I went in for an item & the Associate behind the counter told me they didnt have it. Hardly anyone was in the store however the Manager overheard our conversation & she knew they had the item. She came out to my car holding the item & I went back in and bought it. Now thats a Manager who pays attention!

Best and FASTEST experience than any other Rite Aide Ive ever been to, & the Store Manager was the nicest while helping me find my items. I think her name was Jassenia. Well thank you again!

The employees are not friendly and completely useless at all in this location. No wonder why their stock is $1.05. This location needs to close it doors for good.

I come here often being that I work in the shopping center but lately the doors have been locked at 9:50 pm. Im not looking to do a shopping spree, all I need is a coffee. Wont be coming back I would rather drive down the road because I know they stay open for their customers until 10:00pm.

This Rite Aid needs improvements. They need customer service training and need to open both registers at busy times. I grew up around the block from here an went to this location very often. It was never like this even a few years ago. It is a shame.

ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE. The manager Carlos was completely disrespectful. Store was nasty. The product I wanted wasnt even in stock and I called beforehand. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE. NEVER HAVE BEEN DISRESPECTED LIKE THIS EVER. Horrible experience overall.

Cmon, please spend some money on this place. It’s an older establishment that needs a refresh for the community it serves.

Horrible the cashier was disrespectful to my wife and the manager as well and the cashier threatened to assault us and gave us the finger because she made a mistake the company also agreed. We need to stop giving rude people our money its not our fault they are stuck at a job they hate.

This place is in my neighborhood but i also have wegmans and shoprite, thats why its imperative their prices in general be competative but they,re not ( they are very expensive) probably labeled by rite aid corp.as a convenience store.
