Me and my husband was just window shopping with no ideal of what we wanted to buy. We went to several other places before this location & felt unwanted & they customer service is terrible. Ecofun Motorsports made us walk feel welcome. The girl at the front desk was very nice & helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. We live in apple valley Minnesota and we were talking to some random guy at another bike shop in the cities, he told us to check this place out. So we took the 45 min drive north to find the E bikes that we were looking for and for the right price! The wife and I both picked up 2 bikes, We bought the Bintelli journey and the M1 fat tire. Super friendly staff we got great customer service, we had no issues with anything. Great balance of customer support, When we got there they were smashing busy. ( Hats off to these guys for keeping a positive vibe with being so busy ) Staff did help me stuff the 2 bikes into the back of my SUV. When we got them home we rode 4 miles. Would super recommend this place to anyone. Bit of a drive from the cities, But SO worth it!!

I had some questions about our bikes after we got them home and they answered all the questions immediately when I called.You definitely need to shop and compare Eco Fun if you in the market for any of the products they sell.

I could go on and on about how amazing my experience was at Ecofun!! They truly care about the customer, and they take good care of them. I drove 3 hours just to come to them because of how great my phone call had went when I called to inquire about a scooter. Took an e bike for a test ride. Lots of fun.Have to decide which one to get.

Called looking for a Yamaha Grizzly and Tim had it in stock. Said it was a scratch and dent, so discount on Atv was $1000 off. He talked with rep for Yamaha and got a new fender for my Grizzly for nothing. Tim and his dad has new fender installed before I arrived on Saturday to pick up the machine.Purchase was super easy, had all paperwork, payment and wheeler loaded up within a half hour. Would recommend anyone here for Yamaha products, and I feel better supporting a small family owned dealer that puts their customers first.

A few weekends ago I was in the market for a scooter, decided on a SYM Fiddle III, 170cc and went to a dealer in Minneapolis that could not have been any less interested in my business. So my wife and I drove up to Forest Lake and was very impressed, in under 2 hours we had purchased exactly what we wanted and they delivered the next day. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them for service in the future.

This place is awesome!! They are friendly, Fast, Affordable and they have wonderful Service!! I just brought my Scooter here and I Love it!! They also give you so much Great info about the care of your Scooter too! I recommend this place for sure and they Deliver!! If you decide you want to get one I would get it the day of because they Sell FAST!! then you would have to wait for the next shipment if you want a certain color.

Bought a 2019 bintelli scorch 49cc to get me to work then realized I cant drive on the highway over the bridge, I called them and asked to trade in for a bintelli fury 150cc and was told no problem only put 100miles on the 49cc great friendly service would recommend them to anyone looking to by a scooter. And the new fury is awesome thanks guys😁

I bought a lance from them easy fast financing a lot of selection they warned me of the Chinese models but were very helpful of their products they do sell yamaha and it was nice they did not try to say only yahmaha is good so great selection hope they stay in business a long time

Just because i found the moped i purchased for $1,500 online for just $700 no hidden fees. My pickup coil burnt out while under warranty still. And yet they wanted to charge me 30$ for an ignition coil that is also online for 6$. My own fault but friendly service. Helped put the moped in the back of my truck.

We went in to Ecofun today, just to look at scooters. Tim, was right away, ready to help us. Very knowledgeable on his inventory, etc. With help and some test driving we settled on an electric bike instead of a scooter. The biggest selling point for us was his daughter. Even though she looked to be a preteen or preteen+, she was very helpful and courteous. She knew her stuff. Her father, Tim, even learned something about the e-bike he sold us from her (the pedals folded up too, as does the bike itself since it had, and did, fit into the trunk of my Cadillac XLR). Wonderful business and wonderful experience with the owner, Tim, and what I am sure to be the future owner of the business, his daughter.

Came to my house to perform service on scooter and did outstanding work. Travis is a great guy and very thorough. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with Ecofun Motorsports and my new Lance Cabo 150 Scooter.I shopped around for about a month prior to purchasing from Ecofun. I could have gotten a less expensive scooter elsewhere, or from Ecofun... But I had some specific needs.1) Had to be capable of reaching 55 mph in 55 seconds or less with my 250 pounds on board.I figured out in the first few seconds that this will do all that, and then some. I rode that Cabo home to Mounds View. About 30 miles, and exceeded my target speed most of the way home. Just wow!2) I need it to go through some snow. If this winter is going to be anything like they typically have been lately, I will ride in the light snow and cold.The Cabo has aggressive tires. I took it through the wooded trails numerous times already. It handles the dirt, grass, and sand quite well if you are comfortable with that moto wiggle through the loose stuff. = )3) Financing! Scooters dont cost much, but We didnt want to blow our whole rainy day fund on the new Plastic Pony. Ecofun had us financed with a little something down, and a couple signatures in about 30 minutes. *Putt... ZOOM.... puttI could go on... But you get my drift. Just do it!
