Great rate! I only needed a unit for a few month and it was half price so that worked out great for me. I also dropped off my u-haul at this location and my whole move was very stress free thanks to the friendly and easy going staff they have here currently. Would definitely recommend!

Recently The B st. Storage had another management change. Now we must request bathroom to be open. After coming out of the restroom the new manager yells over and asked me if I took the spray out the bathroom before she even checked. She asked in an accusatory to. Well of course I was highly offended and I asked her to go and look. Ill wait.lI also said I hope she asked everyone that ridiculously insulting question. Or did you assume My appearance gave you grounds to think I couldnt go to the dollar tree and purchase my own spray. After she came out the bathroom checking for herself she says Ill leave the bathroom unlocked for you. I said did you sre your spray? She then said ..Oh I trust you. Well B st you just lost a customer. I removed my items I wanted and left your storage facilities.. Girl Bye

Since changer hands great, friendly staff. Always quit an friendly people great place to store stuff, an get boxes of U-Haul trucks too.Its been over a month know an still cant change lights out above unit. Keep aay they will get to it.

The husband is a great person to deal with. The wife not so much. Ive been renting a storage unit from them for 3 months. Ive dealt with her twice and both times I had a very unpleasant experience. Shes rude and really short with you. The husband on the other hand is the complete opposite. Hes very helpful and he makes sure all your questions are answered. I gave it 4 stars because of him and the cleanliness of the place.

This is a great location. Lots of vendors and when we went there was even live music. Theres a splash pad open in the summer so if youre bringing the kiddos be prepared.

Do not use this storage place unless you want all your stuff covered in rat feces. Had to pay over 250 dollars to professionally clean and sanitize my couches, and got rid of several nrw items due to the fact they were covered in rat feces( linen, towels etc) all my stuff were stored clean, no food odors... The storage facility has some ridiculous insurance but who wants to actually have to deal with this situation in first place? Go elsewhere...

Just another storage place. The only negative about this place are the business hours. Im thinking about moving my stuff to a place that keeps the same hours I do.

The staff is nice and I would have given it more stars but while our stuff was there there were stink bugs there and we ended up having quite a few crawling around the house when we brought things home from storage when we were able to get through the construction that has been going for a couple of months at the entrance, it was very frustrating getting our triplet toddlers packed up to pick up some things from there and finding we couldnt get through without honking and/or risking damage to our vehicle, my tires got scratched up on another occasion but the rims were lucky

The one big issue I had was, a ant infestation in my stuff which moved with me to my new place. Yucky.

This should be your last choice for storage in Forest Grove. Rude and unaccomodating.
