Fantastic new local coffeeshop! They are currently selling out of a coffee truck until the inside opens this fall, but they have a beautiful wrap around porch with many tables and chairs, with plenty of room to be physically distanced, as well as swings out front. The coffee is amazing and they have homeade syrups (I recommend the bourbon caramel or lavender!) with oat, almond, half and half, or whole milk. They also had baked goods for sale. Highly recommend coming here!

Best coffee in Forest Lake! Lots of local charm & is a great spot to unplug, have a chat with a friend, or hang out with family.Not so great if you are looking to study or work, & there was no indoor seating or WiFi yet.

We just discovered this place on a bike ride. Stopped for iced coffees and they were delicious. The location and vibe here is also worth the visit. Views of lake and great shade trees.

I’ve been to Coffee Smith a couple dozen times since it opened and I continue to look forward to my visits. Calvin and everyone working there are friendly and helpful. The location cannot be beat, whether you’re out for a walk, bike ride, drive-by, or staying a while. Not to mention the drink selection, which is unique and delicious! I’m really a plain cold brew person, but I’ve tried a half dozen other drinks and loved them all! Be sure to stop by when you’re in Forest Lake — you won’t regret it!

Stopped for coffee and I have to say the coffee was amazing! I loved the wrap around porch which set for a cultivating atmosphere. The owner, Calvin and his workers were so friendly. If you haven’t been there you are missing out on a local specialty coffee shop! I loved it!

Just what Forest Lake needed! Great espresso drinks perfectly crafted with syrups made in house. These baristas are on point, friendly, and never disappoint! Great hometown feel, perfect setting for the gram, and this all from a coffee truck. Cant wait to see the finished historic building once they move in completely. Great local find, dont miss out!

The Coffeesmith is amazing ! My husband and I are coffee snobs and would only get coffee in the cities before the Coffeesmith. Great coffee, lattes and pastries. Best of all is the staff and scenery at Coffeesmith. Support Local coffee! You won’t be disappointed.

This is the best place in the area to get quality coffee. Quick service, and a beautiful front porch seating area. I will definitely go again.

Its a neat little coffee place and they say the decaf is pretty amazing. Youll have to try it if you dont like decaf.
