This is the second year in a row I go to them. Both visits I had a different insurance and I was glad they accepted the new one. Also, Both experiences were great. Pleasant staff, helpful, friendly.

I was absolutely impressed with everything about this office. They have all the up to date technology/machines which I had never seen before. The staff was super friendly/helpful and they were on top of sanitizing everything before I touched it and in between patients. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Dr Gray and Dr Flores are the best in the IE . My son and I come to both the upland and fontana location annually and over the years they have taken care of my entire family from my mom to my sister and bro. Great service all the time especially during this pandemic . Temp checks at the door make me feel super safe and seeing them constantly clean is the reason I continue to refer them to everyone I know . Great job guys 👏!!!!!

I have keratoconus Dr. Gray is a specialist and he is great he explains everything to me so that I understand what is happening with my eyes. I checked the reviews & saw the pictures & made my choice to make an appointment with this office. The lady who made my appointment over the phone was friendly & got me an appointment right away. When I went to my visit the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and I didnt feel rushed or ignored like other businesses tend to do so Great Customer Service. I definitely recommend.

Great place been coming since I was a teenager. Staff is very attentive to your needs very cautious with the whole covid thing hard to reach them at times but am sure is because of the circumstance we are going through at the moment with covid-19 other than that they are great at what they do.

I have only ever had fabulous experiences at FOG. The facility is clean, comfortable, and extremely well run. I have recieved excellent care from every doctor Ive seen there.

I’ve been going to this office for my annual eye exam for over ten years. Dr Leo has been there all through but they have brought on new doctors and I have always been impressed by them. Dr Grey and Dr Flores are top notch additions to practice as they emulate the quality of care Dr Leo provides to his patience. The office staff are knowledgeable and professional and will help you navigate through your insurance benefits keeping your best interests in mind. These doctors are extremely thorough and I’m lucky to have found this place so many years ago as I know my eyes are in good hands.

I have to agree with the other reviewers in that the staff members are very positive and easy to work with. The process was very quick and efficient and the doctor explained the results of my eye exam thoroughly without me having to ask about it. The best part was how the doctor did his absolute best to be sure my new prescription for my vision was the best he can make it and even showed me the difference from my previous prescription and the new one, it was a drastic improvement. :-)

I’ve been getting eye exams and contacts here for years. I’ve seen a few different doctors but at present am seeing Dr.Grey. He is very Knowledgeable, he is able to give me information and let me decide how to use that information in choosing contact lenses. He is super friendly and allows me to be in control of my eyes without pressuring me to conform to something I don’t want. The office is very clean and the wait time to see the doctor is not too long. All of the staff there help contribute to a pleasant experience.

I highly recommend this place. I went in there with many questions and no matter what I asked there was always someone going out of their way to help me.The only negative thing I have to say is that if you want to make an appointment on the weekend its going to be a long wait since there are so much demand for appointments on those days.

Service was fantastic, staff was fantastic, building is beautiful. Was very impressed with my experience as I recently moved here and was looking for a new optometrist which I have now found. Very organized, exam was extremely thorough. Not only that but the staff were all very kind and friendly. Dr. Flores was amazing along with the initial technician and woman who helped me with my glasses and insurance. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. My Mom would take us and our family when we were younger and as an adult I’ve kept coming back. Amazing service and great staff. I have had NO bad experiences here. They do nothing but put the patient first .I had a bad experience with my first time wearing contacts, they understood, took me in for a checkup, the doctor recommended a different more sterile solution and after they worked great! They replaced the contacts that I had already used since I did not get any actual use out of them, at no cost!

Im happy to say after visiting Fontana Optometric Group, my vision is now FOGgy! F.O.G. rocks!I visited Dr. Jason Flores and he made me see 20 / 20, no lie.During his intense examination of me, we settled on a prescription that would provide awesome performance for performance motorcycle riding and long hours in front of a computer.The testing machines here are current and clean, and I was really excited when Dr. Flores showed me imaging of the inside of my eye. Very cool!Frame selection was honestly a little daunting, but the smiley Indian dude made the process a breeze. I finalized my selection to 8 sets of frames, and he gave me honest feedback which I appreciate.Check-in, initial testing, exam and frame selection were all super smooth and staff all around were extremely professional and friendly.

Dr. Wong has been my eye care physician for five years. I became a patient of his after learning of his involvement in the community, followed by a recommendation from a friend. He is a kind, caring doctor, thorough in his examinations, who takes the time necessary to explain things fully.I am exceptionally pleased with the service that he and his excellent staff provide. The extended office hours make it easy to make an appointment without the need to take off work. The office offers an extensive selection of eyeglass frames and the friendly staff has a great deal of patience for those of us who have difficulty making our minds up when selecting new frames.I highly recommend Fontana Optometric!

Im unhappy and dissapointed with my experience here. I got a full refund back as I was dissatisfied with the entire service. It took this optometrist three weeks to get my glasses ready with no customer service what so ever or follow ups leaving me in the dark with no updates as to the status of my glasses.Later to find out that the glasses they sold me were the display frames and charged me like they were brand new. The frames were distorted/slanted and no good. Im never coming back or recommending this place.

When my last order of contacts was on backorder, they went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of by providing additional free trials.

Office is beautifully decorated and is very clean and inviting. Usually, the front receptionist is welcoming and kind. However, my last visit was met with a gal that had a sweet voice, but she didnt smile once, and while talking to me, was busy taking care of another patients paperwork. She didnt look at me once.I have arrived on time for every one of my appointments, but have waited a minimum of 20 mins each time before being seen.The technician who did my initial eye exam was fantastic! Fun and perky!Dr. Leo spent as much time as needed and addressed all of my questions thoroughly and unhurried.The girls that have helped me choose frames are extremely patient and give honest feedback. Im terrible at making a decision and spend more time than I should making a frame decision. I have never felt like the girls were annoyed.I really think their prices are way over inflated. We have great insurance, yet I still spend nearly $600 for my glasses. I did ask for my prescription and I plan to look elsewhere for the additional pair of glasses I need for computer work.

My family and I have been patients of Fontana Optometric for 27 years. We have always been treated like family by all of the workers there. We were referred by the Lions Club who paid for my 6 year olds first exam and pair of glasses. Dr. Leo has taken excellent care of all of us. The new office is gorgeous! Been going to Dr Wong for as long as I can remember, and fortunately for him, he is semi-retired, unfortunate for me, as it is much harder to schedule an appointment with him... the staff is very professional and friendly, and although they have other doctors there I could switch to, which I hear are just as friendly and good as he is, I think I will stick with Dr Wong until he decides to retire, permanently, before looking for another optometrist...

UPDATE This update is difficult but neccessary. I went back for a regular eye exam. Which went well. Again the Dr was very nice. I think my purchase was over $1000 for 2 pair of glasses. I was told it would take up to 2 weeks. I called on day 15 only to be told my order was not in and to call back in a few days 😐. I called back and only one pair was in so I went to pick them up. It had been 3 weeks. At that time I was informed that my second was not only not ready...it was on hold. 🤔 uhhhhhh ok...lets fit these glasses. After NUMEROUS tries (they were progressive) I couldnt see out of them, so they remeasure my eye and THE MEASUREMENTS WERE WRONG!! The guy was so embarrassed but he said the good news was my second pair would be right because they werent started yet. Four weeks later I get both glasses and.....are you sitting down..MY SUNGLASSES PRESCRIPTION IS WRONG!!!!!! I tell them I no longer want the sunglasses so the guy says ok he understands. Then I get a call from the office manager who says they will NOT refund my money and my glasses would be ready within 3 days.I will not be purchasing glasses there ever again. Im pretty sure they work off commission.Thought I was havin an eye emergency and they took me right away. Very friendly staff great Dr. I believe I found my family optometrist!

Poor service. Poor attention to detail. Avoid this place at all cost. Take your money anywhere else. They lie and try to cover up their own errors instead of taking ownership of a mistake. Poor business.

I went to Fontana optometry group after a terrible experience with Fontana Kaiser, Im so happy I went to see Dr Wong.at Fontana Optometric to have my don reexamined. The experience for my 9 year old son was like night and day, it was such a big difference I decided that Fontana needed to be reported to the states for neglect and abuse.
