They were fantastic! A wheel fell off my trailer on my way to go crabbing at the coast, so I was stranded and 2 hours from home. They not only sold me all the parts I needed, but re-packed the axle side of the wheel, and showed me how to finish the job on the side of the road. Thank you!

The widow next door had car battery trouble. I helped her take the old NAPA battery to the NAPA store in Forest Grove OR to get it tested. It was bad but still had some warranty time. She didnt know where her deceased husband put the receipt for the old NAPA battery. The kind store manager approved the prorated credit for the old battery anyway. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I use to buy alot of paint from this store. was all ways treated good and good service. I even started buying pizza for them once a month. After they moved locations not only did one of the employees try to start trouble he also double charges my coworker. They lost my business. I actually rate less then one star.

Great customer service!! Went out of their way to help us and make sure we had everything we could need or want. Breaking down on a family trip and a long way from home couldnt have gone better! We were able to park behind their building, with our camper (& 3 small kids), in full shade on a 97° day to replace our alternator.

Lots of really neat things here! Its everything auto parts and more! From flashlights and torches to car organizers and air fresheners!

Slowest parts store I have ever been toBesides that they barely have anything in stock. Took me half an hour of waiting to find out they dont have anything I need. 2 stars because at least the staff was friendly and tried to help

Friendly staff. They took the time to try to help me locate some hard to find trailer parts. They were open late before the 4th of July holiday, which was a big plus.

The crew has been horrible. The cashier Kaitlin one day put me on hold for 15 min! I ended up walking into the store and saw everyone just talking. Not cool. They need people like ken back in there and getting stuff done. Shows the new generation isn’t capable of working good. Bad store.

I used to really enjoy Napa and their products. Unfortunately, it seems that lately they have lost a lot of intelligence and will to help the customers. On 4 different occasions I have had bad experiences. Sometimes waiting as long as an hour for them to find me the correct part. One occasion a lady working here finally got fed up with trying to find lug bolts for my 04 Pilot and told me that they cant get it. Not again, Satan. Ill take my business to OReillys.

Guys know what they are doing. Spend more on parts but worth it to get the right parts the first time

They ordered the incorrect part. It took over two weeks to arrive and then they wanted to charge me for the shipping. Then they refused to give me my money back. Wont be going back. From here on out I will be going to Autozone

My dad owns a auto mechanic shop I am often tasked with ordering parts and this place sucks. As my dad is a busy man he does have time for me to waste even. This place is way unorganized and I Wil be put on hold forever then I go and order from shucks.
