My husband and I have used them numerous times and they always do an amazing job !! They’re very professional and go far and beyondThey were originally recommended through my insurance and now we don’t use anyone else and we pay out of pocket because they’re very reasonable and they will not rip you off like many out there .I actually have to bring in another car next week for body work ! I highly recommend P&J!You won’t be disappointed !!!!

They did a good paint job and decent price with a few minor mistakes that they corrected. When I picked up my vehicle, it had a flat tire due to a piece of metal in the tire. They claimed it didnt happen there but I didnt drop it off with a flat. They are fairly new tires. Thats my experience.

On the morning of 4/8/21 at 8am I had broken down with Jeep at at the Cheesequake rest area just off the Garden State Parkway. Upon contraction the NJ TURNPIKE Operations P&J was out to assist me 25 minutes earlier than I was told by NJTP they would arrive Vincent Pagano Jr was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about my situation. I was provided excellent customer service and was very impressed in the condition of their service truck and equipment. This made me feel at ease having them transport my Jeep to a safe location.THANK YOU!!

They did a excellent job on my Porsche!!! I had 3 scratches. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.Just got my second car back. Another excellent job done. They went above and beyond.

These guys are amazing! Very friendly staff and professional! My Benz got rammed in the back pretty bad (hit and run) and they left it like NEW! Dealt with the Ins. Company directly and called me when it was ready. They even dropped my keys off and cleaned my car, in & out. Thank you guys, youre the BEST! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Communicated well with me as to the status of my vehicle. Also updated the insurance company so I didnt have to do anything except drop it off and pick it up when it was ready.

In January 2019 I took my girlfriend’s car for a repair to P&J. Upon arriving to pick up the car it was parked out front and we immediately noticed large fresh scratches on the car on the opposite side of the repair. This caused me to walk around the car and I noted several more new fresh scratches unrelated to the area just repaired. The car only had just over 8,000 miles on it and did not have any other damage, other than the area that was being repaired, when we dropped it off. The fresh scratches were on the front bumper, rear driver door and rear quarter panel. The rear bumper also has spiderweb cracking in the corner where it had obviously struck something. Four panels contained damage that did not exist when we brought the car in. If I had to guess the scratches were caused by washing the car very carelessly and dragging dirt across the surface.I should also note that I used to work in autobody and I am a detailing enthusiast. The car was washed before it was dropped off so it was actually cleaner looking when we dropped it off compared to when we picked it up. We went into the office and alerted the owner that the car contained fresh scratches. He immediately got angry and started yelling that the damage could not have happened at his shop. The look on his face was one of pure rage. I calmly reminded him that insurance took pictures of the car from every angle prior to us dropping it off so it would be easy to prove if the damage was already there or not. He stated that he took his own before pictures and began looking through them on his computer behind the front desk. After scrolling through many pictures of the car, he mumbled something about usually taking more pictures and then asked us what we wanted him to do. Meanwhile he sent one of his techs to hand polish some of the scratches.We had already returned the rental car which we were paying for out of pocket so leaving the car there longer was not really an option. The tech was able to make the scratches look much better, but definitely not perfect. At this point we did not want to do any further business with P&J anyway.The most unfortunate thing is that the repair itself seems to have been done very well and we were more upset about his attitude than the actual damage caused. (see update below) Had he acted professionally I would have been more than happy to let him fix any mistakes. I noticed there is a negative Yelp review from 3/20/15 detailing an experience almost identical to our own. So apparently he has been doing business this way for many years.Update: After viewing in better lighting, the repaired area paint is very flat and does not match well at all. There is also a noticeable line in the center of the quarter panel where it should have been blended better.

These folks have always done the body work on my vehicles. They handle everything: the other drivers insurance claims, arrange a rental car, answer any questions you have. The quality of the welds, parts, and service, are top notch. I will always bring vehicles here for work, without question.

I was rear ended and the driver who hit me ran. My insurance company (Metlife) sent me here.They fixed me up in a few days. They also fixed my center console which had caved in and detailed my car for free. Did not expect that!My only issue was they did not call me when the repairs were done and I was running on borrowed time with the insurance company only paying for the rental car for so many days.Bottom line is they do honest work for a fair price and that’s all you can really hope for when you need auto body work.

Needed a tow and they came within the time that they had given. Mike was very courteous in what was a very stressful situation. Very professional.

Instead of repainting one of the damaged areas of my car they buffed out the scratches so hard that they removed the clear coating and now my paint is delaminating. This work was guaranteed (thru my car insurance) for the life of my car but their paperwork did not disclose that they worked on that area of the car so now I cant hold them to the guarantee.

Moved into Fords 16 years ago and havent went anywhere else than P& J
