AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!I am from out of town and hit a deer while in the area. The next morning asked for estimate and mentioned I had to crawl over to the passenger side to exit the vehicle. Didnt really care to have my business

Great customer service, went the extra mile to make the experience fast and easy. Only negative is they are so well liked it may take a few weeks to get the work done. I appreciate that they used that wait time to pre order parts and have everything ready to do the work quickly once it was our turn. Car looks better than new.

My experience with tired iron was awesome!I dropped my car off on a Monday and a further inspection determined more damage to my vehicle, they called my insurance provider and took care of everything. I was told I probably wouldnt have my vehicle back till Wednesday the following week but it was all finished and set to go that Friday.This was my first time ever having to have insurance work done and I had loads of questions for crew at Tired Iron they were incredibly patient with my questions and were just all in all great guys.Definitely give them your business, you will not be disappointed!

Excellent to work with. Completed the body work on my truck quickly and it looks good as new. Scott even came to the shop on a Saturday (outside of business hours) to meet me so that I could pick it up before I left town. Definitely recommend.

Scottie was great to deal with. Fast, knowledgeable, and friendly.Took a 2017 F-150 to Tired Iron to get $7,800 worth of hail damage repaired. During the initial estimate, Scottie said that the project will take two weeks. Ive been to enough body shops to know 2 weeks can turn into a month.2 weeks and 1 hour after I dropped off the truck, I got a call that it was ready to go. Not only were the repairs flawless but they did a nice job detailing the truck so it looked immaculate upon me picking it up.
