Karl, the owner is nice. He also owns another gas station in Shafer, MN. Manager hired at this particular gas station in Forest Lake, not friendly at all. She will treat you like youre an inconvenience to her time which is unfortunate being that her job is dealing in customer service.

For a smaller business, they have a very good selection...in addition to the usual gas-station items, they carry extras like TP, paper towels, animal food, etc. Good prices on food items, even have ground beef rolls. Inside pay for gas available, have always received excellent service. Good-sized liquor store directly attached, as well, and night crawlers are sold as well.

Bought the most expensive car wash to get salt and dirt off car $8.99. When I got home realized the back wasnt cleaned at all so I sent my husband up there to see if he could go through again. The man working decided to run his mouth about it, saying next time I should purchase 2 car washes. My husband said ok or next time we will take our business to kwick trip, man said thats fine to. Yikes I wont even get gas there anymore.

The worker Sidney is really nice and quick with what she does ! She knows we’re everything is and keeps the shop very nice and clean ! On the other hand the manager is very rude and up tight I was very angry when I came inside and it sounded like he was yelling at his employee, not a nice way to keep workers working there . Over all 5 stars for employees and 1 star for management
