I hate a great experience at this place very nice gentlemen answered all my questions and was overall helpful good price on car and he worked with me, defenetly would buy another car from there.

First rate experience. They had exactly the vehicle I wanted, and I came from out of state to purchase it. The staff are endlessly patient, they went over every detail and answered every question before I arrived- even sending me video and photos of specific areas of the vehicle that I had questions about. The transaction went smoothly with no issues in regards to payment and paperwork. They let me take the car out for a 3rd party inspection at a mechanic of my choice, for as long as it took, about 3 hours. They took my old car as a trade-in exactly as they agreed to on the phone. No surprises, no drama, no last minute haggling of any kind. Im very pleased and it was worth the long drive to get exactly what I wanted. Friendly, easygoing people.On another note, the only reason the bad apples stay in the used car business is because we keep buying from them. The good news is that there are honest, hardworking, decent people like A&L that we can buy from and put the bad apples out of business. If your dealer is pushy, bullying, dishonest, or condescending- just WALK and go to one like A &L that treats customers with respect.

Helpful, friendly group of guys. Be careful if you go there at lunchtime though, because it will smell super super good… And they don’t have an extra plate... Check out their selection and give them a shot!

Found a great car, great price, zero pressure from salesman. Hassle-free, clean car, exactly what we were looking for.

We went to look at a car today and the salesman was only willing to negotiate the price by $100. That’s an easy no to buying the car. It wasn’t worth the price with issues with the car, lack of maintenance, their lack of knowledge with vehicles/maintenance schedules, etc. The vehicle we looked at had over 90,000 miles on it with quite a bit of much needed maintenance that could cost several grand. They even said they aren’t mechanics and have to take their vehicles to shops to get fixed so it’s hard to trust their word on the condition of the vehicle. Don’t waste your time looking at cars there because they aren’t willing to negotiate and if they are it’s probably overpriced for what you’re getting.

I had a terrific experience here back in February. I had been searching for a second vehicle for a few months when I came across an Astro van online. The car was in great condition for its age, low mileage, and very reasonably priced. I met the owner Lu, and immediately liked him. He was there to answer any questions I had about the vehicles on his lot and didnt have any of the pushiness that a lot of car salesmen have. I felt no pressure whatsoever and he allowed me to explore the vehicle alone while he was with other clients (which I really appreciate because I like to tinker). Needless to say, I came home with the Astro that evening and at a great price! If I have to get another car anytime soon I will definitely be looking to A&L Auto Sales. Thanks!!!!

Terrible service, I bought my truck here, I paid everything at that moment in cash, they only gave me the title of the previous owner and that is all they did not guide me in anything and they refused to help me they told me that it was not their problem but mine and the DMV
