Buying pallets for my business is not something I look forward to do, to say the least but ever since I found Pallet Market in Fontana, that task is no longer a bother. My experience with Pallet Market has been nothing short of amazing! When I first found Pallet Market, I just wanted to buy some pallets but Michael Burchardt suggested we sit down and talk so he could learn more about my business. Since that meeting the precise number of pallets come to my business every week and I dont even have to pick up the phone. And the great thing about it is that Pallet Market buys my unused or damaged pallets back from me! Using Pallet Market is a win/win for any business!

Trifling! Do not honor their quotes! Now thats just unethical and bad business. I emailed to get a quote on 1/24/2019 and was told $6.75 per pallet, I called today and the price was switched to $8.00 per pallet. I said to the young lady who answered the phone So you guys arent gonna honor your quote? She put me on hold and came back and said He said we can do $7.25 I told her never mind I will take my business elsewhere.

Pallet Market has proven to be a world class business. They have great salesman (Michael Burchardt) and CSR (Cecilia) to assist with orders, quotes and questions. They are upfront on all quotes and go above and beyond with quick turnaround orders and deliveries. Ive been working with Michael for over a year now and he does his weekly check ups and Never Upsells me, he offers solutions to questions or concerns I might have. As a leader this is Huge to know that you are working with honest and reliable partners. I would definitely recommend Pallet Market!

All the negative reviews are true. Called and got a price on the phone, came in and it was considerably higher. Bunch of crooks. If you want to buy a pallet here expect to get ripped off and be treated like you’re lying to them.

The worst company we have ever dealt with never come on time always delays.

Last year my church did a fundraiser for the victims of Hurricane Harvey and Pallet Market donated palettes for us to be able to ship out all our goods!

All the pallets that we could possibly need, delivered to our warehouse, next day or sooner!

Go somewhere else to do pallet business out of this entire street! Not recommended! It all Seems like they are in it together. Same prices too.
