My mom took her car in for an oil change they forgot to tighten the oil filter and it started leaking so she took it back and they then forgot to put the oil cap back on and oil splattered all over the engine bay.

Rip-off.Got “The Works”.Didn’t perform one of the services (tire rotation) but still charged for it.Charged more than their quoted price ($54.95 vs $49.95).

Went in to get The Works oil change before a long road trip. Very friendly experience and was in and out just a little after the estimated 1 hour. However, in the description of the service I received, it said that it was vacuumed and the windows were cleaned, neither of which were done to any extent. Also, it was noted that my rear window wiper was checked and OK at this time even though it has not worked in years and still does not. Overall it was a pleasant experience/decent price but those aspects make me question the quality of the service and what was actually checked over. It is also disappointing when you dont receive the full service you paid for no matter how small.

I had to find a new place during COVID-19 for an oil change and this place is where we take our truck. I knew as soon as they placed my Jeep Grand Cherokee on the rack that they were going to mention my tires. They did, but they gave me four different choices - popular, comparable x2, and longer lasting. I had Michelins so I went with the longer lasting Michelins. In stock and will on the Jeep within 72 hours. Staff were awesome, even submitted the rebate for me. Customer service at its finest.

They gave me an oil change. Told me my truck was leaking from the rear pinion seal, which is pretty cool they did that but never mentioned that it was leaking oil from the oil pan gasket that they had just changed the oil from. Kinda sad to say, but I have a 2016 f150 with 42k miles. I also service my work truck here, havent had any issues but really spendy for oil and fuel filter.

I went in for a last minute oil change the add 1 quart to much of oil I didnt notice it before I was 2 hours away but when I started my veical it smoked bad lucky I know hot to take oil out and I took that extra quart out and my veical is fine

Normally I get really great customer service here, but today I walked in and the lady (blonde hair) working the counter didnt acknowledge my presence. It wasnt until I had waited several minutes, and finally asked a question, that my presence was acknowledged. Not sure if she was having a bad day, or what, but definitely not the level of service that I normally see/get there.

Very pleased, quick, affordable, and not trying to sell me anything extra. And of the half dozen times I have been in, only once forgot to vacuum. They have become my regular oil change place

I went here a couple of times after they opened and I could see they had a great attitude, but had typical growing pains youd see in a new facility. I was there again yesterday and problems were discovered that I was unaware of. Marc (Manager) showed me the problems, took control, offered me affordable options, and even as I could see his staff working hard on my car, he apologized for taking longer than originally predicted. My car now drives perfectly. Peace of mind. Thanks Marc.

Getting my brakes fixed took me a total of 4 days. I went in once to ge the quote. Went in again to get it done, they said they were too busy that day (after I had tried to call and make an appointment at lesst a week prior). Went in the next day and it took four hours. Now I have to go in again because my car is making a god awful noise that wasnt there before and Ive never experience when getting my brakes fixed. My qouted price went up $200+ but nothing had changed from getting quoted. I will never return here.
