This store has one friendly, really great pharmacist, but also has one thats his exact opposite and sucks so bad that even my clinic said she was rude when they had to call her. Unfortunately, the the rude pharmacist makes up her own guidelines depending what mood shes in it seems; however the good one makess up for for her poor customer service skills, almost.Im so sick of this lady treating me like Im doing something wrong when Im not - all because shes on a power trip over gabapentin being filled a whole 2 DAYS early - one time! I mean, really? Its time to move on.

I dont Like Being Lied to By Your Staff on the Phone at the Pharmacy! I was told Three Times my Second Prescription was NEVER SENT! Not that it was sent and then Voided By the Drs Office 6 minutes later! I had to spend over an Hour Calling Dr Office and Walmarts Pharmacy Multipule Times to ATTEMPT to get my meds. BP Meds Mind You....im Done Wal-Mart Pharmacy I will go Elcewhere for my Meds in the Future. Not ok! The Manager I spoke to In the Pharmacy should Listen to Her Customers when they Tell Her Something....Its Not My Job To Make the Paperwork Up and Send it Correctly!!! How hard would it of been to Call my Drs Office instead of making me Make Several calls?! Make me feel like im Lying. Not Professional By Any Means PERIOD...

Twice now have had rude service from the associate filling my prescription. I am struggling with vocal swelling and the associate quite rudely told me “You need to speak louder next time” when I was trying to kindly explain I needed my medication that HELPS with my vocal swelling. I understand it’s difficult to hear a soft spoken person with a mask but talking down to someone just because they are speaking quietly is rude.

Only pharmacy that would fill a prescription that I need to keep me alive! Other pharmacy’s(not Walmart) questioned why I was on such a high dose. This pharmacy also took the time to find a prescription that matched my original when my original was on back-order! I don’t know the pharmacist’s name- but when I figure it out... she deserves a raise plus more!!! THANK YOU! By the way this medicine is critical as I had thyroid cancer and need it to stay alive!!
