Wow. Ive worked with Tom on some community outreach stuff and had eaten some of the jerky before, which was fantastic. But I just got around to unthawing some ground bison and made burgers out of it. Talk about knock-your-socks-off tasty! Its SO flavorful. I added nothing to the meat and cannot get over how good it tastes all on its own. Best Ive had!

Friendly people, excellent buffalo meat. Ive been patronizing L-Bar-T for over 10 years, and have never had a bad cut of meat, and folks are always helpful and easy to deal with.

I love this place. I am so extremely heartbroken that they are closing down permanently.
