Foothill True Value has come a long way they turned it 360°. They have become my first option before Home Depot or Lowes that place is packed from garden, paint, tools, fasteners are super organized from regular standard to grade 8. True Value counts with delivery also.Give it a try.

Friendly staff convenient location

I had been having a very difficult time with another true value store to honor our water heater warranty that we had bought under a year ago and when I spoke with this stores manager Cindy(not sure how she spells it) she was SO helpful to me. She contacted many people to make sure that we could get our new water heater. I thought we were going to have to buy a new water heater again but thanks to her, we don’t have to. Cindy you are awesome!!!

This place has a good variety for a hardware store. I do fabrication work and was pleasantly surprised by their above average supply and quantity of parts available. They even have stainless steel fittings etc. Of all the hardware stores I have hit up in the last few years, this is the only one. Since I moved down to Fontana, my absolute favorite playground for ideas in my building innovations.

The cashier Gaby helped me out with some cat food.. Im very grateful for people like her! Theyre rare. I knew when I went in that she was a total sweetheart because the way she carried herself and talked to me. It was my first visit but I will definitley be returning to this store.

I have been shopping at this store for many years. And most times its ok today how ever was an awful experience. The person who offer his help was having a bad day and had a really bad attitude. And well all I can say is ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Nefarious behavior and practices!Please pay attention to reviews!My mistake was...After I read those reviews I thought it was an isolated incident and this could never happen to me.What makes me different?I have lived in the Fontana Area for more than thirty years and have always made my home improvement purchases at this location. I remember when it was also called Ace Hardware and the service was superb. Recently I had screens door repairs and was given a quote and a invoice to pay prior to receiving the completed work. They stated that it was a three day turnaround before the doors were completed and on May 23, 2019 I made that cash payment and left.On May 28th I tried to pickup my finished product...it was stated that an error was made by their clerk and I needed to pay $15.00 more to receive my product.This didnt even sound fair.You ouoted me your price and I paid exactly what you told me and now you want to re-negotiate..so of course I cancelled my order an received a refund. No one should be high jacked after a purchase has been negotiated and completed...I call that deceptive and deceitful Practices...Based on other reviews....protect your Money because knowledge of Reviews are essential.

Is very nice to have a store like this one by my house I like going in there cuz you find everything you need but the attitude of the Personnel some time is really really bad is like youre asking for them to do something for free . Is been 2 time the men in the back give me attitude I think if you are too old to work or if you hate your job if you dont like customer service dont be in there retire do something that you like to do but dont give customer attitude I dont like big companies like Wal-Mart and Lowes Home Depot I really support my local business local businesses on how to treat customers do you have to go to the big companies thank you I continue shopping with you guys because a complaint is a gift so you can improve on your customer service

Lots of employees asked if I needed help and they opened another line when three people were ready to pay. Sad to see they no longer have trains here; they should paint over the word trains on the building since they have been gone for awhile now.
