My husband and I started doing business at Fort Worth Lighting 16 years ago . I highly recommend this store if you are looking for quality, class, and beauty! Our sales representative, Laron Brown is professional, knowledgeable., and very helpful in offering suggestions in the selection process !

When I walked in, I met Samantha who is knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help and give ideas. Most of my order was filled in a week. One item was held up, but they solved the issue. Although I live closer to other lighting stores, I will continue to go to Fort Worth Lighting.

My family had a great experience here choosing all of our lighting for our new build. Anthony was our consultant and was super helpful when choosing fixtures that will look good and when trying to find matching pieces or alternatives when there were not designated matching pieces. When using a builder for a new home, the prices are less than what is on the price tags! But even if we need new fixtures in the future at their regular prices, we will still use Anthony at Fort Worth Lighting.

Wow! Is all I can say. Anthony at Ft Worth Lighting is beyond the most professional, polite, experienced, and helpful associate I have dealt with in a very long time. He made our selections easy, and streamlined the process, which we were initially thinking was going to be more on the difficult side. Thank you to Ft Worth lighting and especially Anthony for a job more than well done!

An excellent place to go for a wide variety of lighting Styles and price ranges. Everything from very high end fixtures, ceiling fans, & chandeliers to a amazing selection in their clearance showroom. I was most pleased to be able to find ceiling fans, indoor and outdoor lighting all in one place not to mention specialty pulls and handles for our cabinets.

It’s not everyday you have to buy lighting fixtures or fans but when you do I highly recommend Fort Worh Lighting!Living in Northlake TX it’s a bit of a drive but worth it. FWL carries quality products and just as important a knowledgeable staff! The folks at FWL from the owner on down are excellent to work with.FWL is a small business that will treat you right!

We built our home in 2019 and got all of our lighting from Fort Worth Lighting. We purchased LED light bulbs for all and within months of moving in we had several lights burn out. We tried contacting our consultant via email and phone with no response, we have tried calling the store and were told that we need to deal with our original consultant via email which we told them she never responds and their response was to try again. Poor customer service.

Had a rough start when shipping and port delays, forced a change in fans to get the around the issues But we still had some install issues. That said, all that matters is if the lighting company makes it right. They were responsive and quick . Their installers may understand the products better than an electrician. We have now purchased six light fixtures from Fort Worth Lighting and there will likely be more.

Its a great store. They are so knowledgeable about lighting and I would have thought it ended there. Nope, They have much more than the name implies. Hardware for doors, yes even custom built doors that may be wider than regular doors.They have hard to find LED bulbs that replace the florescent bulbs.All at a great price.This is a hidden Gem of a store.Must see.

Lots of good product in this store. Prices are reasonable. You must ask for Porscha because everyone else there really kind of acted like they didnt care if you were there or not. She is a great asset for them and she is very helpful!

A place where you will find all your lighting needs and its affordable too. Ask for La Ron Brown. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Always friendly and smiling . My wife visited Fort Worth Lighting before I did and told me the good experience she had with La Ron. I had to go back to find a 72 inch pole for my ceiling and guess who took good care of me. Yes La Ron. I normally do not do review but La Ron at Ft Worth Lighting deserve one.

This place has a wide variety of lights to choose from & had more staff members than customers. However, staff members were not very friendly nor helpful when I asked questions even after I told them I was building a house & needed to purchase lighting for the entire house. I will not be shopping here anymore. I just wanted to leave the store quickly. Whoever the owner is, please retrain your staff to help your customers. It seems like a pretty neat store! It is such pity the staff made no effort helping customers or greeting them when they walked in the door, which made a lasting impression.

This lighting store showroom has so much to look at. I want to support them in this world of online shopping we live in. They will order anything that they offer online if its not in house. Amazing customer service and great prices!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Staff is friendly but just can’t seem to get my order right. My wife and I built a new house with Owner Builder Network and Fort Worth Lighting is one of their recommended vendors so that’s who we hired. Our sales rep even came out to our project to personally validate the door and cabinet hardware order. When the order arrived 8 weeks later, both the door and cabinet hardware quantities were wrong. Right hardware just not enough of them. Missing cabinet hardware was provided within 2 weeks (10 weeks total). 6 months later the missing door hardware is ????

Super selection of lighting for your home. We bought lights and ceiling fans for our new house. Joy helped us and was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Recommended.

Called the store to get assistance with updating/replacing all of the lighting in our home. I was directed to an employee that assured me that she could help. We scheduled an appointment for her to come to our residence to do a walk through to get measurements and look at our current lighting. On the day of the agreed appointment she was a no show. I called the store 30 minutes after the appointment time and she told me that she forgot about the appointment. Yes, I have a job and kids too and it is not always easy to schedule appointments in the morning, only to have a NO SHOW. The employee apologized and asked if we could re-schedule. I told her that I would call her the following week to reschedule. I have called the store multiple times and she has never been at the store again, according to the person who answers the phone, since making the initial appointment. I have left several messages and have never received a return call. Today I called and the response was that, She is gone for the day. This tells me that you has been at the store and I feel certain that you have heard my messages. If you dont want to work or want any business, maybe Fort Worth Lighting should hire an employee who does! If I could give ZERO stars I would. I can not stand terrible customer service!

There webpage is not updated with the correct in-store inventory. After taking time to search on the web for a curtain lamp and finding it locally, I drove 30 minutes to the store to find out they discontinued the Entire product line, but you’d never know it from there website. Shame on you Fort Worth Lighting.

This place is a little hard to get to but totally worth it. When you walk in it is overwhelming but their team is great. Check them out and you will be impressed.
