Thomco has been amazing. We purchased all new blinds for our house this past summer and then purchased additional blinds this winter for another window once it started getting dark early. We didnt know the first thing about choosing custom blinds. I initially inquired via email and received a response almost immediately! We made an appointment and went into the store to start the process of picking out our blinds. Shannon walked us through every step of the way and and was beyond knowledgeable about what would work for our home. Once we decided on what we wanted (after temporarily taking some samples home) we were able to do the rest via email which was perfect with all things COVID. They personally came out to measure and then install our blinds when they arrived. Everyone has been great and so friendly to work with. We Definitely recommend Thomco and will be back if/when we ever finish our basement .

I stopped in to get ideas on replacing the flooring in our entryway. The staff was very helpful and we had an estimate the next day on the luxury vinyl flooring/installation that we liked. Two weeks later our new floor was installed and we couldn’t be happier. Great service and the installation person, sorry I can’t remember his name, was awesome. I would definitely recommend Thomco Carpet and Blinds!!

I spoke with a lady from this company on the phone and she was so helpful to me. I didn’t purchase flooring from them but I am so impressed with the customer service. Moral of the story is that I called a few other carpet companies to ask a question after having another carpet company make a mistake on my flooring and those companies basically told me “you didn’t purchase from us so I’m not going to help or answer your questions” and the lady I spoke with took the time to throughly answer my questions and she was truly helpful to me. Thank you for not being your typical sales person and only helps when it’s going to benefit you. She was so kind and I really appreciate it.
