So my wife just got surgery and I went in to put in the prescription since my wife was in horrible pain, one of the lady’s that works at the pharmacy right away being rude telling me oh no this won’t be ready till tomorrow, so I explain the situation that my wife just had surgery, she continues to be rude saying well we’re are backed up for 3 days and If you don’t like it go somewhere else. Don’t give these people Bussiness…Went to RITE AID next door they had the prescription in less then 10 minutes and were very polite.

Im a CVS customer and the store staff are nice to me... But your pharmacy staff are rude with me they act like their attitudes and speak out of discomfort with me one lady there cant understand English or speak it I believe in honesty consideration Respect kindness... Not act like you feel... One lady today got on me because of my CVS card instead of being nice and helping me I got yelled at... I could not use the register because she wanted me to use self check out. I said I prefer the register she said you have to use self check out. Im not happy with cvs

No cashiers only self checkout. Cashiers watch u as u check out. Why should I do labor when Im coming here to buy something. Im not a cashier. CVS is horrible. Pharmacy wanted to charge 125 for a prescription, transpered to a grocery store that starts with R and it was 25 dollars.

Very slow service and very expensive if you dont have insurance, also not ready till next day,will not go back.

The one ⭐ is because of the service the cashier had a very bad attitude she was rude and not helpful at all, she didnt want to cash me out, she told me in a very rude way that I had to use the self check out, I was paying cash and the machine only takes cards, I told her I was paying cash, she said that only if I had the exact amount of I was paying she will be able to take care of me, all the time with a long face bad and rude attitude obviously she does not know what customer service is, horrible customer service!

Impolite cashiers and managers. The manager constantly pressures you to get a CVS Care Card and doesn’t take “no” for an answer. He’ll ask at least 3 times per checkout.The Pharmacy is somewhat helpful. The man who gave us our flu shots was helpful at distracting us from the needle.

This cvs is the nearest one to my home. It has taken me a few visits to make me feel the need to leave a review. At first I thought maybe the cashiers were having a bad day we all do no big deal. However the following visits I just realised that the cashiers are not polite it is a business and for the employees to make a customer feel uncomfortable and awkward just doesnt sit right. From what I can see its the same cashiers that have received complaint. I can say Im glad they have the self check out lines.Hope these ladies get better customer service skills.

Close to work and freeways good staff unfortunately i went this weekend and had the worst experience ever the cashier Carline is very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL my stuff was being thrown and when i asked her to stop throwing my stuff she started yelling nonsense. Arguing with a customer is very unethical and she never apologized. An elderly woman approached her with a question and Carline the worker responded in a very bad tone of voice you have to wait there is always an issue when this worker is there is never an issue withe the rest of the staffI was really embarrased this behavior is unnacceptable all other cashiers are always nice and very helpfu sadly no actions are ever taken

Cvs like any other, but having 1 cashier for about 12 ppl inline is ridiculous. hire more employees.

Just walked out of your store. Asked for help to get a curling iron. No one ever came. Couldn’t get it myself because they are locked up.

Store manager is a joke doesnt take any complaints serious. I been a customer for over 15 years. Carli the cashier is rude and trying to imply rules by the CDC that they cannot sell any alcoholic beverages when you have a child with you. Trying to I.D my 12 year old. Even though I was the one who placed the beers on the counter along with my other stuff. Mind you not wearing any gloves or sanitize their hands between purchases.

Manager doesnt take any complaints serious. Didnt at all ask for my name or did she apologize for the rude cashier Carli. I always enjoyed coming to CVS Mary is wonderful and all the other employees. So sad that the manager doesnt have any skills or customer service for the position she holds.

Went there for my second shot 15 minutes early waited in line for half an hour they left 40 people standing in line didnt bother to tell them that they change the appointment time will never use CVS again

The best pharmacies i had here in our place. Their staffs were so smart and always active to their duty time. I surely recommend this pharmacy to everyone.Thanks

Worse pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They weren’t always so unreliable but as of this year, they have shorted me of my blood pressure pills which I NEED!! Then a few weeks later, I went to pick up some antibiotics and they claimed I had already picked them up!! So I couldn’t even get my medicine! I had to go back to my doctor and get a new prescription. I will never go back to this particular CVS pharmacy again.

We always have great service when we go to this pharmacy. There is this pharmacy tech that isn’t welcoming nor helpful though. She probably needs training on friendly customer service. Everything is always perfect beside this and it’s not enough to keeps us from coming back

This pharmacy sucks!! Poor service! They never have my prescription...they are always a whole month behind filling my prescription! The Fontana location on Sierra is the most horrible pharmacy I have ever been to. My advice is to pick another pharmacy completely. Screw CVS pharmacy

Called pharmacy for prescription and they said it was ready for pick up. I said I would be right there. In 20 minutes they were closed when I arrived. Nice of them to let me know they were closing in 10 minutes.

First of all, you have to be polite to the customers even if you are 5 mins before closing.The worst part was that it was Manager the one that was responsible of this.Her name is Roni, I believe she is Asian .My girlfriend and I went yesterday to buy make-up for her, and the Manager was rushing her and telling everyone that they were about to close and that we needed to hurry up.She raised her Voice to my girlfriend, and she was very rude.

Dont go here 3 times, the lady is stupid or cant read, she told me my prescription was on backorder, i said well how long will it take,she said it could be a day or a month. so i went elsewhere walgreens told me they couldnt fill it because cvs had already, so back to cvs i went and the pharmacist found it right there. when i told the pharmacist about the employee, she just kind of brushed me off. what happened to customer is right, or i am so sorry. i will not give them my business ever again

This place opens at 9am, its 9:14am and no one is here. I can’t leave because I need my medication. Ridiculous
