It was OK, its kind of like what you would expect, they had one mattress at the cheap price that they advertise and then everything else that they showed us was over $1,000 more expensive. Couldnt really find what we were looking for.Kind of on a side note, they have a huge sign both on their website and on the front door that say that you must have an appointment to enter the store, so we made an appointment. We got there and saw a few other people in the store and the store person was helping somebody finish up a sale so we waited. When he finished helping that person another customer had just walked in the door, she walked up to him and said I dont have an appointment is that a problem? And he told her it wasnt a problem and then proceeded to help her, it ends up being almost a half an hour after our appointment before we were finally helped. I told him that we were his appointment and he kind of shrugged it off and offered no apology for making us wait. And then while helping us he also continued to help some other people in the store.I might go back for a cheap kids bed, but I dont know that I would go back for anything nicer.

We bought a mattress for our Son that was not in stock. Communication was great from Noel thru the back-order process from start to finish. Our Son loves his new bed. We will be back. Buy local.
