I love my liquor store. They always take the time to help me and to answer my questions. They have great customer service.

This location was willing to open up tax so you could make your own sampler pack. I have gone to multiple other MGM locations and they are not willing to do the same thing. Location went above and beyond to support a customer.

This place is great! They have an awesome selection of Sours (my favorite) good prices and awesome staff! The guys that work here are always super helpful and very nice.

They hit me with the sweet text that they are doing cheaper delivery than Grzzley. Delivery charge is 12.99 for a 4 mile drive... Maybe Misinformation? Because I might as well stay with Grzley for 4.99..

They have Glenlevit among many other spirits, wines and beer. Helpful staff and in a convenient location. Always find awesome sales.

Ive never had anything but a wonderful experience when I go to any of the MGM liquor stores! They are always super friendly and helpful. Their variety is great, I can always find what Im looking for. My husband loves trying different beers and they have great suggestions! I love making the different drink suggestions they post. Its a fun way to teri something different. Their delivery is outstanding too! Thanks for all of your hard work during this difficult time!

The young lady that seems to be working every single night, she has colored hair. Is always super helpful and willing to help. She’s been injured my last few visits but she seems to still be doing everything she can to help us guest. One time she was in the office eating dinner and came out to help clear a line and I thought that was awesome. She’s always very cheery and helpful. The store is a most stop for me when I need my beer or want to try something new.

I went here the other day and had great service. I don’t know her name but the girl with the colored hair was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me find what I needed and suggest some things to try which I now love. Hire more staff like her.

You guys are amazing! Never had any issues at all. In fact, one time I ordered a drizzly delivery and you did not have a soda in stock at your store that I requested. Your employee called me, informed me, apologized and even offered to go get the soda from a convenience store for me! I declined the generous offer as it was above and beyond what I expected but appreciated the gesture! You cant find customer service like that anywhere these days!

Ive been a customer for a couple years. I have to say this is my favorite liquor store in the forest lake area. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of beer and spirits. They always have sales on everything! Definitely recommend to anyone.

I was in right at closing tonight and all I asked the lady working is if they had a certain brewery. Well needless to say she was so rude and told me that oh and just so you know we are currently closed. I was just in there to grab a bottle a wine but after her rude comment I just left and I wont return. Seriously, 1 minute is going to kill you to ring up a bottle of wine. Maybe you should of told me right when I walked in the door. I wasnt even in there for 5 minutes.

Staff is occasionally rude/flat. Best selections of liqour in the area. Clean.

They have a great selection and they are so friendly and knowledgeable. I was looking for a new bloody Mary mix to try and they had like ten kinds. They will also order in whatever youre looking for if its not in stock.

Had no problem with the store until I raced across town to get turned away with 3 minutes left of their business hours. Ill be taking my business to more local stores due to my experience. There were customers in the store at this point still. Any store that closes early and turns away business is not there for the customer experience.

Small liquor store. Service was good, selection is adequate, but small. It will serve the need.

Other than a cashier with no people skills it wasnt bad. It had everything you could think of there and clean.

They always seem to have leinenkugels creamy dark here. Its not always easy to find

Beer selection is pretty good for micro brews and the common big brewers sale items. I know nothing about wine selection but there seems to be a lot. Their prices are very competitive and usually the reason I find myself here. Staff here are a bunch of wannabe hipsters who forgot they work in Forest Lake not NE. Other than that the place is decent.

Ok... staff is a bit stale....Update: just went in yesterday, and the older gal that was the cashier, decided she only needed to talk with the people in front of me, and continued to talk with them throughout my whole transaction.. she never said a word to me, no greeting, not even a thank you at the end of the transaction... I did receive my receipt though.....hmmmph! I will be going elsewhere, as the are plenty of other options......
