Being coming here since I moved to the area, the store has never been well stocked and the staff is unfriendly. Everyone seems depressed here. Only good thing here is the produce section Has plenty of options and good quality.

This store has been the most accommodating. Recently I had been very ill and now have to use oxygen . I needed to pick up some things at the store I wanted fresh fruits and vegetables and I wanted to choose them myself and I wanted the store experience but I need to use one of the mobility carts the store provides. So I called the store a customer service person answered I explained my situation and lo and behold this was the best experience.... They sent a young man out in a mobility cart to my car in the parking lot.. he was very helpful he was able to put my portable oxygen concentrator in the cart for me. Once in the cart. I was off on my own and I was able to go through the store and choose the things I wanted. The watermelon and the fresh tomatoes were some of the highlights. When I was all done and checked out the young man came back help me back to the car put my stuff in the car including my oxygen which is really kind of heavy for me to do. And the best part is the young man seemed to take pride in his ability to assist me.. this speaks highly for the store management and for the young man. Thank you so much.

This is our regular grocery store. Unfortunately weve noticed the quality of the service at the deli, which was already just ok, get much worse. Multiple times lately Im standing around waiting while employees are chatting within view of me, or just plain avoiding me. How hard is it to help your customers? Dont like to help customers, work some place without them.

I have been coming to this store with my family for years and recieved great service. I would love to give 5 stars, but after the treatment I received today my mind has been changed. The female employee that was working in the self-checkout this afternoon was extremely rude and unprofessional. Throughout our entire transaction she continuously harassed my mother and I. I have never been treated this way at this store. My mother did call and spoke with one of the managers and they were very nice and handled the situation well. But, she made our visit so unpleasant that I dont think I will be returning to this location. Did not feel welcomed at all.

Anywhere I go Vons is sure to have high quality produce,meat,and bakery!

I have been working in customer service for over 15 years and I can tell you I’ve never been to any grocery store like this one! The customer service here is always top notch! Employees here are incredible! Especially Olga, who was once in bakery and now is a cashier. She always paid such special attention to any cake I ordered and I came in to order one a few days ago and she made sure to work something out with her manager so that she would be able to bake me a cake once again. Olga goes above and beyond to help customers out! Hey Vons, when are we making this amazing lady a boss!?

This location is always fully stocked and very well organized. The bakery and produce departments are large and always stocked with fresh items! Its hard to leave the store without purchasing some fresh fruit! Checkout is speedy. The staff is very patient and friendly.

Well Vons is always too high unless you go $5 Fridays but they do have really good fruits and vegetables

Wonderful, great service.. I love every employee. Alma, Breanna and Vanessa are so kind in the Deli. Eric is so nice and helpful in produce. The check out clerks, Sarah, Kristie, Marci are so caring. The managers Will and Genevieve are amazing. Great team of people and very clean store with a nice setup. Oh and Julia at Starbucks, so sweet. I love coming here.

There is nothing worse than needing something, calling ahead to make sure its available, taking the trip to go get it, and then being told that they dont have it and never have. It doesnt matter what it is. This is what I experienced at this place.

I never was a Vons shopper, until I stepped into this one, WOW, super clean and everyone is so friendly here. They have everything. This is now my go to supermarket.

I dont normally shop at this location because we have a VONS in Redlands. The wife loves one particular beverage and all nearby stores were out of stock. Used VONS online app and found it at the Fontana store. Wow! This is one of their super stores. Huge selection and deeply stocked. Spent an hour adding to our shopping. 👍👍

Very clean and neat store. I dont shop here but the selection of items and prices look reallybgood. I go to the Labquest inside. Also has a Starbucks inside which is nice.

The prices arent great and the store set up is kinda odd. Deli meats are on the opposite side of th he store from the cheese as an example. It just gave off vibes of being old, like a supermarket from the early 90s . Not my first choice at all

Great beer selection here, compared to other grocey stores

They got some grocery items that my family loves. But sometimes, they need to add more cashiers as there are special holidays, nearby school events, or game nights that people run to their store for last minute grocery needs. See picture of long line.

This vons has everything! I couldnt find snow crab at any of my neighborhood grocery stores. I traveled far to this vons. I was NOT disappointed. The seafood section is amazing. Staff is professional and very helpful!

Love this Vons Market, especially the staff!!! Store always clean, well organized and ez to move around (especially in granny cart, lol). Yes, Vons is a bit pricey, however, if you know your prices, you can get Great deals (& u dont have to buy something too expensive). I use their digital coupons, regular coupons, (when I have em) ... And I watch for their specials, daily and weekly. In doing so, I spend about the same as I do anywhere else and Im receiving exceptionally fresh & great quality items and fabulous service... Plus, if you cant go in, you can order ahead and they will actually bring it out to your car!!!!!!!

The store was well stocked. The only long line was for Starbucks other than that the wait time was very short. We did self check out and it was quick and easy. The store was well stocked and clean as well.

Due to the underlying health complications of one of our family members, we have been using the Vons Grocery App to order all our grocery needs, picking up our orders at the Vons Fontana store on Cherry Avenue. This has been a God send for us! The app is easy to navigate, it has been extremely easy and convenient to schedule the grocery pick ups, and 98 percent of the time, all the grocery items ordered are available! Hooray! The Online Grocery Manager and staff are WONDERFUL: patient, considerate, helpful and friendly. Our family will continue to use this service until a successful vaccine is found and all of my family members have been vaccinated.

Wide selection and friendly employees. I visited the hot food department and the gentleman there was helpful . Also cashier was very nice singed me up with a club member card . I will be back to do more shopping. I give this store thumbs up 👍

After years of shopping here, their covid x guarding is in word only, youll have to pack your own bags and if youre a bit slow the people behind you are given the go ahead and push right past you. Weve started shopping at Ralphs which we drive right past to go to Vons for years.

Everything was clean, stocked and organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. The problem I had was almost spending $22 for a 12pk of medium quality toilet paper when there were no prices posted for that item nor most other toilet paper down that aisle. I dont know what they sold this item at before this pandemic but it definitely feels like theyre price gouging a bit.

Check the clearance section, some good deals there. There is also a Pokemon Go stop there, if your mother, aunt, father, uncle, abuelo or abuelita ask you to go: Go catch Pokemon.

Have not been a Vons for years. There is not a close Vons in area. Glad I did.go today . They store has everything .

Had a great trip to Vons just now.. They had the Lean Cuisines for like, $1.69 when you buy 5, i bought 10 and it came out to $17.00. I now have lunch for work for weeks, without breakin the bank! 👍👍👍

Great different variety of foods

I have always really liked this store. The staff is friendly and the store is well stocked. Even though the worst of the pandemic buying when shelves were literally picked clean, they quickly got a plan in place and worked tirelessly to get the shelves filled back up. They communicated clearly on items that were limited in quantity and let you know when essential items would be back in stock. Kudos to this entire store for handling this all with grace, calm and a sense of humor when necessary.

Love this Vons!! The staff is fabulous. Off brands such but it is what it is.

Phone number on sign for drive up and go orders goes directly to a full voicemail box. Hour long line inside leads to someone sending you to wait by drive up and go orders holding location. After waiting there another hour someone finally comes and says all drive up and go orders are canceled. So is any further business from me.Update: against better judgement, tried again today 6/2/20. Still incompetent.

I walked into Vons where I Bank and I went to the service deli who has the service deli clerk if he could find me a fresh a piece of chicken he started to tell me that he couldnt because hed have to do a whole batch and let the chicken that he cried was all ready fresh I explained to him that my mother couldnt eat hard fried chicken and if people would Id appreciate it if he will try her a fresh 8-piece he got an attitude and then after I started could talk to him nicely since I a customer service rep and Ive been in customer service for over 20 years actually worked at Route service deli for. Of 7 years as I spoke nice to him he decided that he could buy me an 8-piece but it would take 20 minutes I told him thank you and he fried the chicken and that service was over I went to the bakery and I still at the bakery for 15 to 20 minutes by the chicken is frying and there was no sociate there though me and my daughter called out we were very interested in the beautiful cakes that were on display but there was no one there to sell it to us service Deli clerk said that I would possibly need to go up front and ask for manager that could assist me because all managers have the training in the bakery but my point was why was there not an associate in the bakery department so I can say that that is actually the second time that Ive had A2 to Star customer service

More comprehensively stocked than most local grocery shopping stores. Narrower aisles means there are more items available. In other words, if you cant find it at your local grocer, you are bound to find it here.

Staff is friendly. Its conveniently located and I can find what I need quickly. Prices are fairly competitive to neighboring supermarkets.
