I was assisted by Jenny and she was very courteous and efficient. I was able to get the right stage 1 faja first try. The location is over 30 miles from my home but we’ll worth the drive. I will go back for stage 2.
Poor customer service. The lady who is in charge of customer service is so rude has no personality. I ordered my garment in L when received the invoice and all the paperwork said it was Large so I were the garment. I took it off the next day to wash and wonder why it was to uncomfortable, I realized they had sent the wrong size. When I called the company this lady who claims to be the boss didn’t not care to correct the size and said they could not exchange it because it had been used. It was their mistake and did not care to make the customer happy. Since I just had surgery and really needed the right faja, I even asked if I could at least get a good discount on the right size. The lady said NO. I couldn’t believe such of poor service!
You can pick up online orders. They definitely help you out, you can only try on 2 fajas thats the max. No touchy the items they are very clean. Theres is a wait line. They young lady helps out with Intel information on what you need if your not sure what to get. They can also help you out putting a faja on.
I ordered the 3 hook butt lifting shorts & just love the item Ive choosen. It is just beautiful Ive always bought all my fajas there & been absolutely happy .. Thank you got in just a few days .

I had such a good experience so I ordered a faja a size XL so I tried to put it on but I couldnt my husband tried an he couldnt either so he tells me you need a bigger size so I called to ask if I could exchange an they said yes so when I went I ask to exchange she said no problem but I think it might fit so she took to the back and put the faja on with no problem with no charge and mind you I when in so hot an not in the mood just because Im 9 days post op and I left feeling so comfortable I believe her name was Jennie at the Fontana store thank you
Purchased waist trainer and after 5 months of constant wear one of the plastic bone broke now I have to adjust all day or it’s stabbing my hip. Thought would be made better for the high price paid. Love the product till the bone broke.
I honestly made the worse purchase of my life. I have never heard of not returning on item if it doesn’t work for you. Customer service is a 10 zero star. They are so unprofessional I called to all the phone numbers they have listed no one answered. Email or not return after 3 days. I own other waist trainers and I don’t even think this original Colombian material.
I went there a few days ago, when I walked into the store the girl said that she could only take one person at a time. I said ok went outside to wait. My 2 little ones were with me and waited by the door in the sun for 20 minutes. When the customer left we walked in and the girl decided this would be a good time to let me know that she was going on break and would not be taking anyone else. When I asked her why she didnt tell me that the first time she gave me a smart response. Lets just say that they lost a potentially great client. Furthermore I will not be recommending this place to anyone. Bad! Bad! Bad!
Been calling since they opened to see if the Faja I want is in stock so I can go purchase it now and not waste a drive over there in case they dont have it. & NOBODY answers at first the phone would ring and now its just completely sending me to voicemail like if they just decided to unhook the phone. Horrible customer service not the first time this happens!

The fact that I was waiting outside and she unlock the door and she didn’t open it for me and waited for me to open the door very rude also their policy of their dressing room of 10 minutes you got five minutes left is annoying to say the least their professionalism really sucks for Haas are good but the person now got to go

Haven’t yet received order nor tracking. Don’t have time to play with my money nor a response back to email! Just refund me and be done with it. Your response should not be here in google it should be in the email I sent you and via text message with the number you provided. I’m a business woman who means well. I would like a total refund do not want any further business with you or your company. When you place a order it doesn’t take over 7 days to get a tracking unless your product coming from China. I could have order it cheap from China myself for all that. No email or tracking has never been provided
Extremely satisfied 🥰 I love the material!! I ordered Dprada 3 hooks strapless and my mom ordered the Guitar(sleeve) faja. My mom was a 3XL per measurements and I was a L . My mom was able to put hers on,no issue with the sizing, but I thought mine was too small.I reached out via Instagram and was provided with the store number. They informed me the inner thigh seam needs to be aligned inside my thigh at that was the exact issue customer service is very friendly. I was able to put on my faja with sweat and tears 😭😂 . Very high compression!! Also the shipping was 4 business days in total 😳 and I live in VA ordered it March 24 Wednesday, 3 days to ship and delivered at home on 4th day March 27 Monday. Very fast shipping!! Fastest way to get in touch would be to DM via Instagram or call the number that was sent to you via mail! Will be ordering from this store again 10/10 🤗
Do not purchase any clearance from this company is a ripoff my cinturilla was in clearance I ordered large and is like a size xxxxxxsmall the description By your measurement is not accurate at all, so I get the one based on my size measurements... It is super little I think I can fit my two arms in there and thats it.. Be careful they know what they are doing selling China stuff..
I have been following this company for a while. I placed an order base of the measurements on the site. Get the order, the order is too small. I do an return for a bigger size paid for shipping and the customer service is terrible. Once they received the order, Sent an email stating the garment had an odor and would be shipping back. The garment smelled like plastic. I tried the garment on one time couldnt even get the thing over my hips and it has a odor! If you dont want to return, fine say final sale! I will NEVER order from here again.
I had to return my faja because it was too small, they sent a used one for my replacement. I spent over $160 on the faja with paying for shipping 3 times because they won’t cover it if you need to return it. My replacement smelled gross and had stains on it. Should have known better! Go with tributo, SOL, Ann chery, pretty girl curves. Even the $80 Diane and Geordi faja would be better than wasting time with this company.

The Guitara Faja did not fit! Exchanged twice and still no success. The product comes small. The customer service was okay, they responded in 24-48 hrs. They were pretty quick to ship back but you need to pay for shipping and receiving, which was awful because I ended up spending more money on this product. I also purchased a thermo burning gel that burns skin and leaves your skin red. Definitely a Lesson learned! :(

Got mine in about 5 days. Already smelled funny. Even though I sized up, was still way to small. I sent email for exchange for bigger size (buying 3 sizes bigger then the clothes i wear this time just incase since i cant get my $140+ returned 😏 I love the material so fingers crossed it all works out for me. 😊🙏
Umbilical Plug is exactly as described however I was charged $14 for shipping USPS on a $19 item. F-ING RIDICULOUS. Look elsewhere ladies, if I wasn’t in such a rush I bet I could’ve found something more cost effective or atleast from a company that did not try to profit off shipping.
I ordered a faja a few months ago, it was too small. I returned it and when I received my new faja it was a whole different style. I emailed Cali Curvas to inform them and they never responded.

Super Happy this boutique is close to me. Staff is knowledgeable and awesome at helping you find the right garments for your needs. They also have an in-house alteration to help when you grow out of your garments and need them taken in. I will continue to shop here for all my post op needs.
The ladies were amazing! I visited them for the 1st time last Saturday. They were very helpful in recommending items that fit our needs and helped us squeeze into the tight fajas. They were very friendly and outgoing and made us feel comfortable. I will be going back in April for my Jeans and faja vest. I loved that they shared their experiences with us about their procedures and recommended us what to do post OP. Will be back again for more garments.

I ordered a faja with the belief that it fell under their exchange policy (because it was not disclosed otherwise), and when I tried to exchange the garment for another size they said it was a final sale and that they wouldnt be exchanging it. Now Im stuck with a faja I will never use, I am really unhappy with their customer service and their follow through, needless to say I will NEVER use them again.

From the first phone call Ruby was super sweet and helpful! I had originally planned to visit them on Sunday, but I wanted to take advantage of their Faja Day sale they had on Saturday. Because of my schedule I was unable to make it to their store so I was going to order online, but had no idea which faja to choose. I called and asked if she could recommend a faja for my needs. She was very helpful and gave me a few options.I typed in the numbers she gave me and looked at the different options. I was hoping to ship to store so I didnt have to pay shipping. That didnt seem like an option so I called and Ruby took my call again and said there was a way, but maybe I couldnt use both coupons at the same time. I was kinda bummed I had to pay for shipping, but I was still very pleased with the service and their reputation and quality of products. Before I placed my order she called me and said she could help me with the shipping. She said to place my order and I can pick up in store and they will refund my shipping costs!I was already impressed with their service, but I felt she went above and beyond to help me!I went to the store today to pick up, she had me tried on the size she recommended and I couldnt get it over my butt. She did tell me I was in between sizes over the phone, so they know their sh*t. So I was able to squeeze into another size and I couldnt close it. Ruby came in the fitting room and helped me close it and she made sure this was the perfect size for me. They even offer to alter your faja when you are ready to downsizeI have to tell you the quality of this thing had your girl SNATCHED!!! Its soft and not scratchy and its strong!The store was cute and clean. The other girl there was really nice too. They offer more than fajas, like Columbian butt lifting jeans and other shape wear. Based of my first experience, I would highly recommend!!!

Just purchased my secondary Faja after BBL and Lipo so far it feels very comfortable I cant review the durability of it I will have to let you know later on that but it feels so much more comfortable than the 1st faja I got from the doctors. the staff was very helpful attentive And fair. Also a very good selection of quality brand Fajas undergarments braziers stretchy pants. I will return for another soon.

Bought a post op faja in a Large, just had a tummy tuck. Im a size 6-7 in Jeans and a large fit like a XS, basically it didnt even even come close to closing. The fit was not true to size or snuggled.

Super bad service, they take a long time to answer. They only sell to sell wealth, they do not help you find shapewear for your body style. I bought three girdles and none is for my body style and when I return, they just clean their hands, my sister and my friend also bought girdles and they did not like the service or the quality of those girdles, also very expensive by the way 🤔🤔🙄 🙄🙄😡
