this entire week. I then had to hang up to review the website and select another item. The difference would be refunded. I changed my order by phone and although it wasn’t what I wanted I was content sending something. I then called to confirm delivery and Bryce could NOT confirm any type of delivery. I originally requested delivery by 3:30pm as the person would be leaving work at that time. I then decided I’d change delivery for tomorrow to make sure the person would receive delivery and not have them leave it on the desk overnights (open fruit bouquet) but again he could not guarantee delivery.Not helpful at all. I canceled my order and will never use Edible Arrangements again!
