Had a great experience with Mark here and would definitely recommend! I came for a routine oil change but also had a question about some strange noises coming from my car. Mark was able to diagnose the issue and after running a few checks he was able to find the cause and explain it to me professionally and kindly (I’m no car expert). He was also nice enough to spot a few small cracks on my tires and tell me to keep an eye on them & replace them ONLY if the cracks get larger. I feel I can trust Mark to spot issues before they become big and tell me honestly what I should do. I plan to return here in the future!

I have been to other mavis locations and this one is always the most helpful. When they tell you a time frame for when the work will be done they are pretty accurate. Also the prices are fair as well.

The manager was so accommodating. I came in 30-45 mins before closing for an oil change. He took care of it Np. He additionally warned me that I was in need of 2 new front tires immediately and offered to stay late just to get me squared away. He did just that and made sure I paid the best price possible! I’ll definitely be going back for my oil changes, 2 tires for the rear and other things to get my ride in order. You rock!!!

I was on my way to work and realized I had a nail in my tire, I pulled up here and even though they were busy Brian was able to patch me up and help me out and I still made it to work on time! I am extremely pleased with the service that is always provided at Mavis on New Brunswick Ave. I came in for a last min check on one of my tires that had a leak. I was getting ready for a rod trip and didn’t have much time to, however, although the shop was busy, they were still able to get me in and out in less then an hour. I feel very confident about my road trip now and recommend. Very happy to be a customer and will always come back.

Had a tire that was vibrating so i took it to Mavis in Fords to get balanced. Mark the Manager said it would only take 5 minutes to get done. They balanced the tire and Mark pointed out a flat spot on rim and said this could be your problem Mark said try riding on it 1st to see if balancing fixed issue. Mark was correct as far as the flat spot causing the issue. By the way, Mark did not charge me for the balancing and said to come back for future work needed on my cars. I will certainly do that! Good group of guys. As I was waiting I overheard a mechanic tell a customer that his problem was just a leaky valve stem. That situation would have opened up an opportunity for shops to do more work on a customer than needed. It was a simple fix and the mechanic was honest with the customer and did the right thing! Went in for a 4-Wheel Alignment.. Was taken care of by the Manager, Mark.. Other companies told me I needed a special kit to get the caster/camber correct ... Mavis ordered the kit on my behalf, but after loosening the front end to possibly install it, they let me know, everything went into alignment without any kit.. They could have charged me for the kit and I would never had known.. I commend them for fast service, fair service and great employees.. Especially Mark !

These guys are always helpful. When my wife or sister go there alone, they dont try to sell them something they dont need. They fix the problem and do it right. Recently, my wife went in for a check engine light. Turned out to be just a dirty gas cap and thats all they told her it was. Nice people and honest.

Last night I was driving in the area and got a flat tire due to hitting a curb. I immediately drove into their parking lot to see if they can help me by replacing my flat tire with my donut. We came in with a flat tire that needed a nail removed and the puncture plugged. We got excellent service that went above and beyond. Not only was the tire repaired but they installed it back on the car and checked the tire pressure on the rest of the tires. A huge thank you to the crew and couldnt recommend them enough!

The mechanics are professionally coo coo and pleasant. Also showed me what another shop failed to do and explained how they took my money and didnt do the job correctly. I wont name the other shop right now...but will at a later date. I was told that the other shop never correctly tuned my expedition heres pics of the spark plugs that were removed from last years tune up!!!! They never replaced them!!! And charged me $750 for the tune up and oil change!!

Went for an oil change and an estimate on a break job.Manager got me out within an hour and estimated a great price on a break job. I would highly recommend Fords Mavis Discount Tire!

Great guys at this location!! I dont feel like Im being ripped off when I go here. I forget the 2 guys names but there were amazing. Sorry to be so blunt, one guys is black and other Spanish. They both were very helpful and they always call me in a reasonable time to come pick my car up. And the Mavis credit card definitely is a blessing! Any jobs over $200, they give you 6 months to pay it off with no finance.
